Fabulous barn stay.

The barn is very well presented abd equipped. It is very comfortable and set in the beautiful grounds of a private home.

The location was lovely. Accommodation very comfetable. Very much enjoyed staying there thank you.

Out door space next to shed was very restrictive not very appealing. This area could do with more attention to it or another area designated so people stating could relax and enjoy the area. Unfortunately we were told we were not to go into the grounds as house next door to barn. Defently needs an additional out door area thats to the same standard as accommodation. Im sure this is an easy fix for future visits as it would make it perfect.

Excellent location for our needs, and an interesting property!

It wasn't a B&B. But supplies of tea/milk/bikkies was good

It was unfortunate, but the heating went kaput. Viv did her best to fix it, including temp. heaters. A soap-rack in the shower space would be handy!

Excellent! Could not be faulted on any front. Congratulations to the owners.

Exceptional quality fittings and fixtures. Far higher standard than one would normally expect of a self-catering establishment. Amazing grounds and peaceful location.

Nothing to do with the accommodation but trying to find the entrance to the side road leading to the house was not easy late at night!

exceptional apartment, really comfortable with an ideal lock for the door instead of carrying a key. very tidy.

very neat, clean apartment with all facilities needed in the complex.

we found it a small bit difficult to find but once we got the right house and gate we were fine.

Beautiful Setting

Beautiful Setting. Very quite peaceful location definitely recommended for a little quite retreat. Easy walk into the center. Lots of information provided both for the property and surrounding area. Excellent facilities in the property.

great stay!

we loved our stay! we are renovating our property so we have stayed in lots of apartments and this one is by far our favourite, felt so safe and secure and great facilities , clean and beds were so comfy , was a great size and very quiet abs beautiful surroundings! we loved it all! we didn’t meet the owners but we did however meet Elsie , who was so cute and made the stay even better l! thank you viv we hope to stay again!

Perfect stay while on work event, The barn is decorated and facilitated to a high standard. Very cosy and comfortable and modern. Surrounded by nature couldn’t ask for more and will hopefully be back when I’m back on business again x

Worth a visit

Exactly to my taste, Beautiful accommodation.

Wasn't able to work the dvd. No pin number for prime No pin number for TV for recordings. Only 1 Champagne glass. Pillows were rock hard.

Amazing

Me and my wife liked the property, we had the desired relax we were looking for. The hospitallity level is really high level and we felt special guests at this place. The owners were really friendly and helpful with anything we asked. Definatly looking to go back and stay for longer next time.

We were able to meet friends and at times retreat to a calm, comfortable place for a meal.

Beautiful quiet location. Good for travel to meet friends in the area. Could be used to travel in to london

Perfect home from home, away from the stress of busy life.

Loved everything about this accommodation. Perfect location for traveling around. The apartment was lovely and warm, clean and the views from the balcony are stunning.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and, as we have family living fairly close by, we will visit again.

Beautiful location, countryside views but still able to walk into town. Apartment is well equipped and very comfortable, especially the bed, and a lovely shower. Very warm and cosy.

I don't really have anything I didn't like, we had taken a little picnic hamper with essentials but tea, coffee, sugar and milk was available.

Pleasant, comfortable, quiet, modern and spacious

Plenty of interior space. The smart TV. The location is secure and quiet and fairly near to our family on the other side of Hertford

It can be a little pricey some of the year for us as we are generally only there late evenings and nights

Fantastic place .Fantastic stay.

The barn is located in a fabulous woodland area but close to town. The accommodation was beautiful, spotless and tastefully decorated with lovely accessories and nice touches included ( quality soaps, fresh milk, biscuit packs etc). The location was quiet and the hosts friendly, welcoming and helpful. Super stay. Thank you.
