I like that there is a pool and its beach front. Our rooms were near the pool, restaurant and few steps from the beach which is convenient since we brought along our 76 y/o Dad. Snorkeling and kayak is unlimited when you are checked in. Eating breakfast beside the beach is breathtaking. The sound of waves while eating dinner inside the resto is music to my ears. And if you are already fully paid before coming in, you don't need to provide security fee which is 1k/room. The best person there is KUYA BAI, he carried all our luggages goin down the 200+ steps stair and up when we checked out. I appreciate it so much. I did not know about the 200+ steps when I booked it at Booking.com, my fault.
What we did not like are;
Out of the 5 rooms we booked only 1 has security vault. Our room, isn't that cold even if the temp is 17(stayed at 204). We informed the front desk, a guy came, in white shirt and shorts, informed us that he is from engineering, i thought its another guest who mistakenly forgot his room. He did something but its just the same. They have to wear proper uniform going to guest's room. Hotel staffs must have name plates, so we could address them properly.
Foods are not reasonable for its price, presentation and taste wise. And you need to order your food early like 1.5 to 2 hrs before the time you want it serve. Some waiters forget some orders that you have to follow it up... Like my daughter ordered mango shake, she was already done with her pasta and the shake did not came, she went to the bar and told them they forgot the shake because no one was making it. Another was we ordered an hour early for dinner, because we dont want to experience what happen during lunch, we were literally starving waiting for almost 2 hrs for our food. So for dinner, our orders came just in time except for 1 fish and chips, we ordered 2. We ended up waiting again for it.

Serenity and peace
The 200 stairs hahaha

Beds were comfortable. Beachfront although the beach is a stone beach and not well maintained and no lounge chairs or anything to enjoy the view.
250 stairs up/down to lobby and rooms - no elevator and this isn't stated/mentioned anywhere until AFTER you've booked. One of the reception staff had an attitude problem and although the manager was there and I told him there wasn't an apology or anything. Generally the staff were poorly trained - they kept losing our food orders and were very diorganized. Credit card machine kept getting stuck for payment. Beach should be better maintained. Restauarant rant out of most things

The swim pool is too dirty that we donโt wanna swim.

Nice sunset. Nice pool.
Room was dirty. Toilet smelt very bad. Food was overpriced. Coffee was cheap and nasty. The lock to our room was broken...staff just watched us struggling with the lock and didn't offer to help.

I liked the views you can enjoy from early morning until night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The resort is very clean and well maintained. Great breakfast and enough choices of good food for lunch and dinner. I had my first experience with scuba diving during my stay and I would recommend the introductory dive package. Just in front of the resort you can find the most amazing corals and so many beautiful fish. I even had the luck to meet a sea turtle from up close. I think I have to start a new hobby ๐ A special thanks to divemaster Edwin for that. ๐
The steps from the parking to the office and to our room were a challenge. But it became easier the more we took them ๐
But if you are not in to steps, it is something to think about

The beach deck had a lovely view of the ocean and the sunset horizon.
What I didnt like about the resort was that there were no warnings about the STEEP and long stairway to even get down to the resort and resort rooms were extremely exhausting and tiring, especially if bringing luggage. The beach should have been advertised as rock and pebble filled beach.

Location war extrem cool

The view and the activities the resort offers! The food is the best!!

Access to the resort was burdensome. 253 steps was in the fine print should be listed as a frontend โwarningโ to guests so older people or handicapped people shall not waste time reserving the resort. There is very minimal amenities, a pool and a kitchen. Social media advertisements do not match the real quality. Service staff attempts to compensate for the lack of structural items like an elevator!
Install an elevator or put the warning of the need to use stairs in and out of the resort.

The hotel was more than what we expected for the value that we paid for. The staff was very accommodating, and to owner took time to meet and greet the guests. The resto/bar and deck were great venues for both relaxation and work from beach. Their pizza and shakes were great! The rooms were big and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We had lots to do because the use of snorkeling gear and kayaks was free to all guests, and they even have a game room with darts, a billiard table and some board games you can use play to pass the time. But most of all the marine life was better than most Anilao resorts. The water was clear and corals and fishes were very much alive and colorful. You didn't have to go far to see them, and lucky for us we managed to see their resident pawikan while snorkeling! The location was worth the trip, the view and sunset was breathtaking.
The way leading down to the resort was very hard to traverse. May not be suitable for elderly or PWD.
The menu was limited, should explore offering more assortment, dessert and pastries
We slept at the first floor, the sound of movement in the second floor was quite loud. The room's T&B are due for an upgrade

Snorkeling in front is great! Free kayaks and snorkel gear. Really nice staff. Breakfast is included. The view from the rooms is incredible!
250 stairs are a challenge, but we sort of liked the exercise.

relaxing ambiance; staff are very accommodating, polite and helpful.
toilet inside the rooms were not working properly; sink was clogged and flush had low water pressure

Beautiful place with good dive sites nearby with healthy and vibrant corals and fish. Room had a nice view of the sea and the breakfast was tasty. Reception staff and dive shop staff were friendly.
Slow service and sometimes seemed like there was miscommunication between staff members at the restaurant which left us waiting around a lot or repeating ourselves. A lot of the menu items were not available and quite pricey.

the staff were friendly and accommodating, dinning area and pool were always clean. loved that local coffee and tea was being offered complimentary to guests all day. and they were very accommodating for early check in. we got our rooms as soon as it was freed up and readied by the staff. we did the introductory to diving and the instructors were nice and knowledgeable and made sure we had fun.
the dinning service is a bit too slow. you normally have to wait about 30-40 minutes from the time you ordered your food till it reach your table. suggest you order and go about doing a little bit of swimming after. upon check out keep about 40 minutes for waiting for your luggage to be brought out

Very good location
The room is spacious and clean
The sea water is very clear
More than 240 steps to go up and to go down but itโs manageable

secluded
lack off amenities, poor food delivery and quality / choice.
Accommodation was fine except the hard bed. it seemed they were short if staff.

Wonderful location, beautiful views, food quality was good as well. They were generous with pillows which I loved. Ensuite bathrooms were modern and very clean! Staff were amazing, but shoutout to the staff in the dive shop and dive masters who made this trip unforgettable.
The food took a while to serve (at least 30min). The beds were made for short people. I'm only 5'2", and it barely fits me.
