Beautifully decorated, plenty of space, and kindest host named Paola. She was gracious enough to let us arrive much later than she needed to, provided a quick guide of Cinque Terre including what the best days to see what would be, and gave us so much love. Everything you need is provided with love 🌹❤️

Great location a short distance walk to the train station. The property overlooks the station. We had good communication with the owner who was helpful. The bedrooms are large. There is no air conditioning but good fans in the kitchen/diner (ceiling fan) and bedrooms which were sufficient. There’s a small balcony off the kitchen/diner and a long one alongside the bedrooms. There’s a small lift up to the apartment or a couple of flights of stairs. It’s five minutes walk to restaurants and about a 15/20 minute walk to the marina.

Location was less than 2 blocks from the train station in La Spezia. Although it was small, there was a lift!! Fans were provided which helped, but if you want air conditioning, there is not one in the property. Washer worked well and clothes dried easily on the lines outside the kitchen windows. Wonderful spot, with easy access to the train station to visit beaches and other towns of Cinque Terre and walking around the central area of La Spezia.

Paola lives above the apartment and is super responsive to all needs including smooth check-in. My family and I were warmly welcomed and made to feel like we were being invited into Paola’s home. We loved the decor and the two bedrooms were huge and comfortable. The kitchen/diner was well appointed and we ate there most evenings using oven and hob. The two, large balconies were super. The one off the bedrooms was used for relaxing at the end of the day, the kitchen balcony over looked the station platforms and had useful clothes lines for hanging out washing or towels. Overall a great stay and would recommend to others
Some slight noise from the station but the windows do a good job of suppressing most of it.
Whilst not an issue for us, if you have Accessibility needs, there is a lift to the first floor but there are some steps leading up to it!

The host, Paola was very kind and helpful giving us lots of info where to eat good seafood and places to visit.
No aiconditioning. Only fans! Noisy because its central and next to the train rails. Something that didnt bother me personaly!

Host is very kind. She is always available and ready to help solving any issues.
Location. It is next to the main train station and Via Fiume - the main walking street in the city.
Apartment is big and bright. There is a tiny vintage elevator, we had a fun using it.
Possibility to arrange a private parking spot is a big plus.
Might be quite noisy for people who like to fall asleep in a silence. Trains are neighbours.
No air conditioning, just fan coolers.
