Bien passé dans la globalité mais quelques dysfonctionnements décevants pour le prix.

La piscine était top, très propre et très belle vue sur les montagnes et la mer !

Le réfrigérateur de notre appart ne fonctionnait pas, les baies vitrées ne peuvent pas se fermer (on ne peut pas verrouiller la porte) et il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. L’établissement se situe également loin du centre ville à pied. Prévoir de prendre des taxis ou bus collectivo.

Pleasant for a rest but a bit far out to be a base for exploring.

The apartment was modern and well equipped. Hosts were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The view was great. The pool was larger than expected and very nice. There is a shop on the ground floor of the building which stocks most basics and, essentially, water.

There was no wifi in the apartment only in the reception area. Hosts were extremely helpful and provided a local SIM card which I could use as a hotspot and that worked well. The location is quite isolated and a little way out of Mindelo. There is no public transport but it´s easy and quite cheap to call a taxi into Mindelo.

Nice apartment, very helpful and friendly host.

The location isn't great. If you're keen to visit the beach or restaurants in Mindelo, or take the ferry to Santo Antao, but don't have a car, then the apartment is very inconvenient. Getting a taxi proved incredibly difficult, especially for the morning ferry.

Outside the city centre

Quiet place outside of the city centre, on the sea shore. Either a 40min walk or 10min taxi for 2-3 euros. New apartment building with security guards. Elisa, the host was great, very helpful. Well equiped kitchenette.

On the sea shore but access to the sea precarious, more like a construction site. Quiet location disturbed by relentlessly barking dogs (stray but not aggressive) that hang around in all of the cities in Cape Verde. Wifi only in reception area, not in the room. Apartment modern however desiring facelift. Bedroom window stuck, impossible to open, window blinds falling apart. Shower calling for better cleaning.

Very good

Beautiful view of the city and see. Nice pool for the kids or to take a dive!

Because of corona was the restaurant closed but the small supermarkt downstairs Had everything to make a nice breakfast!

Nice and peacefull place out of town, perfect for relaxing.

Since it's out of town there was a lot of wind at the pool.

Convenient, clean and very friendly

Well equipped and tidy apartment. Perfect situated restaurant in the condo, with great breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinnner. Friendly, outstanding and very helpful hostess took great care of us. Probably the only apartments/hotel in Mindelo with a “bathable” beach nearby. Highly recommended if you don’t need to stay in Mindelo city, which is 10 minutes/3 EUR away (evening price).
