My stay was very fun and met up to the standards of what I expected the hotel to be like and better.

The complimentary breakfast was GREAT!!! It tasted great and my friends and I who were sharing a room together were able to go back for seconds! The hot tub/jacuzzi was also great! Very warm and private

The shower temperature would not turn down any lower then the hottest setting so it was rather painful.

Bad

The staff at the front desk was very rude. I called her to let her know the toilet won't flush the first time we use it. She said it might "go slow", 5 mins later I called her again and she said the plumber will come. After another 10mins, my husband called her, she said the plumber is coming, and another 10 mins later, I called her and asked when the plumber will arrive, she simply hanged up. The whole experience was shocking to me, best lesson learned not to book at be again

The price was scandalous, I was there 2 years ago and paid $120, and yesterday for the same room paid almost $400. I don't think I want to go back to this hotel.

More longer time in breakfast i went at 9:15 and breakfast time was over no hair dryer the toilet no working perfecly

location to UCSB . rooms have double queen beds and are descent size . free parking and conveniently located . Check in is earlier than most hotels and check out is noon which I like . you

nothing . I’ve stayed there before . the prices were raised significantly because it was graduation weekend and Father’s Day . greater demand than supply .

Room was very quiet....more than any place we had ever stayed.... Good free breakfast. Great helpful sraff. Great location for us.

I stay here every year for a big wine event. I started staying here because they had a shuttle to the event—no longer and prices have really shot up….A long wait to check in or speak to the front desk the last few times I’ve stayed.

Beds were comfortable, staff was very kind.

Lighting was bad, big space in door that cold air came through. Had to place a towel and chair to keep it coming in. Hair dryer was gross!!

Comfy beds, plenty of free parking, good range of breakfast choices and walking dustance to a selection of restaurants and suprmarkets. Good base for exploring the area. You need a car to stay at this location.

I like SB and have relatives there.

Booking. pool/hot tub and breakfast. Decent location. I've been there two times and is my first choice in hotels when in SB. The last stay, I booked for two days, but need three and they accommodated my request. (Excellent.)
