Very clean, well equipped with new appliances. Well located, near beach and commence. Restaurants within walking distance. Chris the owner was very good to keep in touch and is a conscientious owner.
Can recommend this house, and the location is interesting. A 20 minute bus ride will bring you to the railway station in Agde, where there are good
train connections to other towns.

Fantastic stay
This property is fantastic. The owner has thought of everything . It is extremely comfortable. So close to a fabulous beach , delicious restaurants and bars and with easy walking of the larger and more vibrant port area. There are local shops , ATM ,bakers, grocer 5 mins away.
The 2 outside spaces get the sun all day long. Theres comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ. As I said ,the owner has thought of it all.
Cannot recommend this property enough.

Lovely late summer in Agde
We stayed at the property for a week recently. The whole check-in process was easy, the property was clean and spacious. The welcome pack, including some lovely wine, was a great touch. It's a very short walk from a lovely beach and a short bike ride, or a walk along the coast, to several really good restaurants and other amenities. We worked part of the week, and the wifi is great and works well throughout the property in the garden. Great place to spend a week.

Excellent, will visit again
We stayed in the Villa for 7 days around Easter but wished we could have stayed for much longer. We traveled with 3 children and felt the space was ample and cozy enough for meals, games, reading or watching some of the family DVDs which were available.
Before we traveled Chris, the owner, was in constant communication by email informing us of how to get to the villa, the best places to eat and possible activities to do whilst we were there. He was very attentive and quick to respond to any emails which were few from our end. He also kept us informed about the weather conditions. Chris has written a detailed guide book with information about the local area - places of interest, local pharmacies, Doctor's surgery, supermarkets and even where to get reasonably priced fuel!
We loved the space in the villa . It is fantastic with everything you would expect in a home including fresh towels and linen. Truly a home away from home!

Beautiful holiday home in excellent location.
This holiday property is as described and is a home from home. It is very well maintained and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The owners provided a very helpful binder with detailed information on the apartment and the local area.
The location is ideal with the beach just a short walk away. There are some small shops and a bakery nearby and a 10 minute walk takes you in to the port where there numerous shops, bars and restaurants.
There is a bus stop across the road from the property where you can get a bus to Agde station so it is very convenient if you wish to visit some of the nearby towns and cities. We visited Montpellier and Beziers during our stay.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone & hope to return in the future.

Fantastic stay in an amazing property
You will not regret choosing this property! The owners are super helpful and gave excellent directions to the property and provided invaluable assistance in planning our holiday.
Really well equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a great break, spotlessly clean, fabulous dining/seating areas out the front and back of the property. Everything in the property is in excellent condition including all the cooking equipment/utensils etc. Very comfortable beds and indoor couches in the living room. Within walking distance to the beautiful beach and the port. Plenty of restaurants in the port, different cuisines available. Local shops less than a 5 minute walk away including a SPAR and a lovely bakery. Montpellier is a beautiful city to visit. Stayed for a week, will definitely return!

Lovely well equipped house in very nice location
The house is five minutes walk from the beach by pedestrian path and ten minutes walk to the marina/port which has a good selection of bars and restaurants. There are a range of shops bakery green grocer etc s few minutes walk from the house and more at the port. This made for a very relaxing holiday no need to take out the car.
The weather was lovely and it was great to ramble back in the evening after a swim to enjoy BBQ,d food on very private and sunny terrace. There is a smaller terrace on the other side of the house which gets the morning sun where we had coffee and croissants for breakfast.
The property was clean and tidy and very well equipped. The main reception room is spacious and combined with the terraces offers somewhere to sneak away to read a book alone if you chose.
The location is great as a base as Montpellier is a 40 min drive on one side while Beziers is 20 min on the other. There are several other towns and villages nearby and the Spanish border is about 75 mins we did not get there but we did enjoy day trips to Beziers Sete and Marseillan which is a very pretty port village.
A big plus for the house was the two showers no big wait in the morning.
We would love to go back.

Wonderful Spring Break
We stayed at this house for a week in late February and really enjoyed our visit. The weather was lovely and used it as a base to visit Beziers Penezas Montpellier and even Avignon which was well worth the trip. A day trip to Spain is possible but we did not get around to going.
The house was very clean comfortable and well equipped. We had a small baby in our party and were pleased that cot high chair and bath were provided free of charge. The house is just as described on the website.
The location is excellent as the beach is only a short walk as is the marina where there was a good selection of restaurants bars and shops. There are also some small shops about 250m from the house.
All in all we had a great trip and were very happy with the house. We would consider it again for a Spring break or possibly a longer stay during the Summer Season.

Great family holiday house in a wonderful location
From the quick reply to my initial email the owner was extremely helpful and the property was just as nice as the other reviews had said. Detailed directions to get to the house were emailed (thanks a lot Chris) and the agents were very helpful with the booking and payment process.
We booked it as a last minute family holiday for October half term and the property was wonderfully suited for that. We particularly liked the fact that there was even buckets and spades for the kids to use on the beach, very handy.
We were very lucky with the weather during our 8 days there but there was a large selection of DVD’s just in case as well as a dozen or so that were suitable for smaller children as well as games and books for them.
There was a small selection of guide books and maps for the local area that were very helpful and the info pack on the house was very detailed, from the best local pastry shop (missing it already!!) to the best place to buy fuel from.
There was a patio at both the front and the rear of the property which meant that we could sit in the sun in the morning and the evening and the beach itself was only a few minutes walk away.
The beach closest to the house was very nice, one part was more of a shell beach rather than sand which was great for the kids as they spent countless hours hunting for the perfect shell, with the rest of the beach being a coarse sand that stretched for miles!
The immediate shops that were about 100 metres from the house were all closed due to the time that we went except for the newsagent that was like a mini shop and he sold just about everything that you could need, however the wonderful pastry shop was only ten minutes walk the other way with all the shops surrounding it being open from a grocer to wine to clothes shops, so there really wouldn’t have been anything that you needed for your stay that you couldn’t get within walking distance if needed. The Hyper U supermarket was about 5 minutes by car, with fuel that was about 20% cheaper than the UK.
All in all a wonderfully located house, we did a large amount of driving about (1,000 miles of trips, plus approx 2,000 miles there and back) and it was a great base to visit Carcassone, Montpellier, Beziers, Nimes, St Guihelm le Desert, Clamouse Caves, Tarn Gorges and Millau Bridge from plus a few others that I have forgotten and we even went to Spain for a day!
Would highly recommend it and we are already looking at what dates we want to go for next year!

Wonderful villa - you won't be dissapointed!
This villa is wonderful. The owner and mgmt company are very responsive and easy to work with. We stayed for a week with 2 small children and 3 adults and there was more than enough room for all of us. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable and everything you can think of is provided. Very easy walk to the beach and the town. If we can manage another trip to Cap d'Agde next year, I will absolutely book this villa again. Thank you for making our trip wonderful!

Lovely April Holiday
Wonderful holiday - even though there was a cool northerly breeze, the morning patio was super and we breakfasted there every day - boulangerie only yards up the road! So accessible from Carcassonne airport - we travelled down by the route vert, returned by the motorway - back door to airport 1 hr and 15 minutes! Must sees include Sete, Marseillan (great lunch at the port!), Bouzigues ( so packed on Sunday that we couldn't get parking for lunch), St Guilhem le Desert (absolutely beautiful village and area), Pezenas. Roads so good and drivers so polite that it's a pleasure to take a hire car! Barbecued 3/4 evenings, and you couldn't be short of wine supplies - so many caves, everywhere. The front patio lends itself to long meals in the evening. The villa has everything, well appointed and loads of vidoes and books if you want to stay in in the evening, which you are unlikely to, since the beach is so close and the variety of walks is tremendous - we walked right to the end of the pier every morning before breakfast! You have to visit the Hyper - U supermarket - the variety of foods is just mind-boggling. All in all we couldn't recommend it highly enough, and the agency staff are extremely friendly and helpful, with very good English.

June 2011 - our holiday
The description of the property and where it was situated was absolutely correct. We arrived met the agency who spoke English and the service was brilliant. The accomodation was absolutely immaculate and there was everything we needed. It was absolutely delightful to go and get fresh croissants a couple of minutes away and then eat them outside in the sunshine, go to the beach and then come back and eat lunch on the other side of the house. For families with young children the beach was extremely good. This is a place we would use again without a doubt and recommend it. Flying into Beziers Airport was extremely easy and so low key, we used Flybe.

Autumn in Cap D' Age
What a great time to visit this area. The house is particularly well situated for the beach, shops and restaurants, no need for a car! It has everything you require on hand and the added bonus of two showers makes this property ideal for couples or families.
The owner was very helpful with directions and information and the welcome pack in the house was very useful for locating shops etc.
All in all a very good holiday destination.

Perfect stay
We had a wonderful time in the two weeks we were here. There was everything we needed in order to not do anything!
A small row of shops nearby on the way to the beach for supplies and a beautiful large beach with lots of space.
The flat was perfect for our family of 4 boys and we had a very relaxing time.
My only fear is to put in such a good review might make it difficult for us to go there again!
Chris and Eavan were nothing but helpful and very friendly and can't thank them enough.

Enjoyable house in Cap D'agde
We stayed in the house from 15 -29 may 2010. We had a great time and enjoyed the house enourmously. The space was perfect for 4 persons and a small child. The house is well prepared for small kids with a gate at the stairs. All necessary equipment is available at the house and it is just a 5 minute walk from the sea. In about 10 minutes you walk to the center of Cap D'agde.
If you got a rainy day, you don't have to bore yourself. Just watch a DVD from the extensive collection.
We defenitely plan to go back again, as this was one of the best rentals in Cap D'agde in our 12 year experience.
Regards,
Frank

Excellent family-friendly holiday home
We stayed in this beautiful house in March 2010.
The stay was overall very, very good. We were very touched by the warm welcome in this well-presented house. We spent a fantastic week, we have been really lucky with the weather, so we have been able to spend most of the days going to the beach with the kids. The beach is so close that you can easily walk there with children and a pram. Speaking of kids, the house is really very child-friendly, and that made our life much easier. Especially with toddlers the gates at the bottom and top of the stairs are very helpful.
Also, one really feels that this is a house that has been decorated and furnished with a lot of love for detail and good taste. It was such an improvement from more anonymous lodging we have had in the past. My wife fell in love the whole area, so we really would love to come back.
The agency was very friendly and helpful, they reacted promptly to all requests, recommending a local doctor etc.
So, all in all we had a lovely stay and would like to repeat this experience.
Thank you for you hospitality!

Great house!
Great accomodation, excellent location. The property was clean and well maintained. The owners were so helpful at all points throughout the booking and gave lots of information prior to our visit as well as offering opportunity to contact them during our visit if any problems arose - which didn't. The house had everything you needed including lots of freshly laundered towels and bedding. It's location made it easy to walk to the port where there was a great selection of restaurants and the hypermarket was a 5 minute drive away. We would thoroughly recommend this accomodation for all of the forementioned reasons.

Our Total Chill Out
Ths property/location is the perfect chill out location. The house was very clean and well equipped and just a short walk from the beach. The marina with its shops cafes and restaurants is just a ten minute walk.
We eat in most nights as the array of lovely food available locally the large BBQ and terrace the lovely weather was too much of a temptation.
There are lots of places to visit locally, we took in Beziers Montpellier and St-Guilhen-le Desert the last one being really memorable but all were very enjoyable.
We had our daily swim and promised ourselves golf but somehow did not manage it, maybe next time.
It is fair to say that the website description is exactly what you get, it is clean well maintained and equipped and we considered it good value for money

Mediteranean Holiday House
We had a fantastic holiday in Cap D'agde. The house is in a perfect location being in a quiet position with easy access by road and foot. The house is very well equiped and comfortable. There are shops nearby and the beach is just a few minutes walk away. The marina has lots of shops and resteraunts and is only a 10 minute walk away. We drove down from Scotland and whilst we were ther hardly used the car. Sete is worth a visit as to is Marseillan.
The staff at MOM Vacance were very helpful.
Overall I would highly reccoment this house for a perfect vacation.

Great Value Holiday
This property is the perfect location for the perfect summer holiday. Very happy children with the beach a stone's throw away, selection of buckets, spades, beac-balls, umbrellas, chairs, aqualand a water taxi away and then a huge selection of DVD's back in the house. Forget eating at the port, BBQ facilities at the villa and then an amazing superb value openair fish stand at the local shops, where the owner makes you extremely welcome. Car hire is not needed for the full duration of your holiday. Do 1 main shop at the nearby Hyper-marche (on the road to Beziers) and then ditch your car until the tail-end of the holiday.
Excellent value all round and a very personable owner.

WOW! You will love this place & house
house - like home away from home. very comfortable - very private, lovely and cool when you returned from the very nearby beach. Very well equipped. The nights we stayed in we BBQd, played scrabble and watched a DVD from the excellent collection. Shops within 5 minute walk, beach the same - they even supplied all the beach equipment. We enjoyed every minute and are already planning our return trip next year! It was great being able to walk to port at night for restaurants without having to take out car. Lots of places to see without driving too far.

Villa in Le Cap D'Agde
The villa was exactly as described on the website. It was clean and well maintained and the accommodation was generally of a high standard. The agency people were very friendly and helpful upon arrival.
It occupies a very good location, being within short walking distance of the beach, the central port area with lots of bars and restaurants, and the local shops - bakery, small supermarket and wine shop (selling very drinkable BYOB wine at 2 Euros per litre!).
To be honest, because of the location of the villa, you could spend your entire holiday without walking more than 5 or 10 minutes from the villa (and save on the cost of a hire car) with the beach being close at hand and a bewildering range of bars and restaurants just a short walk away in the central port area.
But places that are worth a visit if you do have a car include Montpellier (a very nice city), Beziers, Pezenas, Carcassonne (all towns with tons of history) and Saint-Guilhem-Le-Desert (prettiest village in France?).
Just along the coast there's Grau D'Agde which has a good market on Thursday mornings. And there's a great beach for kids at La Tamarissiere on the other side of the river from Grau D'Agde (shallow water going a long way out).
Now if you're looking for a bit of physical exertion, activities that you must try in Le Cap D'Agde itself include Agde Aventure (a kind of tree-top assault course thing - 'Go Ape' is the UK equivalent) and, of course, Aqualand (the water park). Further afield, you can go canoeing on a 12K stretch of the Herault river at Saint-Guilhem-Le-Desert - but watch out for those rapids!
All in all, I'd recommend this villa to anyone as great value for money in a great location.
