Clean and quiet, close to the train station. Staff were helpful

Staff was friendly. Thats all the positive things...
Black mold around the bathtub and a generally dirty room.

near the subway, convenience store

It’s right by Hanzomon station. Big bed.
It was dirty. Even if I let them clean my room, they used pillow cases and bed sheets with stains on them. also found hair in the bathroom. I found flies flying around my room. For the price I was paying, this is unacceptable.
The room is also much smaller than expected.
4.5
Very neat, clean and functional hotel in good location. Rooms made up every day to high standard. Staff polite and helpful. Nice little inclusions such as coffee/morning snack, handy toiletries, solid wifi, etc, have substance, no film flam. Location is also good, close to useful public transport links. Recommended.
While this is standard & expected across much of Tokyo, the room is small so keep in mind if you need some space. Also, TV is very limited. Would be good if hotel upgraded to smart TVs.

very quiet and clean, short walk to subway station so very easy to travel around.
The room is small and barely fit our luggage’s.

the location, ambience/ vibe
the room is pretty small, even for Tokyo

Great location near the Imperial Palace and Hanzomon metro. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Comfortable but small rooms. Great reception staff

Small but comfortable room, good location, bread and coffee included in the stay.

Everything was perfect. Metro station is just down the hotel, few stations away from all the attractions that Tokyo has to offer. The hotel is calm and quiet, and the staff was a charm. We would totally go back to Nest Hotel next time we’re in Tokyo.

I like that the place is very near the metro station
They could indicate on the website to exit 6 of the Hanzomon station for those who are carrying suitcases.
4.5
Really great location. The room was small but I was travelling with a very large case. I expect that it would be fine otherwise. Everything you need is there. The staff are friendly. I liked having pyjamas to use and free coffee in the morning.
The room got a bit hot and I couldn't seem to reduce the temperature to a suitable level.

The hotel was very nice.

It was a good place, nearby metro.
The breakfast was simple

The location was close to the subway. They provided complimentary coffee & bread in the morning. Room was spacious.
It was dusty.

Everything was very clean, modern and smooth from.check in to check out. After begging a few times, the hotel very kindly let us check in earlier which we're very appreciative of as had landed at 6am after a red eye from Australia and needed to lie down desperately!
No condiments with morning bread. Pillows were slightly uncomfortable. Also room is tiny so don't expect lots of space to move around.
4.5
Room cleaning, free coffee and bread for breakfast, quiet. The WiFi speed was 9/10.
No butter or spreads for the bread.

The Nest Hanzomon is always my go-to hotel whenever I make a trip to a Tokyo. It's located in a convenient area where you're pratically in the heart of Tokyo. The room is spot clean and service are always top-notch. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who visits Tokyo. The price is fair and a bit cheaper than others.
4.5
The room had a very small window, but it had a very nice view. The free breakfast consisted in a few slices of japanese bread and coffee. Hotel was very close to the metro station, plenty of restaurants and combini around.
My only complain is the size of the room, though I think that is quite an acceptable size for Tokyo. It was very hard to have the place to open the luggage inside of the room.
3.5
When I booked the double bed room I was expecting 2 full sized beds not 2 twin sized beds so I needed to book an additional room for my family of 4. Overall very nice facility. The carpets in the hallway were stained but the rooms were well kept.
