Located 10 minutes walk from the Old Town and the famous markets "Mahané Yehouda", 5 minutes from the tram and restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping malls .
The Space:
The apartment is about 60 m².
A large living room, with a comfortable corner sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen
Fully equipped American kitchen so you do not miss anything: refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, crockery complete, pan ..
(kumkum, shabat dish and kosher dishes on request),
The table of the dining room can suit 6 people.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (Queen) and a large wardrobe and wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a toilet

On the one hand, the apartment was spacious and clean. It was in a very good location in Jerusalem. The Manager always replied politely to all my questions by email.
The biggest issue was the misrepresentation of the property: on the original listing (you'll see it's been changed now), it said it had 1.5 bathrooms. I actually wrote to the Manager to confirm if this was accurate, and he wrote back that, yes, there is one full bathroom and one half bathroom. We needed the second bathroom for our teenage daughter who came to stay with us. But upon arrival we saw that there was only one bathroom. I wrote to the Manager and he said it's true that there's no second bathroom, but it's still a spacious apartment. (There were also a few things in the apartment that were broken or not working properly.)
I recommend that if you're considering this apartment due to its location and cleanliness, you should write to the Manager with any detailed questions and be sure to ask, "are you SURE...?" Because even my direct asking resulted in an untrue answer. Now, the Manager may have made a mistake and confused this property with another one that did have 1.5 bathrooms. But when a customer asks, before arrival, to confirm if the second bathroom is there, the Manager really needs to be sure before answering!
Also, Vrbo did not help me with this. They said I could've canceled the entire reservation immediately upon arrival. But we had nowhere else to stay, so this was not a viable option. Vrbo should own up to listings on their site which aren't accurate.
So, overall, it's a nice apartment in a good location, but be sure you confirm EXACTLY what's there before you arrive and double-check even after getting an answer.

With a five minute walk to Ben Yehuda, and 15 minute walk to the old city and Mahane Yehuda, the location of this apartment cannot be beat. The washer/dryer got tons of use and didn’t disappoint. Although we didn’t need the car during our stay, we really appreciated the included garage parking. Having the rental office in the building was also quite helpful.
We did not do any real cooking, but the kitchen ware could use some additions. In particular more glasses and cups, especially mugs that can fit under the spout of the nespresso machine. Additionally, we did have to buy a corkscrew/bottle opener. We made almost daily visits to the 24/7 market down the street, which has a great selection of snacks and sundries.
Really the only major downside of the apartment were the pillows. They are just awful. Otherwise the place is well represented by the photos in this listing. All in all an amazing location, extremely convenient and perfectly comfortable apartment.
