Not willing to work with you.

It's very close to a lot of stores and fast food.

Not enough water pressure, a/c didn't get cold enough, furniture was to big for the size of the room, rude owners.

Was not told on website that there was a $50.00 deposit. The man who checked me in was very rude. Will not stay at that one again

I don't think I got $108 worth of room.

It was very modern yet comfy.

$50 DEPOSIT UPFRONT for damages. NOT RETURNED UNTIL AFTER 3pm the next day. I think more attention to details when cleaning would improve their scores. (i.e.bubblegum on the stairwells, a candy wrapper just under the edge of the bed.

It was way better than I expected considering that the price was moderately cheap.

I liked how close it was to my home and to restaurants. I liked the quality of the TV. The shower was amazing because of the different places water could shoot out of. The bed was very comfy and the fridge kept my food very cold.

The couch that turns into a bed wasn't very comfy to sit on. It also had some hairs on it.

Unsatisfying stay, priced too high, Front Office needs a course in Customer Service.

I did not like my stay, the room had a weird smell, the beds are horrible you can feel the springs, the bath tub did not drain correctly, the front staff is VERY RUDE!!!!

Everything needs to be better with the price I paid for the room, and the hotel needs to take a government discount. I do not understand why they have to take an additional $50.00 deposit along with the price of the stay. I had to pay and additional $15.00 because I checked in at 1:30 and check in is at 3:00 horribly service, I wish I could get a refund.

Stingy

They gave us two towels for three people. When we called the front desk they said they could let us use one more but for any others it’s $5 per towel...same with pillows. You can forget getting an extra pillow in that joint!

suction cup dildo black and large in top drawer

i didn’t like the crusted fecal matter on the handle of my toilet . or the fact that my 2 year old son found a strangers used adult novelty toy in the drawer, we were laughed at, and told it wasn’t their fault my two year old son was holding a huge BLACK SUCTION CUP DILD🥵 this morning with his bare hands ...........

the toys left behind & the fact the staff didn’t want to even talk about it or show they cared. . they laughed in my face. they should be ashamed of their selves.
