Renovated with a brand-new kitchen, two brand-new bathrooms, a huge new deck and a stylish and unique fit-out, this property will ensure you and your fur kids have a brilliant holiday at Port Elliot. Now with free high-speed (NBN) wi-fi!!!
Secluded and private, with a walking track at your front door, a winery/cafe 100m away, and the Port Elliot dog park 300m walk away, this property is perfectly located for a quiet and peaceful getaway.
The open-plan living area and three bedrooms have a new floating floor. The theme for the property decor is “Nordic Retro Beach house” (is that even a thing?). A colour palette of white, grey and black complements the natural timber of the furniture and captures some of the landscape of winter in Europe. One of the interesting pieces is a canvas print of a 19C map of Copenhagen.
The brand-new kitchen has stainless steel dishwasher, electric ceramic cooktop and oven. The adjacent dining area has a stunning 70’s timber dining setting that seats 8 people (when fully extended).
The living area has a big-screen full HD TV, an Apple TV box with Netflix, and a soundbar. Like all our properties (and our home), the bookshelf is fully stocked with a great collection of literary fiction and some airport novels! DVDs, CDs and a collection of games are also provided so there will be plenty to do and enjoy whilst relaxing at this lovely house. There is, of course, fast Wi-Fi available throughout the house.

All three bedrooms look out to the vineyard and olive grove. The main bedroom has an extensive built-in wardrobe with a brand-new ensuite bathroom (shower, vanity and toilet). It has a Queen Size pillow top bed. The second bedroom has a double bed with built-in robes. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (two singles) and built-in robes. The two rear bedrooms are conveniently located opposite the bathroom (with a bath) and separate toilet. The property sleeps 6 people in four beds. Please note that the property sleeps up to 5 adults only (the top bunk bed is not suitable for adults).
The big deck at the front of the property is located to maximise the gorgeous views and to protect from the weather. A new gas BBQ on the deck enables you to cook outside.
We want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible during your stay! The property has reverse-cycle air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The main bathroom has a built-in heat lamp for winter warmth. The main beds both have electric blankets. A washing machine is provided for your convenience.
The property is fully fenced - all the way around. There is a short ramp for access to the house at the rear - so any humans or animals who don’t like stairs will be able to make their way up to the house. As always with Pet Let properties, your dogs and cats are very welcome inside!
There is undercover parking for two cars, plus room to park a boat.
The bed configuration is as follows:

This property is fabulously located for walking your dog as the pathway is virtually outside the front door. It's a very short walk to the fabulous Port Elliot dog park! You can see it from the front deck! Your dogs and cats will love this property!

Our family of 5 had a pleasant weekend stay at the Nordic Retro Beachouse. Great amenities and location, close to all the attractions and shops. We were delighted to be able to bring our two small dogs on holiday. Communication was excellent and the check in process was very smooth. The welcome gifts were much appreciated. Thank you!

A fantastic little spot to take a break with your dogs. The deck is a lovely spot to sit and relax, the home itself is very comfortable and clean with everything you need for a great holiday with dogs. Of special note was the cleanliness of the BBQ - this is the only place we've stayed where we haven't had to clean the BBQ before we used it. 🙂

Great place to stay, our dogs loved it and we did to! Peacefull location overlooking the olive grove. You can see the dog park from the lounge and its only a short walk. Great yard for the pups. House very clean and comfortable.

The house itself was small but comfortable. The suggestion i would make is please cut the lawn. Our fur baby is a small minituare breed. In some places the grass was high. Also my the room my daughter stayed in appeared to have something moving and scratching in the ceiling.However overall we enjoyed our stay.

A nice tidy house, very pet friendly and a good central location to all of the surrounding towns. The property sits along side a reserve with walking tracks and a dog park. A friendly feel to the area, we would stay again.

This place is tucked away at the end of a street, yet close to the main part of Port Elliot. Next to a grassy bird reserve, it's quiet and relaxed. The walking path leads to the spacious dog park across the reserve.
The beds are very comfortable, the sunlight pours in and the place is immaculate inside. We forgot to bring our rainwater but, no need, the tap water was sweet.
There is a great coffee place 2 blocks away. Very comfortable indeed. The gift of wine and chocolate- appreciated with thanks.

This was the perfect spot for my little vacay where I could rest and relax with my two dogs and venture into Port Elliot or Victor Harbour which was only a short drive away. Definitely would recommend and will be back!

Sorry stay in sport Elliott
We had a short but very pleasant stay, our dogs were very comfortable and we felt secure with leaving them for short times when we went out without them. It’s always great to stay where we feel welcome with our dogs and that they are considered as part of the family.

Very comfortable and clean. As I took my dog it was perfect - fully fenced and next to a huge area of public land and dog park.
Port Elliot also a lovely place to be.

Nice Stay but not as Peaceful as we had hoped
Due to the neighbours having 3 Large gum Trees being cut down we were asked to shift our car for safety and We had chainsaws next-door going all day for two days.
