Ein entspannter und abwechslungsreicher Familienurlaub!

Lage nah beim Strand, Waschmaschine inkl Wäschetrockner war top, viele Fenster die für guten Durchzug sorgen, Reinigung des Apartements bei Bedarf täglich möglich, der kleine Balkon ist auch sehr praktisch gewesen

Müllcontainer auf der Straße direkt vorm Haus, wurden auch nachts entleert (da kann aber der Vermieter nichts dafür)

Genial. Repetiremos sin dudar!

Ubicación excepcional, decoración con mucho gusto, precio excelente, comodidad en las camas, nos dejaron como detalle vino y plátanos al llegar, en el check out mi hermano se encontraba mal y nos dejaron estar un rato más sin problemas antes de irnos, súper agradables. Todo ventajas. Lo recomendamos 100%

Como en casa!

Esta muy bien equipado, la limpieza excelente, muy coqueto el apartamento. Nos sentimos muy comodos. Súper bien ubicados para nuestros planes. Fueron muy detallistas a nuestra llegada.

Pues el forro de plastico del colchón fue lo único que me incómodo.

Großes Plus mit ganz kleinem Minus

The blue house ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Weg zum Strand ist echt kurz und man kann nach wenigen Minuten im Wasser sein. Die Lage ist ungefähr in der Mitte des langen Canteras-Strands und es gibt eine große Anzahl von Zugängen, die mit Duschen ausgestattet sind. Auf der Promenade findest du Gastronomie in großer Vielfalt. Das Auditorium, das Aquarium und das Elder-Museum lohnen auf alle Fälle und sind zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Vom Placa Catalina kommt man bequem mit dem (gelben) Bus 12 nach St.Telmo zur Einkaufsmeile und der Altstadt.

Leider hat das Appartement bedingt durch seine Lage nur zwei Fenster, jeweils zur Straße, in Richtung Nord und dadurch keinen Sonnenschein. Es gibt zwar zwei große Lichtschächte, aber das ist kein Ersatz für einen Balkon... Doch bei dem tollen Wetter auf Gran Canaria verbringst du nur kurze Zeit im Appartement und genießt Strand, Sonne und Meer!

séjour agréable avec un super temps ( chaud mais pas trop ....)

nous avons préparé nous même notre petit déjeuner...Nous avos fait pique nique pour le repas de midi et le soir nous avons mangé au restaurant

Compte tenu de la chaleur nous devions garder les fenêtres ouvertes alors nous avions du bruit ; la rue est bruyante avec le ramassage des poubelles et les gens qui parlent en passant sous les fenêtres

Agréable mais n’y retournerai pas

L’emplacement part rapport au restaurant

Les fenêtres sans moustiquaires où grillage donnant sur la rue. Le bruit des camions de vidanges juste sous nos fenêtres. Manque de ventilation et beaucoup de bruit la nuit!

Gran apartamento para pasar unas vacaciones

El alojamiento genial, la verdad que las habitaciones son grandes, la limpieza lo mejor de todo, increíble que te limpien el apartamento todos los días (de lunes a viernes), cambien sábanas, hagan la cama y te pongan toallas nuevas. En definitiva servicio de hotel. A 20 metros de la playa de las canteras. Parking para coche muy cerca por si vas en coche. Además muchos sitios donde cenar y comer... supermercado... todo a un paso. Llevo lleno muchos años de apartamento por la.zona y muy recomendable. La verdad es que para repetir.

Nada que destacar.

Céntrico pero incómodo.

En general estaba limpio.

Se respiraba humedad en el apartamento en general y especialmente en una de las habitaciones detrás del cabecero que no se podía quitar para limpiar y que hacía muy incómodo el sueño respirando hongos. También se escuchan mucho los ruidos de la calle y el camión de la basura ya que los contenedores están en la misma puerta.

Muito perto da praia!

Excelente localização. Oferta de boas-vindas. Apartamento com boas áreas e bem equipado. Boa relação qualidade-preço.

Comunicação com o anfitrião podia ser melhor. Fraca insonorização. Algumas janelas a necessitar de manutenção. Equipamentos em mau estado (torradeira, secador de cabelo, esfregona, escorredor de loiça). Falta de produtos de limpeza (máquina de roupa, cozinha, casa de banho).

Un séjour agréable l’emplacement est super le seul point négatif c’est le bruit si vous ouvrez les fenêtres.

L’appartement est quasiment sur la Rue. Avec beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit. Impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre sinon vous êtes dans la rue. Pas de climatisation.

The island is worth visiting, beautiful places.

The person who cleaned is extremely kind and does his job conscientiously, towels and sheets changed on time, a great advantage was the washing machine and dryer, kitchen equipped with everything necessary. Nothing was missing.

The upholstery on the windows is not of high quality (one of the window handles was not working) but the room had 3 windows. Noises produced by picking up the garbage but also those who throw the garbage, groups of people talking and telling stories in an infernal noise, you can't rest, but it is valid in the whole area. But it was necessary at night to open the window to ventilate and the coolness inside.

Very good

Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Street itself is not so convenient, but in the very very close neighbourhood is nice park with playground, literally few meters to the beach and few meters int other direction bars/restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I appreciated cleanup during our stay.

There is not much daylight, because we were in ground floor. Could have some more kitchen equipment — like grater, more teaspoons, but those are small details.

Good location, poor communication

The location is one block from the Promenade and about halfway between both ends, so it is very well located. The apartment is spacious, and has mostly everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable and updated.

Communication with the management was sparse at best, and it typically took multiple messages to get a response, if at all. While the apartment itself is updated, the buildings around it are in some disrepair. The neighborhood leaves a bit to be desired. Inside, the coffee maker and dryer were operational, but barely, there was no tea kettle and the cooking tools needed updating or replacement. The only mirror in the apartment is in the bathroom.

Great central apartment

Great little appartment. Very complete, has everything you need - even including a dishwasher. Everything is neat and clean. There was a nice fruit basket waiting for us upon arrival. The lively Canteras beach is just one block away.

The pillows were a bit too hard / foamy for my taste. There was noisy garbage collection in front of the apartment every day at midnight - not something the owner can do anything about but it might be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. Advice for the owner: a fan would help for white noise to block out street sounds.

Would definitely stay again, ideal for a quick getaway.

Excellent property very well situated only a 2 minute walk from the beach, everything you need is made available in the property.

With being English and the temperature being in the high 20’s we needed to open the windows as there was no aircon, only complaint would be with the windows being open the noise from street is surprisingly loud through the night, with plenty of cars going backwards and forwards for such a quiet road.

Apartment is on great location what we really appreciate with kids. Beach, shops, restaurants or even bus stop are very close.

The double bed is tiny and has an uncomfortable mattress/pillows. There's a lot of noise from the street. Barely any items in the flat (e.g. only 1 bin bag, 2 toilet rolls, 1 small towel)

The place is nice and comfortable. Location can not be better, close to shops, the canteras beach and transport. Also, We had a bottle of water and a bottle of wine as welcome presents, the only thing I would advise is have an open bottle with all the cutlery. Would be handy!
