Clean, nice view from the balcony and close to the Scotiabank venue
It was a little confusing at first. Which entrance and where they were, changing elevators, and where to put the key fob in the elevator, but all easily over come.

Location
Washing machine did not work and despite informing the company about this no alternative was offered. This was a fundamental reason why we booked as we would need to wash and dry clothes having been on the road for a week. Had to buy new clothes and no reply to several messages about the matter.

My door was broken and I could not enter the unit-- all my luggages were in the unit. It was Sunday 6pm and fortunately the repairman fixed it, but I lost 2h of my time + stress. The hosts did not compensate.

Great central location
Do not book! Very poor facilities that do not work!!! the electricity stopped working for over 48 hours and we were not supported. The lights in the bedroom, the Wi-Fi, the refrigerator & freezer and all the sockets in the apartment except for one all stopped working at the same time and all our food expired. When we told global stay about this issue they said there was nothing they could do and did not recompense us for the faulty equipment that caused us to have to dispose of $200 worth of groceries. We are not from Canada and had no way of using our phones without Wi-Fi in the apartment but this was not taken into consideration by the global stay team. extremely poor customer service.

Excellent location
Long wait to get keys to get into the unit

Beautiful room and view.
Check in was difficult. The keypad outside was broken. The security wasnt very helpful. We couldn't get to our floor without the keyfob, and security didnt inform us. We had to stay on the elevator until a resident finally helped us.

Location is great.
In 4 out of 6 nights the fire alarm went off. (One time at 4 in the morning)
Washing machine didn't work properly.
Some of the light switches didn't work.
Quite sketchy to enter a private apartment building as a guest rental (which seems to be illegal in Toronto recently)

Location was excellent and amenities in the building were really nice to have on site!
Condo was clean but when you look closely, you can see wear & tear, that some things need TLC. Supplies were very sparse, ie: 1 facecloth, salt shaker empty, no dish cloth/dish towels, ran out of toilet paper, no laundry detergent. Shower was awful, showerhead was blocked, I spent a lot of time trying to improve flow/pressure, tub extremely slow to drain, left mess. Curtain rod fell out of bedroom ceiling, spent time contacting host with these issues, they were responsive but cut into my vacation time.

Clean apartment with central location. Walking distance to Union Station, Harbourfront and Nathan Phillips Square (Toronto sign-park). Good value for money and very responsive host. Will stay here again.
No big deal really, but I suppose water pressure in shower could be better.

Location was primo. We were walking distance from the baseball arena, the arena where Lizzo performed, and other tourist destinations.
We had some issues with the air conditioning and keeping the place cool at night.
3.0 / 5.0
Location very near Toronto Union station
Only one key fob (needed for opening/locking entrance and access elevator) for three adults, plus only learnt about this after payment.
