Great apartment in Rome in the Colosseum area.

Comfortable apartment, well equipped and well maintained. Great internet. Good building with elevator, no problems with hot water, good location, opposite a supermarket and 600 meters from the San Giovanni metro station. Attentive and available service team. The online check-in was a little confusing for me, but it worked well.

There could be a few more kitchen utensils, such as wine glasses and cutlery in general. A microwave would be great. The lighting could be a little better. However, despite these points, our stay was very good.

Nice house, safe neighbourhood but book only if you can stick to rigid check-in/checkout timings.

Excellent room size, balcony, clean, neat with all things you may need for your stay. The heater wasn't working the first night we stayed. However, they sent technicians next day when we informed and got it sorted.

No front desk. Available on Whatsapp from 11 am to 6 pm. The check in at 3 pm. We reached Rome at 11 am. They didn't have any possibility to take luggage sooner than 1pm. Also on the check out day we had to leave the room by 11 am (appreciate complimentary one hour extended checkout). However, it was still a waste of a day for us because our flight was at 5 pm and we couldn't really go anywhere lugging our big suitcases. Make sure you book this place if you can adhere to their check-in/check out timings.

Чудове розташування - 20 хв пішки до вокзалу Терміні та 20 хв до колізею - затишною вулицею, швидка і зрозуміла комунікація з господарем, є все необхідне для комфортного перебування.

Багато шуму з вулиці якщо відчинити вікно, на гарячу воду можна потрапити лише рано вранці.

Read the reviews first before you book to avoid surprises

I barely write a detailed review but I believe it's necessary to share my experience: 1- We traveled family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) 2- Communication were good and as required by owner 3- Location in terms of access to attractions were good

1- No hot water so we had to shower with extremely cold water 2- Room too small to accommodate 4 people 3- Photos are done 4- kitchen and fridge is share with another 5 rooms. No toaster or sandwich maker, coffee machine was working with coin! Not enough utensils even a pan to fry eggs!! 5- Towels were changed once during 5 days of stay 6- The cost to book this guest house is more than known chain hotels with basically not similar facilities 7- TV is not connected to Internet, Netflix,..etc 8- Rooms are near major roads with ambulances and noise all day 9- While location is close to attractions its in industrial look area with no nice view 10- No lift as per advertised. You need to carry the luggages off the stairs

Worst place to stay in Rome!

There was absolutely nothing nice about this place. Complicated check in, lied about the room we booked and was more like a persons spare room, share cooking space ment bad smelling food in the apartment, airconditioning not working, wifi not working, uncomfortable bed, smelly bathroom, no space to move or put bags anywhere, no accessible entrance.

Store in front of the apartment. Safety inside the building. Very clean and everything you need is provided. Feels like home.

The property was in a good location with a supermarket across the road and near to metros. The check in was straight forward as they sent a video of how to access the property which was really helpful. The property was neat and tidy however the lighting in the kitchen was dull as was the light above the stove making it difficult to see what you are doing. The wifi was really good day one however seemed to become slow as the days went on. Overall it accommodated our family of 5 quite well.

Cozy room in a quiet area of Rome

My husband and I had a great stay at this property. The check in process and information was given very promptly and make everything easy.

The only thing I would change about this property is to add black out curtains in the bedroom because it is in a brighter area of town and we had some difficulty sleeping do to help write the room stayed
