About this house rental

You will love this 2 storey, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday house with ocean views and right next to the National Park.

Minutes from the Old Dunsborough Beach, Golf Course and next to Meelup Reserve.

The house is suitable for a romantic getaway or for the family. The upstairs bedroom has lovely views and a SPA to relax in.

Go for a swim at the beach or watch the kangaroos and birds that abound in the Meelup Reserve.

Swim, bush-walk or stop for a coffee. Quiet and secluded at the end of Old Dunsborough yet an easy 20 minutes walk or short bike ride along the ocean front to Dunsborough town for shopping, dining or cafes. Children's playground, safe beach and fishing/boating ramp close by.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen-size beds and the other with 2 single beds. LINEN AND TOWELS included in off season. The master bedroom has a great spa to soak the day away. There are two living areas one upstairs and the other downstairs. Each living area has a TV with DVD.

The kitchen, dining and family area flow onto a great outside balcony with tremendous views to the ocean and the Meelup Reserve.

The downstairs family room opens onto a courtyard with outdoor setting and BBQ.

Fully equipped and set up. Portacot, highchair and stairgate available for young children. Linen can be ordered if required.

Living Areas

Two living areas, one upstairs with a fantastic view to the ocean. Flat screen LCD TV, DVD player and sound surround. Relax upstairs on a comfy sofa or on the balcony while the children play downstairs. Second living area also has a Flat screen LCD TV, DVD player, sofa and toy box. There is also a 2nd outside area, shaded back courtyard that is fenced and child proof. This is where the BBQ is kept, with an outside table and chairs for summer dining.

Bedrooms and bathrooms.

The house sleeps 6, in three bedrooms, the main upstairs with it's own ensuite and spa bath plus ocean view. With a large wardrobe and Queen size bed.

Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other 2x Single beds. There is an additional bathroom and separate toilet downstairs. Ideal for parents, grandparents and two children.

Donnas, pillows and mattress protectors, linen and towels (including beach towels) are supplied.

There is a portacot, highchair and stair-gate available for toddlers or babies.

Well located, idyllic location, plenty of things to do nearby, plus house was clean, tidy and well stocked for kitchen cooking and extras. Great hosts and communication.

Lovely property. Good communication with manager- efficient and resolved an ant problem quickly. Comfortable beds, lounge and kitchen fully equipped. Balcony the biggest plus Washing machine excellent. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return Thank you

It was ideal for two children and four adults. The 15 minute walk from the house along the shore to the protected swimming area was easy for a 5-year old and the kids loved chasing the small fish in the warm, shallow inlet.

We absolutely enjoyed our Stay at this villa, you really feel comfortable the way it is furnished. With taste and style it feels welcoming and not sterile like many other places. The host was very helpful when I had an initial query and we felt welcomed. A wonderful place to stay at as a family!

A good layout for an adult family. We enjoyed the peace in an otherwise busy time in Dunsborough. We walked on the adjacent trails and swam in the nearby sea. The house was clean with plenty of linen and towels . The BBQ however had not been cleaned in a long while and the build 0 hp up of fat dangerous

After a bit of a mix-up checking in, our stay was great. Phil was a great host, easy to contact and very helpful and accommodating. The space is great. Beautiful views from the balcony and loved the visiting birdlife. Would definitely stay again.

Ideal location for our family gathering nearby. Very comfortable. Only complaint was the bikes....need new tyres...couldn't pump or keep inflated.

Was a few cobwebs and dust on surfaces however it didn't take away from the ease of the check in and self service of the house, with an amazing view! Would happily stay here again!

It was definitely a memorable stay and was such a beautiful place and love the whole idea of the living and kitchen being upstairs and balcony to hang out to have dinner or have drinks with a view of the water in the evening . The only thing that both of us can fault is that we didn’t get to have a spa bath as it was not working.

Wonderful relaxing stay with friends. Great location away from centre of town but only 20min slow walk. Very clean well equipped house. Loved sitting on the balcony great view and wonderful wildlife. Communication with owner was great.

Easy to find and close to the beach, the living area was perfect for us, plenty of room, clean and tidy house. Everything we needed was supplied, even guest beach towels which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed sitting outside, plenty of seats and joined by the local possums on a couple of nights which was a little highlight. Great central location for where we went and good communication with the owners

Our family of two parents & two teenage daughters loved staying here. It had great natural light and outlook together with the bush nearby. Taking a bushwalk to Curtis and Castle Rock was an unexpected treat.

We found the townhouse just perfect for heading to beach, relaxing, watching the birds and possums on the upstairs balcony and so very peaceful. The townhouse has everything you need. We would have liked the balcony to be a little cleaner with less possum droppings if possible so not taking it inside the house. But is is adjacent to the National Park and we love all animals so droppings are to be expected! We would definitely stay again in the near feature.

Great spot to stay and be able to walk to the nearby bay. Given the price a wee bit lacking in some amenities such as no bedside lamp in second bedroom, outside bbq are clearly had not been cleaned/ cleared for months and was both dirty and overgrown.

The house was well equipped and easy to live in (+1 for a dishwasher in a holiday house!!) and the location was spectacular - literally a 3 minute walk into the gorgeous Meelup Park and a lovely walk to Castle Rock. Just as easy to ride into town along the waterfront. Not a swimming season, but the house was warm and had a great view across to the water.

We loved every minute of our stay at the Villa. It was immaculate when we arrived and had everything we possibly needed including kids' toys, linen and a well equipped kitchen. It was 5 mins to the beach and 2mins away from bush walks. Thanks for everything.

My friends and I spent three nights at the old Dunsborough holiday villa. Initially our trip was scheduled for the weekend following the Covid lockdown, the owners Karen and Phil were so accommodating and helped us change the date of our getaway to the next available weekend. The house is a short walk to the beach, along the most stunning coastline. It is well equipped with everything we needed and we appreciated how separate the upstairs and downstairs spaces were. We are all looking forward to our next stay here. We will definitely be back. Thanks Phil and Karon.

This house was perfect for a Dunsborough getaway. It’s clean , spacious and well equipped. It’s in a quiet area but close to town and a short walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony with a beautiful sea view and possums visiting by night and parrots by day.
