Disappointing

The only thing I did like was the location.

First thing was no staff seemed to know what an all inclusive is. When asked details about what is all inclusive no staff seemed to know what it included. They then tried to charge me for my meals until I made a complaint which then it was fixed up. The second part was the service was really off and not up to standards. For example the kids club person who signed my kid in was on her phone in the other room doing nothing as it was just myself looking after my kid there. She then after 20 mins comes to the room where I am in and says we need to leave because she needs to have lunch and needs to close the club. Even other little things where I can go on all day. The third thing was the place needs renovating and the back near the pool smells like sewage. This place has so much potential but I feel it had been neglected.

Местоположение, красивая и ухоженная территория, чистое море, без волн, лучший пляж на острове (побывали на многих пляжах Самуи) . Два бассейна. Вкусные разнообразные блюда на завтрак.

Нам забыли вернуть залог, а мы вспомнили про него по дороге в аэропорт, пришлось возвращаться. В ресторане Blue Monkey не очень вкусно, но очень дорого.

Отличный отель

Местоположение, сказочно красивый пляж. Большая и ухоженная территория. Вкусные и разнообразные блюда на завтрак. Внимательный персонал.

Не забывайте про залог, нам пришлось возвращаться за ним.

One of the best hotels on Samui

The stuff is the best in this hotel, the resort is amazing!!! you will not regret.

the hotel located a little bit far from the main Chaweng location but you can take a taxi, not a problem

Not a 5 star !

not what you expect for 5 star more 3 Location is good away from the hustle, the beach is amazing! The staff are very good … The breakfast and restaurant were very good

Not 5 star the beach section not enough chairs ,chairs are old .. this is a problem if you want to lie on the beach ! Rooms are old and worn , bed terrible Bathrooms are old .. not what you expect for 5 star The hotel needs to pick up there game .. we paid for A better room it was disappointing

Great location, average hotel.

The property's location is pretty good, lots of places are close by and accessible. Staff was pleasant and helpful, and the very underrated spa, got a good offer while making reservations through the hotel.

Little things that I didnt like, expect more from a property like this. Room service tray/plates were outside the room from night to next day late afternoon, the aircon in the room was either very strong or very weak, breakfast spread was nice, but not what you would expect from a 5-star property.

The only resort you want to stay at; the room prices are very reasonable.

Everything. The place itself was so serene , so peaceful and beautiful. Didn’t feel like leaving. The best part was the pool and the private beach. The staff was very friendly (they all speak English which is very good also ). Their restaurant Long talay was actually good - be it Thai food or other , everything was delicious. I would totally recommend this place and would stay here in the future also.

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour

Les petits déjeuners, le personnel à votre disposition. L’hôtel est situé sur une très belle plage. Possibilité de dîner à la fraîche à 15 m de l’eau avec le bruit des vagues et une petite musique d’ambiance

Il n’y a pas assez de transats pour le nombre de clients. C’est toujours la même chose les clients se lèvent très tôt pour monopoliser les places, c’est dommage . Nous avons réglé ce problème en prenant nos serviettes de plage à l’hôtel et nous marchions 50m sur le sable pour aller sur un petit spot équipé lui aussi de transats et à l’abri du soleil soit sous les cocotiers ou bien sous un parasol. Possibilité de rafraîchir avec des boissons fraîches et des plats cuisinés à la Thaïlandaise. Juste à côté vous avez aussi la possibilité de vous faire masser. Enfin bref le pied .

Breakfast and beach location was good- shuttle service was excellent to shopping area.

rooms are very old and small. Smell in the room was not pleasant- shower not powerful for a 5 star hotel and shower water always cold. No chance of having a hot bath, since water never got hot enough. Reception staff insisting that I didn't know how to work the plugs when I asked for a repair to two sockets that didn't work. eventually they came and fixed it. But attitude was terrible.

The view from the room was amazing, breakfast had variety of choices, the restorant is really good, especially the steak 😁. Beach is nice, just as we expected. We loved the gim.

The breakfast is good, a large variety but only seating is outside and even under shade it's very hot. The views are beautiful and all the hotel personnel are very friendly. They clean the room very well.

The facilities need upgrading. The main area of play in the kids club is closed, the pool needs resurfacing. Myself and children kept cutting our feet. The menu is limiting of choice for a long stay. The room is dated, cracks and mold inside bathroom sink. On arrival the hotel manager was extremely rude. My flight was late, bags took over an hour and there was no driver. He said it was my fault for not contacting. It was late at night and I was traveling alone with a 2 year old and 6 year old. I searched for the driver, asked security at airport and ended up getting a taxi. The hotel insisted it was my fault and made me pay. I have never been treated like that before from hotel.

Incredible

The staff were incredible, always going above and beyond to make your stay one to remember. The breakfast was 10/10, such a large variety and definitely something for everyone. The resort was amazing, could not fault it at all. Location is in the quieter area of Samui, perfect for couples and families but only a 10/15 minute taxi ride to main part of Chewang Beach which we did often. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. This trip was one for the books and we will without a doubt be back to stay at the Sheraton Samui!!
