es horrible lo que huele el portal y se mete en el edficio me tube que ir a las 10 de la noche para mi ciudad y cuarto baños cn cintas en salidas de aire un frio cn radiadores rotos sofa manchado ppr nuy barato que veais ni vayais por favor se quedan el dinero

nada todo estaba asqueroro tendria que ir un tecnico de boooking a revisar el piso para que reformen

precio calidad vergonzoso

la atencion al entregar las llaves fue buena y atenta

la casa era demasiado antigua y con humedad. muy fria y las estufas casi no funcionaban. casa con alrededores muy ruidosos, imposible descansar. no tenia wifi, cosa que para casi 2025 es una locura ver eso en hospedajes de booking.

Terrible, no reservar aquí.

Nada. Es un sitio pésimo en una zona horrible. Ni siquiera nos quedamos allí y se negaron a hacer ninguna devolución, ni siquiera parcial. Nada positivo de este alojamiento.

La chica que nos atendió es una mentirosa. Dijo que no podía hacer ninguna devolución porque Booking no les dejaba. Hablamos con Booking.com y nos consta que les escribieron pidiendo que hicieran una devolución y se negaron. Se quedaron con casi 700€ de reserva por una habitación que habíamos reservado la noche antes y que no pudimos usar, porque aunque en la descripción pone que "algunas habitaciones tienen escaleras" en realidad todas las tienen y la reserva era para mi suegro, de más de 80 años, con problemas de rodilla, que no puede subir escaleras. Era un segundo sin ascensor. Nos ofreció el piso de un familiar, que era en una zona terrible. Paralelamente, vamos a denunciar en consumo que no cumple con ninguna normativa adecuada para el uso al que se destina.

Disappointing.

The location was good for us and the fact that it was apartment with tiny kitchen (though ill equipped) and washing machine (which was dirty). The hot water was good but NEEDS instructions - see below.

The apartment is not marked on google maps correctly, it is marked close to Avenida Malaga, but is at far end of road. Nowhere did we see the name Da Vinci. Had to call owner to find the place, they had kindly tried to let us in earlier than the advertised time. It was unfortunate that the 'quiet street view' was spoilt by the road being closed and being dug up throughout our stay, and an outage of WhatsApp, so we couldn't get messages from owner. (But road works and WhatsApp weren't under control of owner). There were only about 10 pieces of toilet paper left on a roll and a small pile of table napkins in the bathroom; one light bulb was out in bathroom; an electric socket was hanging off wall in bedroom. When we arrived the washing was on the indoor line and the bed was partly made up; the mop was by the front door with dirt and hair hanging off it; the washing machine was dirty and clogged; there was an outside washing line with just two pegs on it; the mattress was so uncomfortable; big towels, but rough as sandpaper; nice hair drier but nowhere to plug it in by mirror. The gas water heater was turned off when we arrived. As I've not used gas before it was trial and error getting it working - and probably not a good idea to be fiddling with gas appliances with no instructions! Simple instructions would have been useful. The kitchen was poorly equipped and not altogether clean. We left the kitchen and crockery cleaner than we had found them. Just a few euros would have addressed these shortcomings.

Horrible, disgusting

Everything was silly, too mess, weak heating, no hot water just warm. The boiler was unbelievable, you should put the gas on and then to fire the boiler but it’s not normal to do this. The host was very silly as well no coming to see us or discuss problems. I think is the worst place i ever been. Not recommend at all! I was surprised about price but i took it, so never look for the cheapest ones.

Disappointing

Easy area for parking. Good instruction for key. Nice lounge.

No loo paper. No instructions for gas and hot water or washing machine. No advice for Ronda. Floor not clean and bad towels. Noisy neighborhood!
