Top Unterkunft, absolut Empfehlenswert

Sehr sauber und gepflegt, tägliche Reinigung. Bungalow modern eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Sehr nette Gastgeberin Leni die stets ansprechbar ist, Beach in direkter Reichweite mit Privat Liegeplatz.

Assolutamente eccezionale!

Tutto a dir poco perfetto! La villetta in cui abbiamo soggiornato era moderna, pulitissima e dotata davvero di tutto ciò che potesse esserci utile. Spazi ampi, letti comodi e non si sente una mosca volare! Accesso alla spiaggia privata semplicemente attraversando la strada, con sdraio, asciugamani (anche questi cambiati volendo tutti i giorni) e ombrellone. Mare assolutamente incantevole. Nelle vicinanze ci sono dei ristoranti ottimi che fanno anche servizio bar. Lenny è gentilissima, sempre sorridente e ha saputo consigliarci benissimo per vivere al meglio il nostro soggiorno. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!!

Schöne Ruheoase

Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal hier - und kommen bestimmt wieder. Schöne kleine Villa in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Privatstrand für die Gäste. Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet sowie mit Küche und Geschirr ausgestattet. Ein paar Restaurants und Bars finden sich in naher Umgebung, ansonsten sind auch weitere Sachen fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin Leni ist sehr zuvorkommend und kümmert sich liebevoll um alles.

Perfect stay - awesome place with a great host

Very well located (if you prefer a bit more remote and quiet) - fantastic beach & bars in front of the door. New apartments with all you need (as shown on the pictures) which are carefully cleaned every day. The host Leni is always trying to make the stay as fantastic as possible and is at all times a great help.

Such a beautiful house which is equipped with everything you need on holidays. Private beautiful beach with deck chairs. The owner Leni is always helpful with everything you need, she takes care of people, gives advices on what to see. We would like to thank for this amazing week we had! We definitely recommend this place and would be happy to be back.

a perfect place for a getaway

Leni is a wonderful host, she does everything and even more to make your stay outstanding: she helps you with everything, she’s kind, caring and very delicate. The villa was superb and supercomfy, the staff was very charming, the villa was spotless clean every single day. The place is super close to the beach with amazing sunrises and sunsets, the private area is so out of this world, there is a lot of privacy and you basically don’t need any other beaches, everything you need is just by your doorstep! The place is a gem, I wish we could stay there longer!

Honestly the best booking we've ever had! The place is amazing, private and facility is modern and exceptionally clean. The beach and surrounding area is not busy and feels very private. Leni is an outstanding host, very kind and helpful, genuinely caring about her guests. She arranged taxi service from the airport as well as motorbike rental and provided plenty of recommendations for all sorts of activities during our stay (including help with booking!) The place and beach looks even better than on photos. If you're staying in Koh Samui, don't make a mistake and don't miss on this place!

It couldnt be better!

Everything! First of all the people. Thank you Leni for everything - you were so kind and helpful. She is a wonderful human being. The private Beach is more or less in front of the door and its beautiful, amazing sunsets! The appartment is clean and modern and has everything you need. The Bed is perfect. Air Condition in two rooms and quiet. The Area is not crowded and you have nice possibilities for dinner and such. A seven eleven and laundry service is close by. In the end it was the best place to be if you dont like to party and looking for a more relaxed area. Again, Leni ist the best and you have created a wonderful place to stay. Wish you all the best and hope to see you again.

Private Paradise with excellent service

Absolute paradise. Beautiful little villa, peaceful and private. The villas are built in a way that you feel completely alone. You can't hear or see anyone else. The little terrace out front was perfect for us, we never went up the stairs because the view of the garden with it's birds and butterflies was much nicer. Leni is truly exceptional, kind and caring, offering tips and ideas of what to do and where to go. She'll not just tell you which are has a night market tonight, she'll even text you the google-maps link to make sure you find it. She genuinely cares for her guests and was up at 5am to see us off. The villa is cleaned and scrubbed every single day! The private beach area is immaculate and there's even a kayak you can borrow. As crazy as it sounds, you also have perfect WiFi at the beach (not that I'd recommend it, you should be enjoying the beach right?) The area is nice, surrounded by resorts but no loud bars or restaurants so it's peaceful. You could go to the resort bars / restaurants but there are lots of amazing local places up at the main road for which we'd recommend a motorbike. Laundry and massage however, are within walking distance, as is a little grocery shop with excellent fresh fruit.

Lennon Maison is in our Hearts

Well, we have been to many accomodations but Lennon Maison is one of those places we will remember forever. Location is fabulous, in one of the more quiet areas on Samui, right on the beach, with a small private beach area under the palmtrees. The, what we would call Tiny Boutique Villa, is just what you would need for 2 on an island on a location like that. It is modern but has that cozy boutique feeling and had all required amenities. But the most impressive and what makes the experience complete is the marvellous hospitaliyy of host Lenni. Communication and service before arrival felt immediately warm. Upon arrival she was waiting and welcoming us with a very friendly and well thought through check in procedure. And during the 5 days that we have stayed with Lenni she was always available for questions and helpful and we had some very nice conversations as well. Thank you Lenni for being Lenni and Hospitality with a capital H!

Amazing place - highly recommened !!

We had an amazing time an Lennons Maison. Located almost right on one of the best beaches in the North of Koh Samui you can totally relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You can relax on more or less a private part of the beach. The apartments are modern, beautiful and look & feel a lot better in real than on the pictures - we were thrilled. Everything is well thought of and the terrace on top of the bungalow is great for breakfast or a sunset beer. The bed is comfortable and you have everything you need to prepare small meals for 2 people. General equipment is also tiptop and everything is well organized. It is probably one of the cleanest places in Thailand (simply WOW !!), we were amazed and felt very comfortable / almost at home and even came back for a couple of days at the end of our holiday. The best "feature" however is probably the lovely and helpful owner Leni. She takes care of everything you need: Organizes transfers, motorbikes, always available (in person or via whatsapp) etc. just great and quite impressive how she is handling everything herself. We had an amazing time at Lennon Maison and I would highly recommend to book this place and enjoy!

The PERFECT stay in Ban Tai.

The entire process from top to bottom was perfect. From the seamless pick up from the airport upon, arrival, to the immaculate villa and personal and quality service from Lenny. I was disappointed I had only booked a week, would have loved to have stay for the entire 4 weeks I am in Samui. Directly across from a gated private spot on the beach reserved only for Lennon Maison guests. If you want your room made up each day Lenny does such an incredible job. If you're in Ban Tai for Fitkoh like I am, definitely stay at Lennon Maison it's in the most perfect spot. A 7 minute walk or 3 mins on the scooter to get to and from the gym. I'll be back for sure!

Exceptional

Villa is being taken really good care of so despite lockdown both premises and equipment are in excellent condition. This is important because during lockdown many properties in Thailand have deterriorated. Villa has an electric stove, microwave, full-size fridge so you can cook your own food. The bed is really comfortable. Leni has provided an additional mattress for our child. We especially enjoyed the roof-top terrace where we had breakfasts and dinners. Villa has it's own access to the beach with own sunbeds and shower. Leni is a great host. She's always ready to help.

The place is really good for people who seek a quiet place far from the center or if you like to jump in the car and go to a new place each day. Villa doesn't have own swimming pool or kid's club so if you travel with children they can get bored. There aren't many options to dine out around. The nearest restaurant in Mimosa hotel has a great view but is quite overpriced.

Highly recommended!!

First of all, thank you Leni, for beeing a great host. Your modern bungalow made our 5 day stay to one of the highlights of our thailand trip. The private Beach with its luxury Beach beds including an umbrella and palms everywhere were just like a dream. I highly recommend to stay at lennon Maison. There are good restaurants around and even a massage place direct at the beach. The 7Eleven market is an 8 minute walk away. Leni organized us a scooter and Airport transfers within minutes. :)

The best place to stay in Mae Nam

The accommodation was spotless and so beautiful and with all of the modern equipment. The private beach just a few steps away was spectacular and the house had a great view to the mountains and the sea, you can see all of the stars from the private balcony. Our host was the best, she made sure we had everything we need and more every day.
