Great stay, would highly recommend. Marnie our host was very helpful and lovely.

Wonderful accommodation with quality toiletries and ample supplies of toilet paper, washing detergent, dishwasher detergent etc. great location across from Crown casino.

Very good

lovely apartment in modern building with a great location on Flinders Street. Tram right in front of the building with easy access to Melbourne's CBD. Marnie was great. All the needed amenities for a family stay. Great internet connection.

The kitchen is located in a kind of a balcony and is very noisy, with many trains passing on a bridge just below it. Since the dining table is also In the kitchen it was practically unusable.

Convenient but noisy and I’ve never seen a balcony kitchen before.

Marnie was super helpful and friendly The apartment was in a great location

The kitchen is effectively on the balcony, so not inside the apartment. It wasn’t a comfortable temperature so had to wear a coat each time I ventured into the kitchen. Also the apartment is directly on the train line which is VERY loud. The temperature and noise made it quite uncomfortable to be in the kitchen / dining space.

great location

Great location, great view great communication from Marnie, kept in contact with us and met us at apartment and even let us check in early 😊 Watched the fireworks from our room, easy walk to Crown, free tram right outside so no need to drive. would recommend staying here and we hope to return again. 😊😊

too noisy to be relaxing or enjoyable

property owner was friendly and nice to deal with.

the proximity to the train tracks was unacceptable. due to the constant noise we cut our stay short and moved to quieter hotel. while this noise was noted at the very end of the description I didn’t scroll to the very bottom when booking. so while I accept some responsibility if the property has a draw full of ear plugs as well as two closed doors from the noise it was pretty poor offering.

A very nice place to base yourself for a few days or longer.

This apartment is a great find and very convenient to many of Melbourne’s attractions. Marnie was an excellent host and is very responsive. The apartment is super clean and well appointed with more than enough room for four people to stay comfortably. Lovely views over the river are also a bonus.

We loved it.

The location is very good. in middle of the city.

All facility provided by the owner was very good. Bed , Linen, Kitchen utensils every thing was in good condition like new.

Location is great, tram is infront of the building. Walking distance to almost everywhere. Can walk to Flinders Street station, city, South Melbourne market, DFO, Crown and many more places. Marnie is very nice and lovely person. She met us @ the lobby and showed us around the apartment.

Very happy

The response from the host was exceptional, arriving from interstate I contacted the host at the airport to provide notice of arrival time which had been bought forward due to a flight change. Marnie met me there and provided a run down on the facilities and information on places that we could go for food and necessities. The property was clean and comfortable and well maintained. The experience was first class!

The host was amazing and very accomodating and super helpful sorting out the booking, showing us around and helping us get settled in!

Perfect location, very comfy beds, exceptionally clean apartment & a bonus to have kitchen & laundry facilities!

The trains were a little noisy but if the glass door was shut you barely noticed them!

Perfect location

Marnie was so lovely to deal with from the moment we booked the apartment and during the check in process. We travelled to Melbourne for a wedding located at the Crown Towers so the location was perfect for us. We could actually see the venue from the room along with everything else Southbank has to offer. Rooms were clean and ample amenities for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend if you would like to stay close to the casino and riverbank :)
