Aurora Tropical is a spacious and modern luxury three- bedroom apartment situated in the Ashanti Condominium, Gibbs, Saint Peter. Nestling majestically in one of the most prestigious and exclusive post codes in Barbados, this area is commonly referred to as the platinum coast; home to many of the most stunning beaches that Barbados has to offer. The apartment is also government approved for quarantine.

Strategically placed between Holetown (a tourist hub) and Speightstown, with its colonial architectural taste and fine dining; you will find that, Aurora Tropical is in one of the most sort after holiday locations.

Its close proximity to all interconnecting highways allows you the ideal opportunity to explore the North, South and East coasts of this most enchanting of Islands.

Located on the second floor, the apartment is accessible by lift or stairs and has the benefit of a communal swimming pool. It boasts an amazingly large roof terrace which overlooks the Caribbean Sea. Indulge in outdoor dining facilities and private sunbathing at this most idyllic apartment for you and your family to enjoy a relaxing holiday in beautiful Barbados.
You will find this amazing apartment tastefully furnished to a high standard. The open plan living area incorporates a modest but efficient galley style kitchen, fully equipped to meet all your needs should you chose to dine in and take advantage of the roof terrace to watch the all inspiring Caribbean sunset.
A laundry room is also provided with washing machine and dryer just to make life that much easier.

Full maid service is provided once weekly but further service can be provided at additional cost.

Each of the spacious bedrooms have en-suite facilities and are fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans for your added comfort. The Master Bedroom allows direct access to the large roof terrace for those who wish to enjoy breakfast each morning; lapping up the spectacular Caribbean Sea whilst planning your day. You may chose to spend a relaxing day by the pool; set in peaceful garden surroundings with bird song ringing in your ears, or even, take the six minute stroll to Gibbs Beach; recently voted one of the top three beaches on the Island, with its white sand and tranquility. It is ideal for all ages and only a short walk from the world famous Mullins beach bar and restaurant. Why not enjoy Caribbean cocktails or a rum punch in the sun, at a beach often frequented by celebrities such as Simon Cowell and Rhianna.
Within the Ashanti complex, there is secure parking for your vehicle should you wish to hire a car during your stay. Your hire vehicle can to be reserved on request, prior to your arrival. You can either collect your vehicle at the Airport or have it delivered to your accommodation. We recommend that first time visitors have their car delivered to the accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Comms and check in process with Marcia was easy and excellent. The apartment itself is beautiful - spacious, clean and well appointed with all you need. Also a gorgeous and spacious terrace for a drink and to watch the sunset, enjoy breakfast etc. It’s located on the stylish west coast with amazing restaurants and stunning beaches nearby. We hired a car which meant it was so easy and convenient to go to a supermarket, a restaurant, the races (I can highly recommend this as a day out) or any of the wonderful beaches nearby. Gibbes beach (5-6 mins walk) is idyllic and so quiet, with Mullins also stunning and with bars and facilities (another 6-8 mins walk). To make it easy we would drive to the beach and park at the end of Gibbes road with all our things (including beach chairs available in the apartment) and then it was just a 1 minute walk to the beach. The apartment also has a pool which was quiet and relaxing after a day at the beach. I would highly recommend this spot and this apartment for a quiet, relaxing stay. I would definitely return and we all loved it here (2 adults and 2 kids aged 6 and 11).

This property was spacious, clean and comfortably furnished. Our favourite area was the ocean view terrace. Shady in the morning and peaceful and serene in The evenings. The shared pool was a great feature after walking back from the beach. About an 8 minute walk to the buses or the beach. Easy access to public transportation.

We were greated by Marcia, the property manager, who explained everything about the property and was very helpful throughout our stay. The condo has a huge terrace where we could enjoy quiet time and the ocean view. There is a small pool which was clean and warm with plenty of lounge chairs. The unit was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The beach and restaurants were a short walk away. This is a quiet area perfect for those who need a restful holiday.

Fantastic apartment with superb outside patio and 180 degree views. Well designed with oodles of space, amazing master bedroom and walk in dressing room - furnishings and decor. Exceeded the photos. Loved the generous little touches - great art work, lighting and the tea and coffee, quality toiletries and other items provided. Well fitted kitchen and great laundry room.. Marcia was a great host. Nice, well maintained pool area even if pool could have been a little deeper. Quiet, well situated location with private secure parking and plenty of green landscaping (complete with monkeys). Lift was a godsend, although there are some steps up to the main hall and entrance. Well located if a good 10 min walk to the beach.

Loved this property, you couldn’t ask for much more. As long as you are fine with a 8 to 9 min walk to the beach you will enjoy the huge upper deck with shade or sun with wonderful views of the sun set. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you could think of.

Great location to celebrate any occasion. Never got tired of our view of Gibbs Bay and the Caribbean Sea. We really enjoyed our suite which was a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with a huge balcony with views of lovely green foliage and the Caribbean sea in the distance. Absolutely gorgeous. Although there was only two of us, we chose this particular unit for the patio and the views. We took full advantage of our private patio every morning enjoying coffee, reading and enjoying the cool breeze in the shade overlooking the sea. It was perfect for sunsets and we enjoyed dinner many times as we watched many sunsets. The condo was excellent. Very clean and well maintained. There was everything we needed in the kitchen for making our meals. There's plenty of extra towels and additional beach/pool towels. There's two pools, but we didn't spend any time around them as we prefer to spend our time at the beach. The best grocery store is in Holetown, but I recommend driving or taking a taxi/bus as it's a fair distance. We did walk to Holetown one day and it took us about 1 and 1/4 hour. Gibbs beach is a 10 minute walk (we timed it) and was never very busy, we could always find a spot in the shade or sun on any given day. Marcia, the property manager was wonderful to work with. She met us at the condo and went through everything in detail. She was very easy to communicate with. Pearl, the house keeper was lovely and personable and did an excellent job. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet the rest of the staff that contributed to this beautiful property, but thank you as well. We would absolutely return and strongly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful place to vacation in Barbados:)

I would certainly return. The only flaw for us was early check out at 11 when all uk flights leave around 6 pm. You do in fact lose a day of your trip . Otherwise it was a fantastic stay in a beautiful place.
