Best vacation ever! We plan on returning next year and will rent from Latitude Adjustment Apts. again.

Location was awesome, very quaint and quiet neighborhood.

The futon in living room wasn’t too comfy to sleep on.

Everything was perfect for me even though you have to take stairs and travel across bridge to beach I didn’t mind.

A must stay location and beautiful apartment with flare and energy.

Brian and Denisse are very available, approachable, responsive, client focused, helpful and hospitalable. Great system in place to retrieve keys. Apartment has a balcony, comfort, annenities, a feeling of home. I look forward to staying by Brian's Latitude Adjustment apartment each time in PR.

There is nothing dislikable about the host/hostess, location nor accommodation.

Nice to visit Puerto Rico, a lovely place but reluctant to use Booking .com again to make a booking

Location from beach and restaurants etc was very poor for elderly guests. There was no easy way to get across the highway when you're not under 50. We had no idea ahead of time and had we, would have never booked there. Best thing about it was nearness to airport.

Extra bed was way too short for an adult. Appliances were cheap. No dish towels and things usually supplied in this type of place. Generally misrepresented. Luxurious it was not- in fact quite the opposite. Patio was the car park. No windows to look out. Right behind the main highway so noise all night long. The sink was not stable- it rocked.

Very good

Location was good, a few minutes walk to the beach and the main road of Isla Verde. House is very cute, clean and nicely decorated. Bed is really comfortable. And they provide beach chairs, snorkeling masks, towels for guests to use 😊 Brian let me check in a little early which was super helpful and kind.

A bit of noise from the busy road outside, but I sleep with ear plugs daily so it didn't bother me while I slept. And it's nothing the hosts can impact either way.

Great gem in the heart of Isla Verde!

It is very close to everything. 6 mins from airport. 5 min walk to beach and restaurants. 13 mins to old San Juan and Distrito TMOBILE. The apartment is very clean. Has complimentary water for when arrive and toiletries. Plenty of towels. Snorkeling gear, beach chairs and towels, umbrella and cooler. Parking! Walgreens and CVS near by. Banco Popular across the way.

I like windows and there are not a lot. They do have a balcony. Needs a small bistro table and chairs, and it would be perfect.

I had a great stay and will definitely come back.

The location was excellent! A short walk to the isla verde strip and the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Brian was an excellent host and was very responsive.

Very good

Excellent location! Near the beach and restaurants! We spent more time outside than in the apartment. The bed is comfortable. TV is large, but 90percent of the time was on the beach! Brian is a wonderful host!

Location great, bed so soft, loved the cooler, beach towels, large closet.

Convenient, comfy and walking distance!

Location was perfect for a quick stay. Easy ride to/from the airport and walking distance to the beach. Grocery, bakery, and restaurants nearby. Plenty of towel, comfy bed, and even a cooler and beach chairs to use! Would stay again

only downside is the traffic noise can be loud at night.

wonderful for a couple sharing one bed.

Brian the host is great; very helpful to make your stay successful. He even bought a new mask and snorkel for my use.

the sofa bed is a classic sofa bed, not ideal for a good night’s sleep. I was traveling with my mother and the sofa bed made for a sad second bed.

The owner is very detailed in his introduction to the place and very responsive. The place itself is in a great location. Restaurants and the beach is only 5 min away. The place is also very clean. Enjoyed my stay here.

Walking distance to the beach was good.

The bathroom and dining room windows were boarded up blocking any natural light into the space. This also caused very poor ventilation.

I highly recommend this place.

The apartment was clean, and well-equipped. The location is excellent. It’s a short walk to the beach, and restaurants and within minutes to many tourist areas such as El viejo San Juan, Isla Verde and El Condado.

Superb

The apartment was clean and convenient. Air was great once we figured it out. Had extra towels if needed and beach equipment which was definitely a plus. TV had Netflix and other apps.Easy check in and out. Overall enjoyed this apartment it was just as advertised.

The restaurant food in the area wasn't worth the price. It was actually disappointing, but at least we could walk to it.

Lovely, would stay again...

We loved the response of the owners to our inquiries...we were happy to have a suite (full kitchen, living room area), and PARKING... and internet TV choices... as compared to a hotel choice... The location was as expected, and fine ... no security issues...

It was a bit noisy with highway right there, but we accommodated by turning the AC on at night so we could sleep... else all was good...

Very good

Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Large size of apartment. Beach supplies (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler box) provided. Very responsive host/owner and trying to help with issues.

Noise from freeway close by. One evening without any electricity (and internet) and another night without internet, which seemed to be a problem in the neighbourhood so not the host's fault.

Nice place, but will not recommend as next to a busy highway with very loud sounds all day & night.

Nice amenities: boogie boards, ice chest and many more. Well decorated. Clean. Nice Shower.

Sound proof walls or having the property moved to another quieter location. Directly next to a busy highway. Til about 1AM they were drag strip driving and playing outrageously loud music as they drove by. The key reason, why I cannot recommend this property to any of my friends and family.
