A pleasant surprise.
Clean, nice view from the balcony and close to the Scotiabank venue
It was a little confusing at first. Which entrance and where they were, changing elevators, and where to put the key fob in the elevator, but all easily over come.

Unreliable so don’t stay.
Location
Washing machine did not work and despite informing the company about this no alternative was offered. This was a fundamental reason why we booked as we would need to wash and dry clothes having been on the road for a week. Had to buy new clothes and no reply to several messages about the matter.

Dysfunctional door-- hosts did not compensate me for the inconvenience
My door was broken and I could not enter the unit-- all my luggages were in the unit. It was Sunday 6pm and fortunately the repairman fixed it, but I lost 2h of my time + stress. The hosts did not compensate.
