They cater to you constantly. You don’t need to request anything. They are extremely attentive.

It was sprawling, lush, green, comfortable, luxurious, and had a the most impressive private beach front.

The hotel was amazing. One of the best hotels we had ever stayed in. The pool and the beach are beautiful. And the best thing is the crew, they are 10 out of 10. Took care for every little things that we needed. Especially Tik and Pei Pei. Definitely will come back

Great stay

Incredible stay at the Vana Belle. The staff made this trip very special, especially Nicky and Pip. The Villa was gorgeous and the Resort had everything we needed. Would recommend this highly.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful location, great staff, and good food. Staff always went the extra mile for us and were all so lovely.

Generally nothing to complain about at all. We didn't see much of our butler, but we didn't need to really. One word of warning - cocktails can be on the strong side (but lovely!).

A wonderful relaxing holiday

Room and staff

Beach is too rough to swim with no lifeguard. We stayed for a week and dined most nights in the hotel. The Hotel manager was never seen by us and should have introduced himself.

Very weird policies

Rooms are big and comfortable. Views are beautiful. Breakfast is very nice, huge a la carte.

No lobby bar of any sort, so if you are a group with multiple rooms it's hard to find a place to meet before leaving the hotel for some exploring. Only option is to order room service to the lobby and sit in a sort of check in waiting area. The reception couldn't charge the card I used in booking com and demanded direct payment, denying check in to the ladies while gents were still on the way. Eventually one of two rooms was granted. Contactless payment works only on one of all the terminals in the hotel. SPA decided that since they erroneously billed the treatment to the room, they have to come to my room and try to charge me on the middle of the hallway instead of waiting 30 min till we pay at check out. All in all, worst ever value for money. Avoid at all cost. Price is luxury, service is hell. Head of staff or director should step down.

Peaceful, clean and beautifully designed hotel with lovely staff.

The staff were very hospitable, the buggy service, the resort felt like an oasis.

Mosquitos are everywhere but I think the hotel could do more to help with this.

Room very spacious and comfortable! Chika was really FANTASTIC and always available 24/7 and all the staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The best beach with soft sand, clear water

Everyone was very welcoming and cheerful. SpecIl care towards cleanliness and service . Really high class property with great service

The Muslim shower was making a very loud trumpetty noise that wasn’t fixed till the last day. Our room was 222. I didn’t not like the presence of water sports in the ocean bc it pollutes the water

Perfection

What's not to like about this place. Absolutley incredible. From the moment you arrive you will be blown away. Check in was even amazing with the beautiful views from reception and a couple of local traditions thrown in for good measure. We stayed in on of the Tropical Pool Villas which comes with it's own butler and has unlimited prosecco for breakfast!! Speaking of butler, Tik was our butler for the week and she was absolutely incredible. She met with us every morning to ensure that everything was ok and to see if she could help us in any way through the day. The room itself was spectacular with views of the beach, which was only 20 odd metres away, but yet you managed to keep your privacy because of the tress and bushes in front of the villa. The private pool was great especially if you had been out all day in the heat it was great to come back, strip down and jump in to cool down. Access to the beach was via footpath at the front of the villa and took all of 20 seconds to have your feet in the sand. There were plenty of hotel sun loungers on the beach with call buttons to get service from the hotel's beach bar. All in all I really couldn't reccomend this hotel highly enough. Although one final mention should go to the staff. The level of service offered by every member of staff was second to none. Always extremely friendly and willing to help, they really helped make this holiday the best we have been on. Thank you Vana Belle, we can't wait to see you again!!

Honeymoon dream!!

This is our honeymoon and hotel is very good choice for us. Thanks for everyone greatful all of you 🙏 sonhikaa :) Our room with a pool and it is amazing, the roomservice 2-3 per day voaww!! hope to see you in 10 years we will visit you again with our children hopefully our anniversary take care of you. Vana Belle - a dream come true

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The IT department was very prompt in fixing the wifi issue that happened the hour we arrived. The quickest response we've had anywhere. The facilities are amazing. The room with a pool was everything we could have wanted and more.

Amazing resort

Amazing welcoming made us feel so special. All the staff were friendly and polite. The room was beautiful and very clean and quiet. Its looked exactly like the picture. I highly recommend this resort for romantic escape and to relax

Just a fabulous experience all around!

The all inclusive breakfast was fabulous. All staff throughout the facility were absolutely exceptional, polite and friendly, beyond comparison from anywhere.

A minor inconvenience, but the bathroom lighting was very dim. By nature of the location of the facility, there are a lot of stairs and steep walkways, so one must always be cautious.
