Beware if no a not a regular Marriott customer

I did not like spending two days in a second floor room with a view on a wall. The hotel was not fully booked, and I believe that they could have done better. I realize that I am not a Marriott frequent customer, but this is no reason to punish the guest with a blind room.

Absolutely amazing!

Was supposed to go out of town to San Antonio, but weather was too bad. So we live not to far from this area and still wanted to get away for the weekend. I saw this hotel and I booked it! As we drove up to the hotel, valet employee immediately greeted me! For check-in at front desk staff was very professional and friendly. It was our 23rd year anniversary so they made sure we had a nice view of the property! Breakfast was excellent, staff was also professional and friendly. The location is great, its near other restaurants and movie theatre. We had a wonderful time, they truly made our anniversary very special! Will definitely stay here again for a nice weekend getaway!

It's a great Stay-cation

Hotel, staff, location, All of the above was just amazing stay-cation.

The beds were extremely too low, which made it uncomfortable & the AC wouldn't stay cold enough. The room was too warm.

My stay could’ve been extra special if the staff would have recognized our anniversary staywhich was noted in my booking

Convenient all other restaurants within walking distance

That you’re charging for parking for your guests. That should be free for guests staying at your hotel. It makes good business sense.

Nice location surrounded with restaurants.

Staff was wonderful especially in the lounge kept everything clean and well stocked. Breakfast was delicious. I have to give the valets an extra shout out as they were so fast and hardworking.

Parking garage elevator had a smell to it, but it’s the parking garage, so nothing to keep me away from the hotel for future stay.

Beautiful hotel in a great area!

Beautiful entrance, the lobby smelled wonderful. The front desk agent was kind and pleasant. Room exceeded expectations. I love the "details" in the bathroom; the way they tied the trashbag, the fold on the toilet paper, etc. Room was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again!

My only feedback is in the restaurant/bar. The service staff did not work as a team, the host could've been more pleasant, and the bar staff did not scan the bar, at all. We sat at the bar for at least 15 minutes before we were event acknowledged. We don't mind the wait, but eye contact and a hello, I'll be with you in a moment would have been nice. Drinks were good, food was decent.

Have to pay for PARKING and ROOM SERVICE. Which I didn't order do to the $5 charge. Why would I order and pay for it to be brought up. AND want a tip. No ma'am, I'll pass and did.

Room was clean, the hotel was nice, and staff was friendly and welcoming.

For the price we had to pay $22 for parking and $13 for internet. In the morning we were woke up by a workout class with loud music and beeping.
