Great place for big family stay

We were 9 people (8 adults and one kid) we stayed 6 days and the place was very good. It was easy checkin and checkout, even though we arrived to alicante at night time 01:00 and left 4:30 in the morning. On arrival to the address we were met and we were shown the place. Place has all Ikea stuff (which is comfortable in my opinion) :D We like to walk a lot, so 2 km from city center was very good for us and we walked both to city center,, Santa Barbara castle and beach. I saw couple of reviews about parking and it is true that there might be difficulties with availability next to the appartment. But we had 2 cars for almost 5 days and we managed to find free parking within 50-300 meters away from the appartment within 5-10 minutes. So it was not a big problem. Overall amazing value for the price and if I ever go to Alicante in such a big group, will likely choose this place again.

A property that is to your expectations...

Everything about the property was amazing, and the service we received from the two point of contacts was un-expectable. David who was one of our contact who spoke English help us from before we arrived at the villa and also during and after we left. Jose who was our Spanish speaking contact was also amazing in every way, his smile and hospitality was amazing and would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a place to go and have a helping hand at all times of the day or night. All I can say to round our experience off is AMAZING AMAZZING & AMAZING.....

Everything was amazing. There was nothing that i could fault we the place. Everything was as expected. Once again AMAZING AMAZING & AMAZING…..

Large Apartment with Potential

The apartment is close to Alicante's City Centre, just a short bus ride away. Had all the necessary provisions for preparing basic meals, with a supermarket really close. Beds are comfortable. The host is responsive. And surely it had ample space for multi-family stays, specially if you are traveling in a group.

Main concern, since it is early winter, the apartment was cold and damp, with minimal sunlight in the rooms. And unfortunately, there is no arrangement for heating. Might not be a problem in summer since it has ACs. It needs maintenance overall, specially the bathrooms, and the water pressure was quite low. The dampness also led to some smell from the bathrooms, so probably better ventilation is needed.

3 Night Break to Alicante

The apartment is in a great location with only a short bus ride to the centre or seafront, with some great restaurants and bars. It is fully equipped including Wifi, TV , air conditioning, two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms I deal for a family holiday. Check in was very well organised even with a 2 hour flight we were met at the apartment and shown around, the host goes out of his way to ensure things are set up for a very relaxing break. Would definitely recommend a visit to the castle Can't wait to go back, we had a great time Yupha & Gary
