Great location, Easy to Go everywhere, a lot of services and restaurants around. Easy check-in and check-out. Considering Tokio prices, the cost is fair enough.
Low ceilings, poorly ventilated, bunk beds.

Location is really good, with main areas of Tokyo reachable within 10-30 min by metro. Check in and check-out was fast and easy. They kept our luggage after check-out which was very convenient for us.
We stayed in a private room (one bunk bed). The beds were comfortable and the towels and bed linen smelled very fresh. The size of the room was quite ok for japanese standards. The shower worked well.
The room was dirty. Quite a lot of dust and dirt. We are not squeamish and the price was very good so we were ok with that but I wouldn't recommend it for someone with a dust allergy, for instance.
The ceiling of the room is quite low. People over 180cm will have issues (we're ~180cm and struggled a bit).
Walls are thin so we could hear people in rooms on both sides.

Really value for money (we got a very good deal)
Decent walking distance to the train
Bigger room than expected with seemingly new facilities
Shower and toilet were separated
Staff communication via message was not the best but there may be a language barrier
It was hard to find and has a narrow short stair case.

Great location. Very clean and tidy. Good facilities and friendly owner.
Quite hard to find
