Mancavano delle coperte calde, bagno gelido perché pompa di calore scalda principalmente la stanza ( scalda il bagno solo se si lascia la porta del bagno aperta); cuscini un po’ vecchi

Superb

The Hoist Roberta was very nice and very helpful. Property was very clean with walking distance to city center and train station. Morning coffee and breakfast well organized in very clean dining room. Definitely recommend this place!

Very cute hotel, rooms are decorated with love. Hotel manager is a really lovely person. She was always ready to help, adviced us regarding interesting places to visit, organised shuttle to the airport. The location is perfect to visit Vesuv, Pompei, Herculaneum. Not far away from Neapel. Relaxing atmosphere at surrounding area. It was a big pleasure to stay at Insula!

The only difficulty we had was a shower. It was necessary to get used to regulate the water temperature. Nevertheless it hasn't spoiled our impression of the hotel and our holidays.

Loved the internal decor. Very calming and classy. The breakfast area was very cosy and charming.

The façade was undergoing renovation and therefore we could not use the balcony and affected the view.

Super clean, lovely B&B in Hercaluneum

Very nice and super clean apartment/rooms. Each with brand new AC and separate baths. Really nice breakfast and super nice contact with the owner on WhatsApp. Walking distance to Herculaneum. Free parking 600 m up the road

It was very clean and new. They have a nice breakfast. However it is only sweet cakes. The building is old. However the rooms are new and fresh.

The only inconvenient that they said after we booked thay due to renovation the parking is not available so it was very stressful to find parking nearby. But we managed to park for free in a parking lot in the street like 600mt from the hotel.

Interesting town with much to see. Only there for a day. Never enough time.

The pastries were fresh and delicious for breakfast. We had some questions and the response was fast. I like that they are restoring the outside of the building. The neighborhood will benefit.

Room is in residential building, classy decorated, comfortable bed and very helpful owner. Bonus for using non-plastic coffee pods - first time seen it in Italy! Location is great for visiting Volcano!

Good option to stay in Ercolano

Roberta was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great with different options like pastries, fruit, cereals, biscuits. Located in a quiet street 15-20 mins away from Ercolano ruins. You can get the site by foot easily.
