The house is in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, so you can start your days with a healthy morning walk through nature. Take a cycling or hiking tour of the region and in the evening visit one of the nearby restaurants (1.5 km).
The well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave offers the chef at heart the opportunity to show off his/her cooking skills. Relax with a good book in the garden and end the day with a cup of tea on the charming terrace. Wi-Fi is available in the holiday home.

Was heel veel stuk zoals douche koppen de jacuzzi waren de kussen niet aanwezig filtert alleen wanneer de bubbels uit staat in het zwembad was het putje kapot. De tv was heel onduidelijk en het sneeuwde ook nog. In bios waren verschillende boxen die het niet deden. Het serviesgoed was onvoldoende. Niet gepoetst in de keuken en de slaapkamers. Fauteuilen zijn versleten bedden veel te zacht vaatwassers niet voor geschikt 15 personen. Deur beganegrond naar sanitair scharnier stuk. Lampen ontbreken of waren kapot door het hele huis. Foto op de site komt niet overeen met werkelijkheid geen fitness apparaten aanwezig. Conclusie Alles versleten en op, kapot huis is uitgeleefd

Wij hebben al bij al een leuke week gehad. Bij aankomst alles was nog vuil, alles zat vol vliegen, de spaghettie saus hing nog in de potjes en tegen de keukenkast. De gordijnen op de slaapkamers hingen bijna allemaal los. Het huis is echt verouderd de afrekening kosten zijn heel hoog! De jacuzzi en sauna zijn ook oud en werken niet goed. Voor deze prijs verwacht je toch dat op zijn minst alles in orde is! Geluk dat de omgeving wel super is.

Luxe vakantiehuis in voormalig dorpscafé met bioscoop Sourbrodt (Waimes) Ardennen, Luik, Luik-Spa-Malmedy-Stavelot en omgeving, Hoge Venen, België Wij verwachten een luxe vakantiehuis zoals op de foto's beschreven, echter de teleurstelling was zeer groot, het is een gedateerd huis, zeer slecht onderhouden, zowel binnen als buiten. Dit mag beslist niet de titel “LUXE” dragen. Foto’s geven niet meer de werkelijkheid weer. Keukeninrichting zeer onoverzichtelijk en een bij elkaar geraapt zooitje van borden, kopjes en bestek. Het stikte er van de vliegen en andere insecten, we hebben insecten spray moeten kopen. Volgens beschrijving waren er 2 toiletten op de begane grond, echter 1 was afgesloten met de tekst ”out of order”. Gevaarlijke stroomkabels en stekkers bij de bar. Verlichting zwembad was stuk, er brandde maar 1 lamp. Bubbelbad verouderd en functioneerde niet goed doordat de bedieningsknoppen helemaal waren afgesleten. Er werd geadviseerd om te douchen voordat er gebruik van zwembad werd gemaakt, er was echter geen douche te vinden, ook geen Turks stoombad dat volgens beschrijving aanwezig moest zijn. Terras en tuin slecht onderhouden. BBQ kon niet gebruikt worden, Er was geen parasol wel een kapotte parasolvoet. Herfstbladeren lagen opgehoopt in de hoeken van terras. Jeu de boules banen overwoekerd met gras. Hele hoge struiken bij terras. Op foto’s is mooi terrasmeubilair te zien, nu stonden er verweerde picknick tafels. Slaapkamers waren ook niet luxe, sanitair was soms verouderd, wc-bril los en scheef, lekkage wc-pot, gordijnen slaapkamers hingen vaak aan maar een paar ringetjes en konden niet dicht. Bedden doorgezakt. Ondanks de teleurstelling hebben we als familie er een fijn weekend van gemaakt, de bioscoop was geweldig, ook de andere spelen functioneerde goed. Wij zijn echter niet gewend om een huis te huren met zoveel achterstallig onderhoud en ik schaamde me voor mijn familie dat ik dit huis geboekt had. Als bewijs heb ik overal foto’s van gemaakt.

zeer goede ervaring met dit vakantiehuis. elec, mazout en water slechts 400EUR voor 1 weekend. De manager had op onze vraag 2 grote vaten stella klaargezet, ook de contacten waren zeer aangenaam. Ouder huis maar wel proper en zeker de jacuzzi en zwembad waren zeer proper.

Erg genoten van de accommodatie met een groep vrienden. Eigenlijk precies zoals je verwacht van de foto’s te zien. Eigenaar had twee fusten Stella Artois klaar gezet, ideaal. Enige jammere was dat de wifi het niet haalde tot de bioscoop waardoor we onze chromecast niet konden gebruiken, kleinigheidje, er was zat ander vertier. Gas, water en licht kostte zo’n 500€ voor een lang weekend.

Wij gaan al verschillende jaren tijdens de herfstvakantie met een aantal gezinnen op vakantie. Dit huisje, was echt wel één van de beteren die wij doorheen de jaren al gehad hebben. Vooral omdat de combinatie van kleine kinderen en grote kinderen hier geen probleem vormt. De geluidsisolatie in het huis is goed + het animatiegedeelte valt NIET onder de slaapvertrekken. Ideaal dus als de kleine kids in de namiddag moeten slapen en de tieners absoluut nog willen biljarten. Voor de tieners was de aanwezige cinema het hoogtepunt! Zij hebben hier meerdere uren gesleten. Paar kleine werkpuntjes, vonden wij: ergens is er iets mis met de elektriciteit. Na het insteken van 2 gourmetstelletjes viel alle elektriciteit uit. Bij 1 stelletje bleef alles branden. De fitnesstoestellen kregen wij niet aan de praat. Er was geen handleiding en van 2 toestellen kon het zitgedeelte niet verzet worden. De jacuzzi werkte niet helemaal naar behoren.

Alles was aanwezig om zelfs met het slechte weer er een toffe week van te maken. Spijtig dat de fitness-toestellen niet functioneren. Let wel op dat je bij de eindafrekening wel afgerekend wordt voor elektriciteit, mazout en water ... ook aantal vuilzakken en verbruikte koffiepadjes worden in rekening gebracht ... uiteindelijk nog rond de €600 voor die nutsvoorziening moeten betalen wat toch redelijk hoog is. Maar al bij al mag ik niet klagen en hebben al mijn gasten een zeer aangename vakantie gehad in de mooiste streek van de Ardennen.

Le git’anne est idéal pour un séjour dans les hautes fagnes. Quelle bonheur de plongée dans la piscine et dans le jacuzzi après une bonne randonnée. Idéal aussi avec des ados pour la salle de ciné et les jeux. Francoise qui nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire est super réactive s’il y a le moindre problème. Elle nous a donner plein de conseils de balade. Nous recommandons fortement.

Séjour en famille fin août au Git’anne. Nous avons été bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Le gîte est spacieux, l’espace piscine sauna jacuzzi est très bien. La salle de jeux est bien équipée malheureusement les engins de fitness sonr vieux et la plupart ne fonctionnent pas du tout. Plusieurs ampoules ne fonctionnaient plus .La salle de cinéma est fun. L’espace de vie manque d’un coin salon cosy( celui ci est dans une pièce à part près de la piscine , assez impersonnel,et nous n’y sommes jamais allés)la cuisine est bien équipée sauf au niveau des verres à vin : il n’y en avait que 5ou 6 ,certains, microscopiques.. nous avons dû en racheter , l’aspirateur fonctionne très mal.:. Les chambres et salles de bain sont spacieuses , les lits confortables mais les rangements pour les vêtements pratiquement inexistants . Le gîte est bien situé pour les balades mais il est au bord d’une route très passante , les chambres en façade sont donc bruyantes ( pas pu dormir les fenêtres ouvert)

Aankomst was goed. Van de 15 parkeerplaatsen bleken er maar 5 te zijn. De concierge was zeer vriendelijk. Hij heeft de problemen onmiddellijk opgelost. Het huis zelf was in goede staat en proper, wel verouderd. Maar alles wat je nodig hebt is, was aanwezig. Wel te weinig diepe borden voor het aantal personen. Te weinig glazen van dezelfde soort. De nutsvoorzieningen bij afrekening zijn vrij hoog, gelieve dit te vermelden op de site.

Verrasend groot huis met een mooie ruimte voor recreatie. Fijne keuken, grote ruimtes waar je met zn allen terecht kan. Helaas zijn er een aantal spellen die vervangen mogen worden, aangezien deze niet goed functioneren. Tevens als men adverteert met een bioscoop zaal dient deze wel volledig te werken, in ons geval was de subwoofer defect, dit hoort gewoonweg niet. Gebouw, en vooral de douches kunnen een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Bijkomende kosten waren erg hoog, ik verwacht hierop een extra verkapte omzet, dat is kwalijk.

With my (wheelchair bound) father brothers, sister and grandchildren had a wonderful weekend. Just a few boards on the threshold to the pool and we could put my father through the entire ground floor around (except the movie theater). The grandkids have been delightfully entertained, we had time to get together in peace to speak, in the beautiful surroundings to walk in the jacuzi relaxing or toning, in the garden we have barely been (it rained a lot) but I think good with a large group BBQ.

We were there with a group of 14 people. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather so we could not really make use of the large garden and the terrace. But the house itself there were enough possibilities and premises to sweeten the day there! Only the location on a busy main thoroughfare is for people with mild sleep may be a Problem.Das was taken over pre-cleaned and the contact with the person in charge was very nice. We were instructed in all circumstances. Certainly one could improve one or the other in the house, but that's not really the one responsible nennenswert.Leider spoke no English site. So it was not quite so easy to follow the statements / declarations. For French or Flemish speaking people certainly not a problem. Conclusion: with our group we can well imagine there again to go!
