Great location. Quiet, pleasantly decorated, spacious, good kitchen, comfy beds/lounges, warm, and great value. Close to Abbey, supermarket and nice cafes; really is only 5min max walk to historic centre across bridge. We got parking at back side street no prob. Instructions easy to follow to find. Very happy with.
Would someone please hang the mirror above the bathroom basin (resting on basin at 4foot high seems to be a disturbing trend in uk rentals) (a full length one on back, and some hooks would be helpful too, thanks :)

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was exactly as we expected and that's all you can really ask for. It's cosy, homely and excellent value for money.
We liked more or less everything. The weather was a bit chillier than we'd hoped, but I hardly feel that we can hold the hosts' responsible for that......

Really great stay, clean and comfy cottage. Had everything we needed. Ticked all the boxes.
We’ll presented, brilliant location, perfect for our stay.

Having to leave 😢 wished we could have stayed longer.

Location was very convenient- good to have parking options nearby. We didn’t spent much time in the house as we were working, but it was perfectly fine for what we needed.
I couldn’t find anything to make fresh coffee with - it might have been me!

Fantastic location quiet everything you need in a place plenty of cereals etc
The main bed is very squeaky when you turn over even In the 2nd bedroom one of the beds were very squeaky
Mattresses weren't the best
Also no fans in the house with this recent heatwave bedrooms were hot

Tucked away yet central and ideal particularly as we were attending a concert at The Abbey. Plenty of space for relaxing and eating around the table in large kitchen. Well and thoughtfully equipped throughout. There was even a picnic set which would have enjoyed using if we could have stayed longer. Comfortable beds. Very helpful hosts.
It was an exceptionally hot weekend and the option of a sheet would have been good. There were very comfortable clean coverless duvets which have not come across before and were super soft and scrupulously cleaned each time.

The location is perfect, beautiful cottage with lovely character. Absolutely spotless and such lovely hosts. Great info provided and basics in the kitchen, which was helpful. Loved the games, books and Dvds
There wasnt anything we didnt liked, we all loved it.

Beautiful cottage, very clean, 7 minutes walk from town. Hosts have been excellent in communicating.

The cottage was in a great location really close to the centre of Shrewsbury. There was an Asda within five minutes and a Sainsburys Local just up the road. There were lots of nearby pubs and restaurants. We didn't have a car and the walk from the station was about 20 minutes. As we didn't have lots of luggage this wasn't a problem (on arrival at least - after a trip to a second hand bookshop in Shrewsbury bags were heavier going home!). The cottage was in a court yard and it was generally quiet. It was quite an interesting building and I would have liked to have known more about it!

Clean, cosy cottage in a great location within 10mins walk of town centre. There are a couple of very nice pubs close by where we had great value food. Asda & Home bargains are a 2 minute walk away. Beds were so comfortable and location was secluded an quiet. Hosts Steve and Louise were very helpful and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again should we visit the lovely town of Shrewsbury.
There wasn't anything we didn't like but the courtyard could maybe do with a motion censor light to help you see at night.

Cosy accommodation in a convenient location.
Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen.
Hosts very helpful and responsive.
Not a major issue as we weren't in much but TV reception and Wifi signal weren't the best.
4.7
The location was excellent, within walking distance of all facilities but still quiet. It was handy to have cereals and milk provided for breakfast.

Fantastic location, brilliant communication from owners, cottage was perfect - couldn’t ask for better.
Nothing.

There was a two litre bottle of organic milk in the fridge. We were well placed in a quiet residential area, not too far away from key areas of interest. We were two minutes away from Azda. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to see greenery out of the window. The parking is good.
The bathroom lacked a mirror at face level for shaving. It would have been nice if the bins were compartmented off outside as they were visible from the window.
