Very well placed. Center of the town. Great price. Great value. Clean. And conveniently cool location and activities on site. Decor is well done and though out.

Nice place! Clean rooms, friendly staff
Wi-Fi was not working at all

really cool boutique hotel with tons of charm and amenities like outdoor games. the staff were all really nice and super helpful too. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location
Way, way too expensive for what it was. Tiny room with minimal furnishings. Essentially we paid 500 dollars a night to stay in a cheap motel

Walking distance to so much. Large, comfortable rooms. A bit of city noise but to be expected given its proximity to so many restaurants. Really nice breakfast, great coffee, so many lovely comfortable places to sit outside in the courtyard. Very clean.
3.5
This place has all of the makings of an awesome little boutique hotel. Lots of stuff to do on the property (life-size chess, ping pong tables outside, etc). The location in Santa Barbara is directly off State Street is pretty amazing. Walking distance to the ocean, great coffee shops, lots of restaurants.
Parking. The hotel itself doesn't have any dedicated spaces, but there is a city lot directly adjacent to the hotel that's "first come, first serve" with in and out privileges for each 24 hour period (no gate, just pay on your phone). Only problem with this is if you show up at check-in time (4-5 pm) on a weekend evening. See above for how good the location is; it's just as good for people who want to park and have a night out on State Street. We ended up getting lucky and only had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to leave to snag a spot, but there really aren't many other options around for parking. If the hotel is full, I can imagine that the guests would cover about half of the attached lot; so just be prepared that arriving is only half the battle.

location and the games in the courtyard are great
the rooms are small, but courtyard makes up for it

we liked the design elements. the rooms were decorated nicely
the room was booked as a Queen size bed. the room we were placed in was a full size bed. Also our room faced Haley and the traffic noise kept us awake most of the night.

The staff was great. Very sweet and attentive.

No Carpet! Great for allergy sufferers like myself
No complaints

Location. The grounds are nice. Many places to relax and play, plus biles and yard games. Liked the "fireplace". Pet friendly. Staff was very nice and helpful.
VERY PRICEY! CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING. Ants in our room. DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD OUT. The window shade was badly stained, like a soda had exploded on it. The bed was okay, but very sqeaky.Took the cute nautical decor down big time to a subpar room for the price.
Bathroom had a hairdryer, but no mirror.
Lighting was poor.

The hotel is clean and in a good location, but it is incredibly overpriced for the facilities.
The wifi wasn’t working! For over $600 a night you expect wifi as standard. When we flagged this to the front desk, we were told there “was nothing to be done other than leave a 1* review so the owner might notice and eventually fix it”. Frustrating that it is clearly a known issue, which no efforts have been made to resolve. No discount was offered on our rate. I wouldn’t mind if it was a cheap motel, but it’s so expensive and markets itself as a quality place to stay. The breakfast provisions were basic and not worth mentioning as part of the offering.

Very friendly staff, especially Martha, she was sweet and went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. The location is great and everything is just a short walk.
It was a bit noise at night due to the nearby nightclub. The breakfast selection is very minimal but otherwise good value for your money.
