Świetny apartament

Świetny apartament, bardzo duży, w pełni wyposażony. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra (kilkanaście minut spacerem do centrum). Dookoła bezpłatny parking ale ciężko znaleźć miejsce blisko apartamentu (a byliśmy po sezonie). Dwie łazienki, klimatyzacja w dwóch sypialniach, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam ;)

Wszystko było super ale jak mam szukać minusów to było trochę mało sztućców i kubków. Jest wystarczająco do bieżącego użycia ale korzystając ze zmywarki przydałoby się więcej.

Clean and fully equipped flat for quality stay!

Perfect location - 10 min walking to the center, a lot of markets near by, bus stops. Very friendly and responsible owner. The flat is very clean and fully equipped - you will find everything you need for cooking, washing and taking rest. Very good water pressure in the shower - it takes not long time to take it. Cleanness!

All good! But it would be nice to replace the pillows with new ones - they already have some lumps inside. But it is not very big deal when you tired after an active day and want to sleep )))

Entspannte 7 Tage in schöner Wohnung !

Beginnend bei der Kommunikation bereits seit Beginn der Buchung tadellos und Fragen wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Ebenfalls während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Bei der Ankunft wurde bereits auf uns gewartet und wurden mit entsprechenden Erläuterungen zur Einrichtung durch die Wohnung geführt, die wirklich den Fotos entspricht. Es waren kleine Aufmerksamkeiten vorhanden wie Tee, Kaffee und Wasser. Es gibt 2 komplette Schlüsselsätze. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1 Stock und auch ohne Aufzug bequem zu erreichen. Es sind zudem 2 Schirme (falls es doch mal regnen sollte) vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist freundlich und die Küche gut ausgestattet, wir empfanden die Betten als bequem, Wasserdruck der Dusche war sehr gut. Nachts und auch tagsüber war es sehr ruhig in und außerhalb der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt für unsere Verhältnisse recht zentral, da in maximal 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt und Mercat Central. Empfehlenswert ein Besuch der Burg, ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn man gerne zu Fuß unterwegs ist. Zum Hafen und Strand sind es ca 20-25 Minuten zu Fuß. Parken empfanden wir als relativ einfach, da wir einen Fiat 500 gemietet hatten, in der Umgebung haben wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden, die meistens ca 3-5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt waren, also auch da recht angenehm. 200 m von der Wohnung gibt es direkt 2 Supermärkte, die für ein Frühstück und auch sonst definitiv ausreichend sind. Wir empfehlen sowohl die Vermieter als auch die Wohnung.

piękne Alicante

jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu w tym apartamencie. Wszystko jest zgodne z opisem a nawet jest dużo lepiej. Kuchnia jest tak wyposażona że aż chce się tam jeść i gotować. Łóżka wygodne i pościel miła w dotyku. Jest tak cicho że aż w uszach dzwoni. Blisko do marketu , metra, przystanków.Jest Netflix i inne programy .Gospodarz był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Byliśmy w wielu miejscach w Europie i poza nią ale ten pobyt uważam za wyjątkowy, jak wrócę do Alicante to tylko tutaj . Daję ocenę 10 ale x 2. Podziękowania dla gospodarza .

Super place in the real Alicante

The apartment was in a residential area, only a 20 minutes walk from the center and 30 to the beach. The apartment is spacious, with 2 bedrooms and large kitchen. There's a nice balcony and second living room. The place is very well equiped, TV has Netflix and other apps. Highly recommend.

Ideal for a couple of days' visiting Alicante.

The location is a quiet residential area only 10 minutes' walk from the main train station. The property was very well cleaned. The double bedroom was spacious and had air-conditioning and good quality bed linen. The living room/kitchen was modern and well-equipped and furnished but lacked tea-towels in the kitchen.

The apartment is advertised as air-conditioned but only has air-conditioning in the double bedroom and the "3rd bedroom" (which is furnished with a sofa-bed and a small table). Neither the twin bedroom nor the living room is air-conditioned and as both of these are interior rooms that open onto an interior light-patio in the centre of a building, with 2 higher floors of the building surrounding it, there is little natural light or fresh air. The light had to be kept on whenever we were in the living room and although there was a fan supplied, it was noisy and didn't cool the room at all, which was a shame as the room was the best room in the apartment but also the most uncomfortable to spend any time in. We were just grateful that our stay was towards the end of September when the high summer temperatures had reduced a fair bit and were only around 30ºC outside in the street.

Cozy stay in Alicante

Very nice, comfortable and cozy apartment, with all equipments for perfect stay. There is everything, wifi, washing machine, modern kitchen and much more it's near city center. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, they gave us a lot of tips about shops and city. Thanks a lot, happy new years 🍾🥂🥳
