Strategic location.

Toilet doesn't work properly. Need to flush many times. Even after shower the stinky smells keep coming out from nowhere. The floor so dirty like no one ever clean it. TV always got no signal. No netflix. Room aircond not cool at all even set the lowest temperature. Cockroach everywhere. Host not responding after received payment. Overall this house is not well maintained. The host not check everything before let next customer check in. Water filter is not service and the filter is not change since there is dirt coming out and some of us who drink the water got sore throat.

Very bad apartment for RM 200 per night never coming back again

The lift was spoilt and parked at L1 The Security do not even know what to do. Extremely difficult to get a taxi or even grab at this area. Extremely noisy with lots of clubs at the surrounding. Lots of drunk patrons after midnight. Apartment Sofa cushions extremely dirty and air-condition not cold. No one even to contact on this at night and no fans either installed inside apartment. We had an unpleasant stay and even missed our bus to Sentral cause no taxi or grab car available to pick us up.

Tv tak boleh tengok.. CS lambat reply for assist… Lampu bilik kejap ok kejap kelip2 … parking paling susah sebab perlu berebut dengan orang lain.. tiada parking khas untuk pelanggan..

For the price, add a little more and get something better

Good location, there's swimming pool, aircond works well, basic amenities provided.

The sofa is super dirty, toilet was inconvenient because there's a glass partition in the middle, there's mold at the bathroom door, shower cream is very low quality, the towels smells musty, no wifi, TV with limited channels, bed sheet and pillow case is dirty, the wood floor is coming off, its loud at night due to the nightclub downstairs, no designated parking, quite unsafe to come back at night.

Not recommended for family stay.

The view

We booked this room for one night last min booking. We book for the duplex room. No credit/debit card required during booking but to collect the key you will need yo pay rent + tax + deposit RM100 only then they will give you the password for the post box to collect key. Hence you will require to fill all guests name, my sejahtera id and phone number. No parking provided either you park for free at the white line parking or park at yellow line for Rm10-Rm15 per day. The parking was a bit inconvenient because if you park far with alot of luggage to carry to the lobby. The lobby was empty, not very welcoming. The room that we rent was at 24th floor and the lift was small and wobbly, seems didn’t maintenance. The house was big but there are alot of crack at the walls looks like old bulding. The bathroom was not clean and the water pressure was very low. The towel they provide have stains. Tv no signal and slow wifi. During night you can hear people karaoke. Some of the lights not working and not many halal food nearby. Because the room was not comfortable we check out very early in the morning. Don’t get fool by the photo they provide because it doesn’t look like the photo.
