Me gustó que cuando fuimos a comunicar que la habitación estaba full de chiripas ofrecieron cambiarnos de piso o realizar el reembolso.
Las muchas chiripas que tuvimos que matar en la habitación. Casi no salía agua del lavamos.

The hotel is easily accessed off the highway, and there are places to buy breakfast nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The complimentary coffee in the lobby was great, but they ran out of supplies. Nothing was available by the end of our stay.

The staff was very nice.
The mattress. I think it was a air mattress, linens were poor quality. No breakfast. It was just a very sad property

Nothing
I left my room and damages were done to my clothes and property. The bed sheets which I never slept in had multiple stains and hair all over them and I had food items I brought there that were messed with that I had to throw them away. I asked to chenges rooms due to someone throwing things in front of or at my door. I couldn't sleep and the morning I fell asleep by myself with the door latches on someone still managed to go to the room. I asked for the camera footage not for any other purpose other than to know what's been happening and that was never shown to me.

The staff was helpful
There were roaches in our room. We saw one dead one upon arrival but assumed that they just sprayed. Then we saw five more by check out.

Front desk lady was nice.
I booked for friends staying in town for my son's graduation. It was so bad they left and stayed elsewhere. Strange people lingering around hotel, safety was a concern for them. Dirty, cockroaches.

Staying here is comfortable and quiet as always.
There was a live roach in the first room I was assigned to. The second room I was given had a hole in the sheet, stains on the pillow, and a broken lock. The small sofa chair that's usually on all rooms was not there either.

The staff were really nice and helpful and I liked having a full size fridge in the room.
Definitely not worth the amount of money we paid. The walls were very thin (could hear literally everything), bed was on a metal cot and was uncomfortable, and it was an up charge to have it cleaned even just once for an eight night stay. This room would be more ok for a business trip but definitely not as a family or couples trip.

Good location. nice big fridge.
Walk in shower. Staff were fantastic
Lots of hairs in shower had to wipe out whole shower before I could use it. No cooking utensils like most extended stays. Not even paper towels or dish towels. The sink in kitchen area had a cupboard over it so you couldn’t really use it, Tap was difficult to adjust. They don’t even provide hand towels or Kleenex. I had to use a bath mat for a hand towel! Definitely not good value for the money. TV had awful channels, ok if you like sports or news otherwise nothing. I was very disappointed as I stayed in an extended stay in California and it had everything, plates, mugs, towels, saucepans, dish soap, paper towels and I was expecting the same thing and looking forward to cooking my meals. The worst thing about the property is the noise. For some reason the sounds echo down the corridor. Dogs barking, babies crying, doors slamming, and people yelling. Car park not big enough for property so everyone parking on grass and in all sorts of places. Had to park in the “15” min stay spots cos nowhere to park.

The laundry room and the check in and checking out process was easy. Information provided when there was any concerns. The cleaning staff was also available when needed.
There was no breakfast provided and did not have the amenities that were expected. Food, pool, etc. A lot of men hanging around the hotel could not determine if they were guest as well or just random people hanging around. Did not feel safe and not comfortable walking alone.

Location was very close to the Paradise Coast Sports Complex and other amenities. Cheaper than other hotels in Naples. Pleasant and helpful front desk staff. We were able to secure a late checkout.
Way too expensive for what you get (although Naples is very overpriced this time of year - avoid if you can). The room we were initially assigned a key to was not clean. Elevator was not working during our stay and we were on the 4th floor. Rooms are very basic and although there is a kitchen, there are no supplies (pots, pans, utensils, glassware, etc.). No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion provided. There is no common or outdoor area for meeting or relaxing, so many people were just sitting on the curb outside and outdoor trash cans were overflowing.

The staff was very friendly and everything was clean. Almost everything was perfect. I will definitely be staying here again.
The only thing I noticed is that the facility is overdue for an elevator inspection.
