We will be back next time. This property is everything it says it is.

Loved the location close to the everything. The balcony was a bonus and my husband and I loved sitting there watching the people walking by in the afternoon with a glass of wine.

Nice

Apartment was clean and spacious. Good quality bedding and towels. Had everything we needed. Fabulous view from front of apartment.

Entrance to the apartment from the street - dark, smelly and dirty. Was better after that. Didn’t know which apartment was ours and then had to call owner for a code. Would have liked a photo of the door and code by email as my phone does not work abroad.

Stunning renovated apartment!!! Incredible views!!

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous!! So spacious and clean and had everything you needed to make it feel like home. The views of the port and ocean are stunning and the location was incredible. The host was so kind and nothing was a trouble to her if we had questions. Can’t wait to return one day.

A super big and modern apartment with great location!

Great location in the Harbour of Split.

The stairway and entrance from street was very dirty, and the door from street was broken and open.

Absolutely wonderful!

This is a wonderful apartment right on the Riva in Split. The apartment was very clean and spacious with an amazing view of the Adriatic Sea. The central location made everything we wanted to do and see within walking distance.

The only negative is the fact that there is no elevator in the building and you have to carry your luggage up several flights so better to travel light.

Amazing stay!

Everything as shown in the pictures. The inventory is really nice and the view is absolutely stunning. We booked the apartment for the getting ready for my wedding and it was really perfect - super nice bedrooms and enough glasses etc. Also washing machine and everything else you could need. Also, the Check-in was so easy. We could check in earlier and they also would made it possible to check out a little bit later! Thanks a lot!

We were so happy to find this property as it is all that you need when staying in Split! Ideal location, modern, stylish and comfortable interiors. Very kind host and assistant who will go beyond and above to make your stay the perfect one. We will be back next year for a much longer trip this time. Thank you!

Fantastic apartment , perfect location , very accommodating host and Valentina was very helpful , would definitely stay again , and there is an added bonus of a fabulous burger bar called toto minutes from apartment

Almost excellent.

Excelent location, utilities in the kitchen and bathrooms, very good mattresses, spotless clean, newly renovated, à little grocery store downstairs, a very good " Toto's burgers" restaurant downstairs for burger lovers and a lot of local little restaurants "konoba" for local food. I recommend "Fife" as it is very close, cheaper than most and with huge portions.

The apartment is spotless clean and very well decorated and utilated. I would have appreciated - better pillows as they are way too soft. - a TV în the second living room rather than in the bedroom. - well attended plants on the balcony otherwise better without. - the cleaning done on a regular basis, every 2 or 3 days for example rather than " on demand". Bear in mind that the apartment is at the second floor so no elevator as it is an old building. The entrance in the building is through a gang with no light and it's kind of creepy at night. Also, as many apartments are for rent in the building, maybe it wouldn't be such a big expense for the owners to use a coat of paint on the staircase at the lower stories.

It was in the perfect location, the apartment was beautifully decorated and the layout was great.

We arrived early in the morning but a quick email to the keyholders and we were allowed to drop our bags in the property and get a change of clothes. We then went an explored the town and received an email to let us know the property had been cleaned.

The communal entrance to the property from the street was initially a little dark and foreboding. We got to this though and the area feels very safe and touristy.
