The Square Guest Apartment

Chosen for its central location for the places we were visiting, only slept there, didn't use any facilities except the lovely bathroom and comfortable beds. Clean and well appointed upstairs apartment. Plenty of free parking in the square at the front of the building.

It was very convenient for visiting family. The apartment is well equipped, clean, warm & welcoming.

The initial smell going into the lobby was musty There are various marks & dunkles on the walls, that could be easily removed & the kitchen tap needs fixed as it's loose.

it was clean tidy and very spacious, good location and close to were we needed to be.

just the view from back window was not nice, but only was there to sleep so made no difference to us.

Spacious, clean, quiet accommodation

Very clean and adequate for what we needed. Close to food/drink shops and facilities. Very quiet. Would recommend.

Struggled to get taxis but that is no fault of the hosts. Property would benefit from providing a hairdryer for guests. No other dislikes :-)

lots of information to make the check in and stay smooth! when we needed more towels the owner was quick to drop some more off 😊

the stairs leading up to the flat could have Been cleaner, but the flat itself was lovely

there is only one mirror in the whole apartment, which is a bit surprising. it could be better to provide few mirrors. And the stairs area from main door was really smelling cigarette.

With a few minor adjustments this apartment would of been excellant

There was no breakfast included as the apartment was self catering (which was not a problem).

The description of the property did not state that it took two flights of stairs to use all of the facilities i.e. one flight to enter the apartment and another flight to get to the kitchen. Shower was hard to access for people with limited mobility and age restriction. There was no handrail to assist with entry and exit - had to ensure that spouse was on hand in case I slipped. Towels had a musty smell although were clean. Bedding was very good but due to the cold weather/apartment not been used it would of been nice to have extra covers. When entering the stairwell entrance from the street and the apartment there was a strong smell of tobacco smoke although it was advertised as non smoking.
