Stay was OK

The check in and check out process was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and I had everything I needed.

I did not like the smell in the hotel. It smelled like someone was smoking marijuana, despite non-smoking signs being up in the hotel. Due to myself having asthma, it was hard to sleep. I had an important event and had to get up early that morning. Needless to say, I did not get much sleep.

Elevator not working Hallway carpet dirty Stairway to parking lot and to lobby unsafe Not enough supplies for breakfast to eat with Water machine broken water splash out of control.

Look for another option.

Beds are good and bathroom is OK. We were there just to sleep during our trip.

Reception was not helpful nor courteous. The hotel needs to be remodeled. Carpet is so dirty, walls, ceiling and elevator look bad.

The price was ok for the length of time I stayed there.

I stayed for 6 nights and 7 days. Not once did I get room service. I had to take out my own trash twice, and from that roaches came out. Called for toilet paper, no one came to my room to refresh that, I had to go get it myself. Their landline phone is static, and I can't hear anyone. The bathroom door knob is broken, the cover on the AC is broken and the toilet paper holder is also broken. Oh, and one of the laps is broken.

nothing really special about it. my friend and I were passing thru town looking for a couple hours of sleep and honestly would have been better sleep in the car. A complete waste of money. The lobby is the best looking part. Not worth my money

my room had a mold stain on the ceiling and moldy smell in my room

Even though I didn’t make it to my room Someone I knew check in the same night I was going and they sent the person to two different rooms with people’s belongings in them.

Walked in room there was roach in middle of floor🤮 Then we ask for another room. They gave us another room. Walked in 2 ne room there was the cart with dirty laundry inside room😡😡 Went back to front desk ask for money back, they refused to refund me

It was horrible.

Only thing I liked about the property is that it was close to everything in the Raleigh area.

It wasn’t as it was advertised. I booked a king room and got a double room. Trash was everywhere at the facility. The tv in my room didn’t even work so we couldn’t even get a different room, will never book again.

I didn’t - There were roaches, it was dirty, the snacks were just about gone. This place was broke down.

Nothing - It was dirty, and the pictures of this property are inaccurate. The location also appeared to be unsafe. For instance, there was a car in the parking lot that was missing a door handle and the trunk was pried open.

Everything - The parking lot was creepy, people hanging out that looked like they were up to no good and the car that appeared to be broken into, etc.

the worst stay I’ve ever had anywhere the lady at the front desk needs to learn to greet her customers with a smile and

lady at front desk was rude and not friendly it took us 15 minutes just to check in she kept asking us the same questions over and over we only got 1 key no keycard envelope she gave us a torn piece of paper I almost fell in the lobby the floor was wet with no wet floor sign when I asked for towels and wash clothes I was given a floor mat never got anything that day ask again the next day and still never got it we stayed from Friday til Sunday and housekeeping never came by once the door didn’t have a latch on it we should have known cause people were complaining when we got there and asking for refunds
