Дали заехать в 11.00 вместо 15.00. Мы были с малышом - это очень помогло.
Убирали каждый день, было чисто.
Очень удобное расположение.
Номер достаточно маленький.

Friendly and helpful staff. Shops and restaurants just outside the door. Short distance to the Jerusalem tram and to the old city. Nights were quiet and therefore easy to get a good sleep.
A bit untidy in the stairs on the way to the hotel's floor - but nice and tidy on the actual floor.
7.0
The location. Wifi was good. Front desk staff were very helpful and good. Even whoever was dealing with my booking was good, the person allowed us to check in early.
Room floor dint look very clean, neither toilet floor was very clean. One of the hand towel was with stain mark. In room facility suppose to have kettle in the room it self. Room slipper suppose to be there. It says while booking on website. Bed sheet dint look very clean.

Great location
The room has no sound proofing at all, I could hear other guests and the noises from the street, I had a terrible sleep.

We had booked 2 deluxe rooms, 4 people.
Great location 10+! Helpful staff!
The rooms were quite old but had everything we needed. The rooms are a good size, a couple of chairs would have been a plus. We were not disturbed by the sounds from the street.
We arrived in the middle of the night but got to our rooms smoothly.
We had to cancel our hotel in Tel Aviv, but we got the chance to continue our vacation in this same hotel in Jerusalem, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! So we spent 13 nights at Dem!
We would love to return to Jerusalem and Hotel Dem!
The price-quality ratio is right.

The location is absolutely perfect, right near the light rail and the shuk. The beds were exptremely comfortable - surprisingly, and the staff is very helpful. We even stayed a little after chek out and it was fine. Thank you!
However, it's a very very small room, it could use some renovation - although everything is very clean. It's very humid as well - although that could just be the generally hot climate. There is some noise in the morning from the street, and it's actually a bit hard to find at first.

Spacious room, comfy bed, helpful staff
The hotel is somewhat difficult to locate. It is on the third floor of a building and the hotel sign is not all that obvious. if you are not using gps, you could walk right by and not see this place.

nothing good about this place
The room desperately need renovation, it was a very dirty and stinky room + a bathroom full of rust. I felt very uncomfortable staying there. Horrible sound isolation in rooms, you hear EVERYTHING from alarms to private people conversations, we woke up at 6 because someone had a s'x next to our room. I was unable to sleep and felt tired all day of staying. There was a stain of blood on a shelf (adding photo), the view from a window will make you cry.

The location on point, was a great stay and very happy with our find. Pricing was good especially for the location. Very happy with our decision and definitely will be back. Staff was very friendly and helpful and will recommend to all our friends.
No mirrors in the rooms except the bathroom
3.0
very central location and nice staff
property in dire need of renovation (moldy, water stains in cupboards, hanging cables without insulation)
6.0
good localization
dirty rooms, dirty shared parts, dirty dishes. „delux rooms” have nothing in common with any kind of luxury, and are very small.
7.0
location is perfect, near public transport from the main train station and walking distance to the Old City.
The noise at night from the street

Great value, friendly staff. Simple hotel but everything we needed for a short stay. Room and bathroom had decent size
Noisy, walls are thin so we could hear people talking on the hallways and rooms next door

Great location in the heart of the new city of Jerusalem on picturesque Ben Yehudah street, surrounded by shops, cafés, restaurants and close to the tram and bus stop. Ten minute walk to Jaffa Gate and the Old City. Nice size room with a comfortable bed and well-equipped bathroom.
Could be a bit noisy because of it's perfect location, but everything else was so wonderful.
8.0
Good location to go to the old town
Smoking smell, in othere rooms guests were smoking so the smell came from under the door inside and over the vent in the bathroom, thin doors, was very noisy sometimes when guests came at night
