Достаточно хорошее место для того кто большую часть времени проводит в экскурсиях.

Были четыре ночи вчетвером. Квартира рассчитана на шестерых. Достаточно близко 2-е станции метро - 8 минут ходьбы. До трамвая 5 минут. Тихое место, хотя пару раз слышал как у соседей идет ремонт. Но хозяин не виноват. Рядом- 2 минуты, есть рыночек и супермаркет. Много мест где можно покушать. Если пройти рынок насквозь, есть детская площадка. В квартире есть все что надо для приготовления пищи, включая духовку. Есть пылесос, кондиционеры, 2 туалета и 2 душа. Стиральная машина. Для нас четверых, было достаточно просторно. Есть фен. Если поискать по шкафчикам в ванной, можно найти шампунь и зубную пасту.

В принципе ничего критического не было, в основном (для меня) мелкие неудобства. Вида из окон не найдете. Все окна выходят в внутреннюю шахту с видом на окно соседа, на расстоянии 3 метров, а окна 3-х метровые. Внутренне расположение комнат не удобное. Все туалеты на выходе из квартиры. Обеденный стол с холодильником отдельной комнате, не в кухне. Приходится ходить туда сюда при готовке еды. Не хватает маленькой тряпки протереть стол и разделочной доски. Расположение розеток не удобное. Только возле 2-х из шести кроватей есть розетки. Или розетки на высоте 3-х метров (потолки около 5-и). Мы не сразу получили инструкцию как войти. Для хозяев, не во всех странах первый этаж-это этаж на земле. Унитазы старые, пока не смыл, можно спокойно набрать на анализы. Придираюсь, но мне было не приятно. Было чисто, но в одном из ведер нашли недоеденную пачку чипсов. Есть маленькая ступенька в пару сантиметров между комнатами и кухней. Полы с ламинатовым покрытием местами провалены и скрипят. Мы нашли только один пульт от кондиционера на две комнаты.

Renovated flat, well decorated. Two rooms with beds for 4 people in each one. A good option for families or groups of young people. Close to restaurants and clubs, possible to reach several touristic points on foot.

The building is old and neglected, although the apartment itself has been renovated. The cleanliness was not outstanding, particularly in the bathrooms.

Very good location.

the apartment has two toilets. This was also one of the main reasons for choosing it, because we were two families. In the end, one toilet was locked the whole time and we couldn't use it.

Super for a family or a group up to eight

Ideal location. If you are good walker you can in most of the main places by walking. The appartment is very spacious with two large bedrooms with 1 double bed +2 single bed in each.there are two bathrooms. And two toilets. There is a real separate dining room and also a kitchen with everything you need to cook. The washing machine is definitively a plus when you travel with your family. The host is really kind.

The building itself is not in a very good state. I don't see something else!

The place was amazing and very nice very clean. had everything we needed. the price was also fair. Good location right near bars and restaurants 😊 we were very happy to have been there!!!!

The way in the yard till the apartment smelled really 🤮🤮🤮

Excellent location, excellent amenities.

We had an amazing time at this apartment. The communication from the host was very clear, right from the beginning. The apartment has all the amenities that you would need, particularly as a family. The availability of two bathrooms/toilets definitely helps. I would happily stay there again if I were to visit Budapest. Highly recommended.

Great apartment

We were a group of 6 guys visiting Budapest. The apartment can sleep up to 8 persons on separate beds. Two bathrooms were a huge convenience - one is with shower, the other one with bathtub. There's also a kitchenette and small dining room. Fun decor with bikes on the walls. Location is very good - almost in the heart of the city, close to famous clubs (like Fogas) and Kiraly street, walking distance to Deak Ferenc ter, also just few minutes to the nearest tram and bus stops. The courtyard of the building may not look inviting but we found it perfectly safe (it's accessible only by code). The contact with the owner was flawless. The self check-in is easy.

In the country of wine a corkscrew in the kitchen should be a must. There should be more glasses. The dining room is bit small.
