Très bien situé, près des commerces, des restaurants. Entre la gare et le port.
Bonne literie.
Le bruit le soir. Pas beaucoup d'isolation phonique.

Nada muy encerrado
Muy encerrado con problemas de fuga de agua en el baño

Very big room, comfortable and very nice location. Int he center but windows are isolating from any noise.
Staff very kind.
You just can leave the luggage’s until 1:30pm but they recommend a place to leave.

The room was nice enough, except for the awful doorstop. Thank goodness it is removable. Good warm shower. Nice walk to waterfront and shopping. Easy access to boat Landing.
The street noise was way worse than I imagined. We could not sleep. The windows need to be replaced & fortified..
Also shower is very very slippery / dangerous.
It was further away from train station than I thought.

- Laura, the property manager texted us to confirm our time of arrival. The wasroom ready for us even though we arrived before standard check in time (we kept her informed of our ETA). She was extremely friendly and hospitable (she even offered to help us with our bags). She took time to explain the popular attractions around us and recommended the best places to visit and eat etc. The other staff were friendly and simley too, which is not common in Italy unfortunately.
- The room was fantastic and decent sized (we were 3 people and 2 bags each and never felt cramped). The room was fully equipped with essentials and a small fridge filled with Water (still and sparkling) + Coffee sachets, Teabags etc. These were replenished each day along with a change in towels, which was great / better compared to other properties we have stayed in Italy.
- We had asked for plates, glasses, cutlery etc. and they were arranged for us already in the room when we walked in without us needing to ask for it upon check-in.
- The bathroom is huge in size compared to similar properties and you can walk around without feeling cramped. The toiletries offered were unique and good quality.
- The air-conditioning was sufficient for the room and it's size and we never felt too hot or too cold and we could set up the temperature to our liking.
- The closet space was plenty. The bedding was nice and comfortable. Unlike most triple rooms, the third bed was actually a single bed and not a sofa-cum-bed. Extra blankets were kept handy in case we needed them.
A shower curtain would have been nice. Lock for the bathroom was missing

great location, air conditioning worked well, comfortable bed
street noise was loud at night (we were OK sleeping with ear plugs but the room is above a few restaurants/bars), shower was awkward and the water made a bit of a mess because it wasn’t well enclosed

I liked Everything! Super good service, easy to access. We didnt had any problem🫶🏽
4.0
Great quiet room. Self check in was easy and instructions were very clear.
We don't have data so had to use the open wifi in the street. No wifi in the room or hallway.

Great location for the city and train station. Room facilities were good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and a decent size.
Room was situated above a noisy bar and the noise did not die down until past 2am even on a Monday night. Walls are very thin and you could hear everything like others were in the room with you. We did not get any sleep for the 3 nights we stayed, which is unfortunate as otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

The location was great.

the location was great and also clean , 5-7 minutes to the train station, a really good option if you want to visit Cinque terre.
the air conditioning wasn’t working at the moment
4.0
The location was excellent, close to everything: train station, restaurants, laundromat, stores. The room was clean and confortable for 3 people.
It was really hot and the air con was not powerful enough to keep the room cool. However, it was better than outside.
3.5
-Location is central, 12 mins away from train station, 10 mins away from the port, easy to reach using any maps app
-Bus 11P for porto venere is just near the central market 5 mins away
- shops and restaurant nearby with plenty of options
- Ester waited us in from of the building at the scheduled hour, easy to check in
- room was clean, sufficient space for 2 persons, plenty of hangers
- giving the central location, a price has to be paid for this and especially during weekends is very noisy. it was difficult even to sleep in the first night.
- mattress is very hard even for a person that is used to sleep on a hard surface
- some disposable slipper would be nice to have, shampoo as well. there was only shower gel
4.0
The location is in a central area. halfway between the port and the train station. Whatever you travel with, you get there easily. The room is pleasant and comfortable and the air conditioning is very efficient.
The location is in a noisy area with many terraces. If you plan to go to bed before 12-1 am I will be a little hard. The windows do not soundproof at all. It's not the location's fault but it should be mentioned.
There are no glasses or cups in the room, not even for single use.

location
Luxury room needs a new name. No windows, the 3rd person stays in a little prison on a single bed in a corner.

The location is perfect! Parked the car for the week and did everything by train/boat. Hosts are amazing with fantastic tips for food and the area. We really enjoyed our holiday here!
Beds in the double bed are a bit short for big persons :)

Ester is great, very friendly and well organized. Everything worked well and we also got some great tips from here about the area and restaurants in La Spezia. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean.
It is VERY loud in the apartment. I cannot recommend it to people with a light sleep. It is directly near a church tower that rings every hour from 7am to 22pm and you can hear everything that is going on in the street below. We stayed Friday/Saturday so naturally there war a bit more noise in the evenings. I would recommend bringing Earplugs for the night. However, we slept well :)

La Spezia is a lovey city but parking is a challenge

I liked the staff, the position, the night life of La Spezia and the experience overall.
Finding a parking slot is very hard in the city of La Spezia.
