About this house rental
Coral Breeze (Units A and B) is your new paradise. Each 2 bedroom 2 bath side of this adorable duplex features everything you need for your island vacation. The master bedroom features a king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom with walk out access to your tropical tiki patio and private heated pool. Second bedroom features 2 twin size beds and a travel crib and high chair is provided for the littlest member of your family.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the amenities you would have at home. A gas grill is also provided.
You are just a 2 minute walk away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico where you can watch breath taking sunsets, or spend the day playing in the sand and waves! Explore all Anna Maria Island has to offer with its unique boutiques and fantastic restaurants, either by foot or taking the free Trolley ride. You may even want to book both sides of the duplex for family reunions or large gatherings where you could sleep 8 and have TWO pools and four bedrooms. There is a gate between the pool areas so you can easily maneuver from one side to the other.
Dogs up to 40lb are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes.

We were able to spend our vacation in this beautiful house for the 3rd time. The covered parking lot is ideal for getting in and out dry in the rain or getting into a car that is not overheated at midday when it is very hot. The covered veranda is also a big plus. We used the small table in the pool almost every day for an aperitif in the pool, a great way to end the day. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for 3 weeks. We also used the barbecue almost every day and the steaks were simply delicious (tip: buy the meat in the Chop Shop, Bradenton - 1A quality). In 5 minutes you are at one of the most beautiful beaches, and the small beach trolley was perfect for transporting the cool box and the tent.We will also book the Coral Breeze A for our next vacation on AMI. We will be happy to come back again and again.

My son's family of 4 stayed at Coral Breeze A while myself, husband, and daughter's family stayed at Coral Breeze B. It was a wonderful family time. Plenty of room, had all our meals together, and sharing the 2 pools was an extra bonus.

Everyone was very responsive to any questions or issues. Washer/dryer replaced in one day. Silverware is an issue with many rentals, solved the problem with a trip to Dollar Tree (6 spoons for $2.50) and they wanted to reimburse me. Misty, Kevin and Rose were both helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Location of the property was great! Pool was constantly 81, which was great for the kiddos, even when the outside temp was low 70s. Only wishlist for this property would be more spices (simple as salt/pepper) at the house for cooking and food storage - had to improvise on storage and buy spices. Would stay here again!

The duplex is in a great location in regards to beach access and shopping/dining. It has a great back porch and pool area. The living room furniture is ok, not the most comfortable, and an ottoman or two would be great to add for improved comfort. The kitchen is nice, slightly tight, but functional. However, the dishwasher needs to be replaced as it washes dishes poorly, the wheels on the bottom basket keep falling off and it doesn’t dry dishes at all. Overall, this place has become our go to place when we visit AMI

The app made it very easy to report a couple of small concerns, which were handled immediately. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded and addressed the concern. Description matched the house and its amenities. The grill, beach chairs, and umbrellas provided were nice. We traveled in mid July and the pool got a good amount of sun in the afternoon.

This is our second stay here. We rent both sides so we can have family vacation. Comfortable and well stocked home. We love the privacy of the pool and the proximity to the beach. If I had any complaints, I would say the floors could be cleaned better and the beach cart would be better if it was a wagon.

This property was In a great location and the pool and outdoor area was amazing. The main living area of the property and kitchen were great. The bedrooms could use a little updating. The beach amenities could use an update with nicer chairs and some sand toys. We bought some toys and left for the next person. Overall it was a great experience.

We love the house and this was our third visit. There needs to be some light bulb changes. TV in bedroom did not work. TV in living room needs attention. Perhaps a battery in the remote. 3:00pm would be better check-in even though we realize time needs to be allowed for cleaning but a 4:00pm is loss of a day. Other rentals we have visited are better stocked. Overall we had a great stay.

Good location. Quiet area and close to beach. Enjoyed the covered area which allowed us to sit outside and take a break from the sun. Only 1 mile from Pune Avenue shops. Only issue is kitchen did not have oven mitts and no grill utensils. Also no flat baking pans to heat up food in oven. Overall this was very nice

The house was very comfortable, clean, and functional. We really enjoyed the private backyard pool. Great location near the beach and and the northern end of the island. Our one disappointment is that our dog was not permitted on the beach, even on a leash--which of course is no reflection of the property!

We stayed for Labor Day and couldn’t have been more pleased. The property was clean, spacious and everything we needed. We absolutely loved the pool and covered patio. As lifelong residents of Manatee Co, being able to staycation on Holmes Beach is a tradition and we can’t wait to return Coral Breeze.

We had a wonderful time!!! Everything was as pictured and very clean. We needed a blender and the property manager dropped one off that same afternoon. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a home within walking distance to beach. It was about a block away from public beach access. We had an amazing time!

Our stay in this rental was overall a great time. The unit was clean and very close to the beach. The pool was great! There were 3 of us so the 1 twin bed in the second bedroom that was broken (no kidding, broken) wasn’t a problem. The other beds were comfy. The unit is small but very cozy and the unit was well furnished. The service staff was quick to help when we had issue with our door lock and I pointed out that the rag rug under the coffee table/ trunk was a tripping and skidding hazard. He agreed and said he would report it to office. But after those issues let me say we would definitely rent here again.

We were staying for 4 weeks and had the perfect vacation. As we stayed at this house before we knew what awaited us. We were not disappointed. It was as great as last time and if there was an issue it was taken care of at once. The grill was working but with a hole in the bottom and lost heat. We reported this and the same day Kevin took care of it and an hour later he came with a new grill. As many reviewers have noted, the main shower head is a problem. It is very strong and makes showering with a sunburn unbearable. We have reported this. Even before Kevin arrived, we found out that it has an adjustment screw above the shower head that can be used to reduce the water spray. Thus, the problem has been solved. Kevin would have also replaced the shower head, but this was no longer necessary. I cannot imagine a better service – first class service. Misty from the office and Kevin had really provided an excellent service.
The photos are exactly what you would expect. The covered parking is ideal. It was possible to get into a "cooled" car even at noon in the greatest heat.

Upon arrival, the temperature was close to 80 degrees inside the house. It took over 40 minutes for the ac to kick in. We noticed later that evening that the master shower wasn’t working. I tried it, my husband tried it without success . Several days in the row we switched on the shower again, without success only a few drip of water would come out. I emailed the property manager without getting a response until I emailed them again the day before we left.
I took a video showing the shower not working and emailed it to the management in my first email . I requested a credit for a non working master shower. They replied back today with a video showing a working shower and basically telling us we did not know how to turn on a shower and literally making fun of us in the video, so disrespectful!!! The pool pump was also leaking, landscaping lights and pool light were not working so you we were not able to swim past sunset. Master bedroom felt like a basement room, no windows and master bathroom had a tiny window.
The house is in a great location but it needs to be updated, too many small non working items. The pictures they provided are deceiving and have been photoshopped . I would not recommend this property based on the management. We have contacted and booked a different rental with a different property management for our next 2 week vacation rental in Anna Maria.

This was our second year staying here. The townhome is spacious and bright and is only 1-1/2 blocks to the beach. The previous year, they provided a buggy to take all the beach items to the beach but they did not do that this year so we had to buy our own. The mattress on the bed definitely needs to be replaced. It also would also be nice to have a coffee maker that works properly and turns off automatically. Other than that, the unit is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, great big dining room table and comfy living room furniture! We already booked again for two months next year and can't wait to be back!!

We had a great vacation staying in Coral Breeze A. The house and it's location were perfect! It was very nicely decorated and clean. It was nice to spend a few hours at the beach then walk back to the house and relax in the pool. It would have been nice to have some beach supplies like beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards though. We would definitely rent this property again next summer.

We loved it. We stayed 11 nights. The pool was wonderful and we spent a lot of time in it. Walking down to the gorgeous beach for the sunset every night was about a 5 minute stroll on a quiet pretty street. The home had a lot of kitchen utensils, plenty of dishes, pots and pans etc. The decor was adorable beach/coastal theme with lots of little details. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked. I think the only recommendation would be to replace the mattress soon in the master bedroom. It was overdue for replacement. Overall it was an awesome tropical paradise vacation.

The property was a short walk to the beautiful Gulf beach and the backyard oasis with private pool made it hard to decide where to spend our sun filled days. The home was comfortable and had plenty of room for four adult guests.
