About this apartment rental
Our second story studio is the perfect option for singles or a couple wanting to spend some time in beautiful Nantucket. The apartment has its own entrance and is in a separate building. We live on a quiet residential street a five minute walk away from the Old Mill and fifteen minutes to the cobbled Main Street of Nantucket town.
Our closest beach is Cisco beach, and in the other direction, Surfside beaches. You can get to either by bicycle in twenty minutes via bike path.
We are happy to loan our bicycles to guests! That said, the bikes are occasionally out for repair since they are heavily used, and in that case, we recommend Easy Riders, a 10-minute walk away for rentals. There is a NRTA bus stop right around the corner and taxis and Ubers are readily available.
We are happy to assist with any reservations or recommendations you might need. We live right next door and are at your service!
Please feel free to contact us with any further questions.

Allison and Oliver

Adorable studio on a nice property in a pretty neighborhood with close access to bike trails. Alisson was attentive and accommodating. We used her beach cruiser bikes to get around.

We loved our long weekend on Nantucket! Allison was so accommodating and welcoming to us. The space is perfect for two and has everything you would need and more - bed, bath, tv, kitchen, outdoor shower, etc. They even let us use their bikes which was great for getting to and from Surfside beach. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice getaway!

We were here for just two nights for a wedding. This was a great location, close enough to downtown and about a 20 minute bike ride out to the beach. Allison was very responsive and accommodating, and the studio is cute and comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The studio was roomy, beautifully decorated, clean and had all the comforts we needed for our stay in Nantucket. Also compared with other area rentals it was affordable. Our hosts checked in to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. We will definitely return on our next visit to the island.

We had a lovely week at Allison’s - her home on Nantucket is in a perfect, quiet location. Every day, we biked to the beach in the morning and walked into town in the afternoon. If you’re looking for a relaxing time on island, this spot is a perfect pick!

Allisons sweet space has everything you could want for a short stay on Nantucket. If you are looking for a quiet spot not too far from town, but far enough away from the bustle... this is a lovely spot.
It was easy to get a cab (only $11 to town) or ride one of their bikes (I took one to a local birding spot a few miles away) or if you have a bit more time on your hands you could even walk to town (I went out for a run/wander one day and was surprised at how quickly I got to town). Allison and her family were respectful of my space and responsive to any of my questions or needs. I'll definitely go back.

The apartment was exactly what we needed! Just big enough for the two of us and we had all the resources for a comfortable stay. Everything was incredibly clean and the location is ideal. Out of town enough to be quiet but close enough to easily walk or bike if you don’t have a vehicle! Allison was incredibly friendly and helpful but left us to enjoy our time and space without feeling like we were in the way. 10/10 will absolutely stay here again if we ever get the good fortune to return to Nantucket!

From the start Allison had fanatastic communication. This was my first trip to the island and it was a nice location, rented a bike from EasyRiders nearby to help get into town for wedding festivities. Ate at 45 Surfside almost daily…Property was very clean, well appointed and exactly what I needed for the weekend. It was a fantastic and memorablr trip.

This spot was perfect for me and my husband. The studio was just outside of town and it was easy to get into town by the bus. We were able to ride the bikes provided to breakfast each morning and to Cisco beach. Overall great place if you're looking for a quiet spot that is easily accessible to most of all that Nantucket has to offer!

Perfect!
We had such a great time here. Allison was amazing and it was the perfect space for a couple who wanted to see the island. The Wave bus stops right around the corner so we bought the 7 day pass (we were there for 4 but it covered our stay) and just took those busses all over the island. We ordered a small thing of groceries on our first day and used the fridge often. It helped us save money on more expensive island foods. Everything allowed us to get the best experience of Nantucket without breaking the bank.
The space was clean and cute with a mini fridge, attached bathroom with shower, a tv for our Netflix needs, and the windows got a great breeze through them. Allison was very sweet and communicative (though my cell service did hate Nantuckey so I wasn't always able to respond back). We took the bikes provided our for a quick ride until I remembered I really can't ride a bike.
Overall absolutely perfect, exactly what we needed, and we hope to come back next year!

Adorable Guest Suite
We spent 5 days here, the location was perfect (about 20 minute walk to town and 5 minute drive). It was also just around the corner from one of the main bike trails. Allison was very accessible and lent us bikes during our stay as well. The room was very clean and the kitchenette was perfect for what we needed. Quiet and quaint neighborhood for a relaxing getaway!

Perfect Weekend Stay
We stayed at Allison’s studio apartment for a long weekend for a wedding. We can’t wait to come back she was super helpful with dinner recs, checking in and allowing us to leave our bags at her house when we arrived early so we could spend time downtown for the day. There were bikes available for use and it is a 15-20 minute walk into town which was perfect for us. Definitely will be going back!

Perfect for Two
We had a great stay here for a long weekend. Allison is incredibly friendly and helpful. The studio was very clean and comfortable. We brought our own bikes over on the ferry, though I believe that there are two bikes on site that you can borrow. It is a little bit outside Nantucket town, but easily accessed by bike, walking (it might take 20 minutes or so though), or The Wave shuttle bus that stops a 2 minute walk from the apartment. We didn't mind being a little further out as it was very quiet.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway
My mom and I rented Allison’s place for daffodil weekend and we loved it! Being close to town but tucked away from the crowd was great. We enjoyed watching the deer in the back yard in the mornings!
Would highly recommend staying here to friends and we hope to be back soon for another girls weekend!!

What a cozy lovely place Allison has! My husband Brian and I loved our 1st stay in Nantucket. The studio is beautiful, quiet and private. And off the beaten path. We, like many Nantucket visitors, chose not to bring a car. Thank goodness for the Wave bus. I was in a short aircast (something I most definitely did not plan on) and that made it impossible for me to take advantage of the loaner bikes Allison has to offer. The Wave bus stop thankfully was a brief walk from the studio, however it is important to note that in the off season, only 3 lines run. We did walk into town a few times as it was only about a 25 minute walk, but being able to take the bus into town, one way at least, was wonderful. The bus stops are a little hard to locate (look for the two blue stripes on telephone poles). The Wave allowed us to visit Sconset (the only beach we got to, unfortunately) where we saw three seals cavorting in the waves up close. Sconset is not a swimming beach, but was beautiful to just sit and watch the waves and the wildlife. After that we walked some of the Bluff Walk before getting back on the bus back to "town".One other thing to note is that there is a Stop n Shop right near the downtown stop. SO convenient if you want to save a little something on meals and eat at the studio--- but beware there is NO microwave. Surprising! But we were able to make due by dumping our microwave breakfast bowls into one of her frying pans. Given the lack of a microwave you might not want to bring home leftovers or potentially have to throw away some of the amazing food!Definitely think that having access to a bike would have made it easier to get around, especially since the Wave was limited and we didn't really want to spend tons of $ on Ubers/taxis. All in all a wonderful stay, that was just what we needed in a short weekend trip away. Shops were expensive but had some very cool things. Nice souvenirs to be had at The Hub, even though it's a coffee shop! Can't wait to go back!
