The property was stunning. Just like the photos. Our condo was beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of 4. Our daughter's loved having their own space and the mermaid tail blanket in their room was a special touch. The beachfront was beautiful but was not swimable. You definitely need a car if staying here and you'll want to stop for groceries before you head to your destination. The one restaurant onsite is only open during peak season and getting to Grace Bay is about 28 min. drive to all the restaurants and tourist area. Overall our stay was perfect.

We had the opportunity to stay in 2019 and loved this condo. If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place far from the Grace Bay hustle and bustle then this is the place for you. This a ground level unit and one of the closest to the parking lot.
The condo bathroom has been upgraded. Nice touch! There is a new NEST AC controller. The WIFI worked very well. A new Buzz TV box with over a 1000 streaming Channels was welcome (we had all our Chicago stations!) as well as a second box for more local channels. It takes some time to get the hang of how to use it.
The Nespresso machine was a welcome addition. Bring your own capsules as they are expensive on Island. Bring your own ground coffee to save $$ if you prefer drip coffee.
The beach was very clean and the new chairs/recliners were excellent. The grounds are well kept and the gardeners were busy.
Restaurant has a limited staff and menu in June/July. For a quick snack or meal it was adequate. They do have pizza now.
The condo has everything you need to do your own cooking which will save you $$$. There is also a new high end Napoleon grill we used often by the restaurant.
We loved all the touches that were done since our last visit to make our stay even more memorable. If you want quiet and relaxing time in a lovely condo, this is the place.
Did I mention we loved the pool too!
The owner was always responsive to our questions and we look forward to hopefully coming back in a few years.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in TCI and enjoyed staying away from all the big resorts! The pool was amazing and part of our daily routine. We were pleasantly surprised that the restaurant was open during our stay and the food was delicious! We would definitely stay here again!

As much as I want to leave a wonderful review, it's hard because I don't want to share my new found paradise with anyone else!!! Yes it's far away from all the hubbub and traffic but that's what made it so amazing. We did have a car and it was a quick drive to everything and anything we wanted to go be a part of. After all the crazy and excitement we got to come back to a quiet resort with an amazing on site restaurant, huge pool and hot hot tub! Go ask Yanneris (at the restaurant)for a wonderful cup of coffee! I can't say enough wonderful things about this place!!! It was decorated beautifully! It was spotless!!

The condo was really nicely appointed, beautiful complex with an amazing restaurant. One of the most comfortable beds I have had in a rental!

Comfortable, clean, and convenient accommodations in one of the most beautiful beach locations I've ever visited. We enjoyed the quiet environment of the Northwest Resort while still being within an easy drive of many wonderful restaurants in Turtle Cove. Checkout Grace Bay and Malcom Road Beaches for some of the clearest water you'll ever encounter. Also the landscaping at the resort is exquisite. Great value!

Owners were OUTSTANDING!
This was one of the best stocked condos we have ever stayed in.
We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location.
Very nice pool and hot tub.
Beach shelters were great for the heat.
Bar/restaurant was adequate.
Highly recommended.

The Condo is amazing, clean, and fully stocked with what you would need for your stay. Noelle was great to communicate with and even offered recommendations. Our party already misses being there.

We had a great stay. The unit was beautifully decorated and was outfitted with every cooking utensil one could possibly need. The easy access to our private beach, pool and hot tub made for a relaxing vacation especially after the hassle we had working out flights when our original flights were cancelled due to the -41 degree temperatures-but we made it better late than never. Have already recommended this place. Thank you

This condo was just as described, extremely clean, and the property/resort was stunning and quiet. We are so happy we stayed at this remote location away from the main tourist area of Grace Bay. It was a different feel from the rest of the island so it was worth traveling 20 min to get to Grace Bay and restaurants. There is about a 10 min off-road drive to get to this resort so that it is an adventure and very dark at night but felt very safe. We had no problems. We rented the smallest car but they recommended we upgrade to a little larger because of the off-roading….meaning a dirt road which was a little bumpy but not bad. If you arrive late, make sure you stop at a grocery store before you go to the resort to buy some water as it’s very desolate and we couldn’t figure out where to get water late at night, although we were told the tap water is ok to drink. It would be nice if some bottled water was at the resort upon arrival as the restaurant was closed at the resort the entire time because of limited people. The beach here has some seaweed but beautiful. We visited all the beaches so it was great to see how they are each a little different. We loved Sapodilla Beach. It’s easier to pay for chairs where you go, and this beach had a bar for drinks n food. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and felt it was much more relaxing and private than any resort on Grace Bay. The first day was hard finding everything but after that, it was perfect.

The listing is very accurate and the resort is quite nice. You definitely need a car but the drive isn't that long. The benefit of staying here is that there are not many people around, quite private. There were several days there was nobody else on the beach with us. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Overall a great place to stay and we would definitely go back!

We truly enjoyed this condo on our week long visit. It was great to have all the amenities of home. We enjoyed walking the beach and hanging out at the pool. Truly amazing!

Beautiful area away from the crowds at Grace Bay. Always beach chairs available, pool was nice. The grounds were well maintained. You will need a car if you stay out here and expect lots of dirt roads on the island. Not hard to get around but they do drive on the other side of the road (from the US). Our unit was very clean and quiet. We could see the ocean from our patio. We did arrive and they were still cleaning but they let us put our stuff inside and we took a beach walk. Beach umbrellas were broken and it would have been nice to have more of the Tommy Bahamas beach chairs but you can rent on most beaches where I would highly recommend negotiating a price. Kitchen had everything we needed. All recommendations of places to eat by the host were fantastic. We loved Bugaloos, Hemmingways, CocoVan. You have to do the the island fish fry on Thursday night. It was just what we needed for a relaxing spring break.

We loved our stay at Northwest Point. It is very secluded, so you must have a car as there are no vendors of any kind nearby. That is how we like it. Noelle was great - very knowledgeable and responsive. The condo was VERY well stocked with anything we might need (except food of course) for living comfortably during our stay. We would definitely return.

Serene gateway
We enjoyed our stay at North Point Resort.
The owner was prompt to address any issues/questions we had throughout our stay.
There were just a few more guests on the property, so it felt almost like a private resort.
Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us!

Escape to this Oasis
This condo is exactly like the pictures and description! We had two couples and with a king and queen bed (both mattresses and pillows were very comfortable) - it was perfect for our group of 4 adults. The unit is updated and has plenty of seating, great wifi, and ocean views from the patio perfect for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. The constant breeze keeps it comfortable and the a/c and fans were a bonus when sleeping at night. We stayed for 7-days and used the beach, pool and common bbq - all fantastic. The owner, Noelle, provides sufficient and prompt communication. Other renters and owners were all very nice who we encountered. A lot of the units are on rental so that made us feel very welcome. Rental car is a must to go everywhere and explore. We looked forward to coming home each evening to this safe and remote property. It’s really an oasis.

Turks and Caicos is spectacular
We loved our time in Turks and Caicos. This spot is on the windy side of the island which makes for choppy waters at the beach. Great if you kite surf but not great for kids swimming. Thankfully, fabulous calm beaches are a 25 min drive and we would often adventure and explore other parts of the island w our two kids (4 & 6). The pool available was very family friendly! Things I wished I had known beforehand- our host did not provide any consumables- laundry detergent, dish detergent, hand soap etc. This was the first time I had experienced a vacation rental like this. If I had know upfront I would have included those items in my shop on my way to the condo. That way there would have been more time to relax and less running errands. We also had several tech issues w the television and ultimately it was replaced a few days after we arrived. It was unfortunate not to have a working tv for unwinding w kids at the end of the day but our host did eventually get a working TV to us.
Other than that we met fabulous people at this spot and made some great memories.

Beautiful condo and resort!
We loved our stay with Noelle! She was so helpful in planning a vow renewal for our family members at the resort. The pool was gorgeous and the beach was awesome. We saw some kite boarders and enjoyed the hot tub. Other residents were welcoming and helpful. The condo had everything we needed. The beds were divine! Always plenty of hot water too. Could not have asked for a better host or property!

AMAZING!!!!
Loved this property and it’s location!!! I have nothing bad to say, the communication was accurate from the property host. The location was secluded and dreamy. If you are looking for some good rest and relaxation- this is the place for you! Just minutes away from the Graces Bay. Thank you Noelle for everything!

Great Getaway!
We had a wonderful stay at Oceanscape! As described, it's well appointed with beach chairs, kitchen items, and more. Others mentioned that it is remote, however, we enjoyed being away from the crowds. It was fun taking day trips to beautiful Sapodilla bay and Grace Bay. It felt like there were just enough people there at this time of year (August) that it felt relaxing instead of creepy. I think that folks were more likely to be friendly and chat because of the small crowds. We liked that!
The staff at Northwest Point were very responsive and friendly. We especially enjoyed Kwalu Norvi, who greeted us early mornings as he raked the beach. He connected us with the Captain of the parasailing boat that we went out on and even accompanied us for the day, giving us a local's perspective and tour of the island!
We were not able to use the safe (though we felt like our things were secure without using it), had a couple of issues with the fire alarm, and these teeny tiny ants (can't control nature!). The staff & Noelle were responsive. The place smelled a bit musty, being right on the ocean. There is an ocean view although it's the furthest unit from the beach, although this makes for easy access to the car. We'd stay here again- thank you Noelle for sharing your bit of paradise with us!!!

Great vacation!
Noelle was wonderful to work with. I had to change our reservation several times due to COVID and she was always very nice and accommodating. The condo was clean, comfortable and extremely well stocked. We really enjoyed the resort property with the foliage and beautiful pool. It was very well maintained and the personnel were friendly and helpful. The views around the resort are picturesque as you look out over the gorgeous turquoise waters. It was quiet as it is a distance from the “Grace Bay” activity. I Loved that aspect of our stay but my young adult children would have preferred to be closer to town. If you want a clean, comfortable, relaxing , restful place I would highly recommend this property!! I would recommend a car rental which will make getting around the island and to and from the resort much easier. Thanks Noelle for allowing us to stay at your condo and experience the beauty that is TCI!

Very nice resort
Very nice resort. We enjoyed our stay. We drove to grace bay each evening for dinner since we love fine dining. I would probably not stay here again due to that. Very nice and quiet and very friendly people especially the owners we met. However this was a very economical vacation so we were very pleased with that. It took us approximately 25 to 30 minutes to drive to a restaurant. Felt very safe here. Our safe was locked when we checked in so were unable to use. Our host was excellent. Had everything in the condo that we could possibly need.

Our stay at Oceanscape
We were very pleased with our accommodations. Location was off the beaten path (dirt road to resort), but we enjoyed the privacy and seclusion. The island is small so never far away from anything. We had good experience scuba diving and loved the beaches at Long Bay, Sapodilla Beach, and Grace Bay. One of our favorite spots to eat for lunch was Da Conch Shack. Other places we enjoyed were Mr Groupers, Bugaloos and Danny Buoys. Wish we had more time!
The accommodations were very comfortable and the owner was more than willing to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Would recommend to friends and family.

Frist time in Provo
The place was great. Quiet, clean, spacious, and in a nice little gated community. The place is a bit off the beaten path and roads were a bit rough but nothing is really too far on the island and we were able to get around just fine. The front door had a key pad which was wonderful for people who do not want to keep track of keys. The hot tub was awesome in the evenings. The beach chairs and umbrellas were wonderful for exploring other beaches. Chef Eddy made some good food and yummy pina coladas if you did not feel like venturing out. We experienced quite a bit of wind while we were there so unfortunately we did not get to take out the kayaks or paddle boards, maybe next time! I would definitely recommend this place. Even with the wind, we had a wonderful time on the Island!

Seclusion & Tranquility
My husband and I along with our 3 teenaged girls arrived back home a few days ago after staying in this wonderful condo & beautiful resort. We already wish we were back! It is located away from the large crowds and nightlife, which is exactly why we chose it. So peaceful and tranquil overall! We are not fond of being around a lot of people/crowds so this was the PERFECT place for us.
The condo itself is very comfortable and well equipped, and relaxing on the patio was our favorite thing to do there. We were at the beautiful beach daily with only a few others, or completely by ourselves. You can take long walks in either direction. The reef was awesome to snorkel! It was a little difficult to find at first, but well worth trying a few times! We found the best area to be to the right of the roped off section a little ways out where you can see it's a little brownish colored in the middle. We saw many beautiful fish, along with a barracuda and turtles!
There are a few food places we would recommend. Bugaloos is AMAZING! That was the best food we had during our stay. Other top places are: Mr. Groupers, Da Conch Shack, Las Brisas and Cocovan. We ate 1 breakfast at the resort which was very good. We had planned to eat there for lunch/early dinner, but never got around to it as we were out a lot exploring other areas and beaches.
I cannot say enough great things about Noelle! She was wonderful to work with, and answered my many questions with great patience! If we ever get back to TCI, we would love to stay in this condo again!

The perfect spot in TCI
Everything was perfect about the Northwest Point Resort and the condo itself. It was easy to get there with our rental car (about 20 minutes from airport). Quick check-in procedure and friendly staff. The condo is vast and very well kept. We found everything needed to cook a few meals. With fast internet and cable TV we didnt missed the hockey playoff games at night ! The pool is very clean and there's a lot of chairs and umbrellas for everybody. The beach is also well furnished with a lot of chairs and palapas. They also remove the seaweeds every morning when needed with machinery so the beach was always clean and quiet during the day. There's a few snorkeling spots in front of the beach with lots of fishes. The restaurant onsite has a limited menu that includes wonderfull fish tacos and good rum punch. We drove to Malcolm's beach and Grace bay for a day, both were less that a 25 minutes drive so it was a good way to enjoy the beaches and restaurants from other part of the island. That's what we liked about this small resort of less than 50 condos. You're in a quiet place but if you need or feel like seeing something else, everything is located with-in a 30 minutes drive ! Can't wait to be back in 2020 !

Beautiful resort
We rented this beautifully decorated 2 bedrooms condominium at Northwest Point Resort. The condominium was cleaned and had all that we needed to enjoy our 10 days stay. Fully furnished kitchen, beach towels and chairs and cooler and an outside terrace with a 4 seater patio set.
The landscape at the resort is beautiful. They also have a pool for everyone to enjoy with lounge chairs and umbrellas.
The resort is located at the Northern point of the island. It is remote but quiet. We had rented a car. It’s very easy getting around and everything is close by.
Things to consider, if you’re a beach person, the beach and ocean was full of seaweeds but who knows it might have been just the time of year.

Charming Quiet, newly renovated condo
We were looking for a quiet place away from all the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. Potential renters need to keep in mind this is at the far Western edge of Providenciales and it will take a 15 to 20 mn drive to get to the resort. The resort is well maintained and we saw many groundskeepers keeping the resort in tip top shape. There is a lovely quiet beach. Granted the water is not as clear as Grace Bay but still very enjoyable. There is a lovely swimming pool that is kept very clean. If you enjoy a hot tub, there is one available.
The condo is very clean and the furniture is very tasteful and comfortable. There is a huge kitchen with all the necessary appliances, all new and utensils.
The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and overlooks the rear of the property and the patio. The patio is excellent for eating outdoors.
There is a smaller bedroom with a small patio and a smaller bed. There are two bathrooms!
The condo was very comfortable and the second you walk in you can feel the owner's touch throughout. There is WiFi and the connection for a remote location is quite speedy and will support streaming.
As this was our first time to Providenciales, we had many questions and the owner was always very prompt responding which we really appreciated.
Being on the ground floor we were close to the parking lot and this made unloading groceries and bags a breeze.
We loved this place and were happy picking the place that fits our quiet lifestyle. We look forward to coming back again in the future!

Private beautiful getaway
The property is remote and quiet. Beautiful grounds including the pool and hot tub. The unit was recently renovated and very lovely. Clean and roomy. Just right for our needs. Great access to the beach. Too windy to take kayaks out, but would have taken advantage. So nice to have them conveniently available to us. Owner was responsive and professional. Would highly recommend!!

beautiful and peaceful
The condo was beautiful and everything we needed. We felt like we were at home here. The wifi worked great, unfortunately we did need to do some work while on vacation. The facilities were great. We walked the beach almost everyday and saw no one, it was like we had it all to ourselves. We loved our vacation in Provo!

Beautiful, peaceful property on the Northwest tip of Caicos!
We had such a lovely, peaceful, relaxing time at Northwest Point Resort. The owners and guests are all very friendly. The building, grounds and sea at your doorstep is fantastic! Many days by the sea reading or walking the very long white sand beach or lounging by pool or having a relaxing time in the hot tub - all just perfect for us. Delicious food at the poolside restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff members looking after the resort.
