The hotel is in a great location, right off the interstate, close to a lot. Breakfast is included for no additional charge. Room was clean.
Breakfast area is small and somewhat chaotic. Food is... free. Nothing at all great. Coffee was decent. Has a decent pool. Pool area not as clean. Shelf for towels at the pool was empty. Front desk offered what appeared to be large hand towels when I asked for pool towels. Later was told that the housekeeping manager only allows 2 bath towels per room, which I found difficult as I booked a room that says it sleeps 4, and stated 4 people would be staying on the reservation when prompted regarding the number of guests. Front desk offered me very small and thin ""pool" towels instead of bath towels after having told me to go to the laundry room and ask for additional towels there, who then re-directed back up to the front desk, who then informed me on the 2 towel per room policy. That was the worst thing. Comical and annoying at the same time.

The room and bed were very nice and comfortable. I liked the shower and the breakfast had different selections!
Everything was just fine!

A/C was broken, asked the front desk for maintenance employee and no one was available until next day morning. The surprise was when they asked me if I wanted to wait until next day for the technician. Really? One night stay and you propose that? With no major issues they just changed our rooms and the other amazing question was if the room that we left was still clean, after expending about 1 hour there. No doubt that they would have give it to someone else if we had say that it was clean, even with the broken A/C. And it seems like that they do it, as in the new room that we went, there was a dirty towel, still wet mixed with the clean ones. Conclusion, cleaning is not something the take care about.

The person at the front desk. He was rude at the front of the check in.

The location was convenient
The carpet felt damn, the entire carpet felt like it was wet. The elevator was broken and the staff said they had no idea when it was going to be fixed. The bed was super uncomfortable as well.

Some minor issues

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. It was what should be expected for the price but gambled it would be a bit better. If you can afford it, spend the extra $40 and go to better rated hotel.
The carpet felt damp and was starting to permeate bedding but room surprisingly did not smell musty. If we didn't go to bed so late we would've tried to change rooms.

Nothing
Elevator broken for over a week. Only rooms available on 3rd and 4th floor. Extremely rude Front desk staff (Natalia) unwilling to accommodate a handicapped person. Property unkept. Terrible!!!!

When my Handicapped room was booked I asked for a recliner in my room, I needed it to sleep. I tried to call the property 48 hours before my arrival, to confirm the chair, but you CANNOT talk to the property directly! Reservations ONLY! I tried to explain, that in my experience, that when you arrive for a "Later" check in they do not have someone to move the chair to the room. They (reservations) assured me that it would be in my room. I got to the property, checked in using a CC that I have not used in over a month (more on this later) and put that CC back in my RFD wallet. I asked about the Chair, if it was in my room or not? I was told he "I do not know"! He then said "he does not have anyone here at that hour to move a chair!" I informed him he will have to get it there, for I need it to sleep! I got my Key cards and put them in my RFD wallet. I took my luggage and wheeled my self to the elevator, went to the 3rd floor, got to my room and the key cards did not work! I could not go back down with my luggage, so i called the Local Information to see if I could find a phone #. I did. It was disconnected. I called Reservations, told them the had a Handicapped person on the 3 floor of their East Naples Property Locked out of his room and they needed to contact the property and send someone up. The guy came up, told me I "ruined the keys by putting them by my cell phone" I told him that never happened that they went right into my RFD wallet. he then tried his pass key and it did not work! So I had to wait while he went down had fixed my keys. He came back, opened the door.... Guess what??? NO Chair!!! He said "I will bring it up for you." I noticed that several customers had problems with their Key card during my stay. I had a problem EVERY DAY! and had to call Reservations EVERYDAY to get them to help me get he front desk to come up, because of you asinine system of not allowing us to talk directly to the property!
On my last nights stay when I could not get into my room. I called Reservations for help Reservations could not get anyone to answer at the front desk!!! after 45 minutes, I called 911. the Fire Dept came the climbed over the desk and found the clerk with ear phones on listening to music!!!! Every evening I had to walk through a cloud of Pot smoke to get into the Building that would have choked a Jamaican! This was NOT a vacation place it was filled with construction workers! and they were bringing in Hookers, and you got to hear them yelling on the property next store.... an added Bonus! On Wednesday when O got back to my room (after having to call reservations...) I got an alert on my phone from my CC company. Some used the CC that I had used to check into this Hotel to By 1800 Flowers!!! (I had NOT used the card since I gave it to them, and it had been in my RFD wallet since!) BY Far the worst Hotel stay I have EVER had! Had I had the option of moving after the 2nd night I would have. NO professionalism! the lobby rest room was an oven, had 4 different light bulbs in the fixture! you could not ID the employees! No uniforms! No name tags! Ratty street clothes!

Hotel was fine and breakfast was excellent.
To pay over $300 for La Quinta seemed completely insane!!! It was nice, but it was not the Plaza!! I paid $199 at Miami airport La Quinta. Thick plastic at front desk was off putting and made me worry I’d booked in a bad neighborhood. Clerk sneezed all over my registration and room key.
