Propreté amenegament de la piscine les jardins

Personnel le soir de chavouot fête juive qui ne parle ni hébreu ni anglais c’est compliqué quand même.

צוות אדיב ויש חניה לרכבים

ממוקם רחוק מהכל, מלון קצת מיושן, בריכה קטנה לא כל החדרים פונים לנוף. שדרגתי את החדר וקיבלתי נוף לחניה, מאכזב.

Staff is not very friendly. Had a problem at the pool bar and got very poor service. The AC in the room barely worked, and we were really hot Only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people

Pleasant

Room was perfect for getting ready for my wedding. Lots of natural light. Full mirror. Large enough space.

The room was much too cold and changing the thermostat didn’t make it warmer. Also very, very disappointed that there was no room service after I asked a month in advance and was told that there was.

It was absolutely wonderful and we will definitely be coming back again!

The room was clean, with a beautiful view. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and the spa and pool facilities were excellent!

the room, the bed, the shower, the linen

I didn't like the location. Also found the religious imagery and general observance of religious customs offensive. It inconveniences non-religious customers. If you want to run a religious hotel you should say so front and center of the home page, so that secular people can find somewhere else to stay.

Really lovely place with pleasant and attentive staff. Would recommend.

Beautiful hotel with excellently-designed room and bathroom. And best hotel shower I've ever experienced!

Breakfast buffet was adequate, not excellent.

Lacking customer service, but amazing kids room

The kids playroom is amazing! And they opened it on a weekday for us, which was very kind

There is not much customer service here and the layout of the hotel is very odd. There was no one to help us with the luggage. The guy who checked us in told us there was no Shabbat lunch option (which there is). The staff during the meals (over Shabbat) was almost non existent, even though I could see them standing around inside the kitchen. The carving station and omelette station were often abandoned. The meals are overpriced, but convenient.

The free parking was worth the fact that the hotel was far awawy from where we needed to be!

Breakfast was plentiful any filling. Very good selection of tasty foods.

Didn't have de-cafinated coffees but had packages of instant.

Arrived happy and left happier. Ideal hotel for family with small children. Even a Gymboree to bounce off their energies

i was surprised and impressed. Family friendly, excellent management, ideal location for visiting aquarium, zoo and the kotel.

Nice place for families

Upgraded our room for no cost, generous staff and management, nice breakfast, nice pool area, good value for money (in comparison to other hotels in Israel)

it was a great option to stay in if you don’t need to be in the centre of town

the pool and the garden were lovely.however the poolside food menu was not good

day staff were not helpful but the evening staff were lovely

Very good

The hotel was very clean and updated. The pool was great. The room we got had a nice patio and a hammock the kids enjoyed. Love the activities for kids. Good breakfast.

The breakfast area was very crowded and wasn't pleasant. There was an activity for kids, and my son was hurt by a case of wines that shouldn't have been there!
