I could not in good faith recommend this property; next time, I'll stay at the Hilton

The location was amazing and provided easy access to the beach. The beach front remained quiet. It was also easy to get to the shops for provisions. Finally, the three AC units made it comfortable after being in the hot sun.

The instructions and photo did not accurately describe where to find the keypad. Next was the adventure of finding the lock box. It took 40 minutes to locate the lock box after contacting the care taker whose attitude was offensive. The unit could use a thorough cleaning. The dust is piling up on the cable box, art deco items, and chairs.

Coral sand apartment top recommendation

Beautiful apartment very clean very secure, with access to a beach directly across the road. Information was provided by thilo to cover every possible situation. All in all the most relaxing holiday I've ever been on. 2 places nearby we would recommend; the little Bristol bar with friendly staff and live music, and the caboose fish place friendly and cheap!

Nothing about the apartment. Parts of speightstown centre a bit neglected and rundown.

Wonderful! Coral Sands is the perfect home base!

Loved the location of Coral Sands. A great beach right across the road, walkable to shops, restaurants and the bus station. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the beach- chais, umbrellas and snorkelling equipment. 😊 The kitchen was well equipped with everything one would need. As a bonus, there was even a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well in the air conditioning. There was a TV with lots of channels and Netflix. The internet was reliable for the entire week, and even worked on the beach! In addition to our host providing detailed information about the area, there was literature in the condo as well.

The upstairs living room was very hot most days. I do think that May is hotter than the winter months, so this may not affect all customers.

Beautiful apartment

Fantastic location for us. Lots of beautiful beaches near by with easy access, great for swimming. Great apartment with a lovely terrace to watch the sunset and hear the sea. Great WiFi connection. Good facilities. Free secure parking. Would definitely recommend.

We wd rec the apt. to others, but we wdnt go back to that area of barbados. Other than baiaand Beach

There was no breakfast that we knew of. It rained almost daily, but we had been traveling two months in Europe and Africa and were exhausted and rested so ok. The Baiai restaurant across the street is fab and Govea a 10% discount to guests at Coral Sands. The other two restaurants where we ate in sleights town were awful, we bought groceries at Jordan’s, everything everywhere very expensive.

I couldn’t find my house shoes and my feet had to be constantly washed when I walked around the apt. Dust, I think the apt was clean but hadn’t been cleaned in a while. All the big towels were musty. I told your housekeeper they needed to be washed with Clorox, she said no i use oxígeno clean.

Superb

Very friendly hosts, including Sonjia who met us with the key when we arrived and cleaned the apartment twice whilst we were there. Spacious comfortable accommodation, with good access to Speightstown and the west coast. Excellent wifi suitable for making video calls and streaming. There were mosquitoes, but these were present all along the west coast. Fortunately the beds have mosquito nets, which meant it was easy to get an excellent nights sleep.

A real gem of a place.

The apartment is a home away from home. It is well kept and comes fully equipped with just about every thing one can think of! Loved it.

Superb

Very close to the sea, local restaurants and bars, shops, bus station and a choice of beaches. The apartment was well equipped for our needs. Communication prior to the holiday was excellent.

The security light which has to be kept on lights up the spare room at night. Suggest a blackout blind or curtain as well so that the room is dark at night.

Host of house is german professor of geology, he was very attentive for us. House is big and wonderful inside, there are

Pluses are beautiful view from window, big square inside house, big comfort of all, very attentive host, near different sandy and coral (this one has a lot of beautiful color fishes and plants) beaches. House has a lot of different useful things as charges, diving goods, cutleries. Everything is very thoughtful.

I can’t say some bad details, all was beautiful.

Exceptional

Excellent location with beach just over the road - WiFi even works on beach! Very informative and friendly hosts. Extremely comfortable and spacious accommodation. Close to shops, restaurants and bars.

Disappointed - the noise stopped us spending any time on the balcony & the apartment was 'tired'

The location in Speightstown close to supermarkets, restaurants and the bus station was excellent.

Our whole time in the apartment was spoilt by the constant and high pitched building noise from the renovation at the front of the property as well from the refurbishment at the side and back. We couldn't therefore relax on the balcony and enjoy the sea views and the apartment was 'tired'. We felt that we had to write this review to support the concept of 'Booking.com' representing honest reviews that people can rely on.

A wonderful stay in a well-equipped apartment in a superb location.

Having a washing machine and dryer! Being so close to the beach and shops. Having a verandah.

Building works at the restaurant opposite were sometimes a bit intrusive.

Home away from home!

The location of the property is great and very relaxing. The proximity to the beach, supermarkets, fruit vendors, and shopping area was literally a minute away. We enjoyed the balcony view, and listening to the sounds of the crystal clear blue sea. Namaste, for all yogis! Just set up that mat, on the balcony.. The property has a real feel of home, with lovely art, in every room. I even had the opportunity to work, as there’s a station set up to laptop and work. Although it was just the two of us, the property is spacious. It’s definitely a home away from home. Cook your meals and just enjoy the scenery, the ocean and the fresh air! You won’t regret your stay... We would definitely refer people to stay here! We had a lovely time... in this quiet den.

Can’t say there was anything to lament on, the property met our expectations.
