TOLVAJJAL lesz dolgod... maga a szállás türhető!

A szállásadó megvárt, bemutatta a lakást, majd előállt előkészített napi programokkal, hogyan töltsük el napjainkat, ami tetszett, hogy így fogadott.

Ez az ember egy TOLVAJ! Gondolom a középső neve "50 eur". Mivel a booking.com "csak" a szállás árát vonta le, ezért a helyi adó pénzt készpénzben kellet kifizetnünk, ami 28eur, de erre ott termet még 9 eur, amiről meg sem kérdeztük mi az, kifizettük volna. Összesen 37 eur kért. Adtam neki egy 100-as bankjegyet, hisz nem volt apróbb. Erre visszaadott 13 eur és elkezdett olaszul beszélni hozzánk. Megjegyzem, nem beszél csak olaszul és állítólag francia nyelven. Mivel nem értettük mi a gond, elővettük a telefonon a google fordítót és akkor értettük meg, hogy azt állította pofátlanul, hogy ő már ideadta az 50 eur. Hozzáteszem, minden pénz az asztalon volt! Ezután kiráztam a kis táskámat, hogy lássa, nincs is 50 eurós bankjegyem, de tetette a hülyét. Mivel nem tudtam mit kezdeni ezzel a szituval, kizavartam a lakásból. Később olvastuk a booking.com oldalán, hogy többen is írták, hogy különböző módon lehuzott másokat is 50 euróval. Remélem, orvosságra költi majd!

Appartamento carino, Host poco accogliente non ce il Wi-Fi

Arredamento carino e accogliente

L’host non parla inglese e non ha un’ indole molto accogliente. Bidet non funzionante ma la cosa peggiore è che si è giustificato dicendo che tanto si fa la doccia e ha lasciato un solo asciugamano a persona dimensione doccia. “Tanto non serve” . Non ce il Wi-Fi

Pleasant

In the second day and the third day we had so much challenges to set the hot water. Landlord came once to show us how to use however it didn’t work.

Close to bus stop, good bathroom

- host didnt speak the languages stated - we needed to get the lighter for the stove -rat in stairway

Nice apartment, very comfortable, needs just a little furniture upgrades to become a excellent

Good location, in the peaceful part of the center. A very kind man, we bearly met him during the vacation.

Furniture can be a little bit newer The TV is old and not working. Everything else is ok.

Rome is great to visit.

The location is ok.

I had very bad experience with the owner. After we have left he informed us that we "broke" into his cabinet, which was in my room, that I have paid for in advance. I did open the cabinet in order to put my clothes in, but after I discovered that his things are inside I kept my clothes in the travel bags for five days (he has no problem with that). There was no sign on the cabinet "private" or "do not open" as you would expect if something is private. The cabinets are pretty old and it is hard to tell if they are locked or just hard to open. Also one bed was not prepared for the sleeping (there were three of us), so I took the linen and prepared it by myself, which was my mistake, but it was almost midnight when I noticed that we needed the linen, and we did not want to wake him up. On the top of it, he asked for 50 euros for the "damage". After many e-mails with the Booking I decided to pay because I didn't want to put my friends into this awkward situation. He had very bad attitude and insulted me by even insinuating this situation. Also, the place wasn't properly cleaned for a very long time, especially the kitchen and the bathroom. Otherwise, the place is in a good position for the city tours. But, do pay attention to every detail with this owner and take photos.

Big flat with a balcony, air-conditioned so basically quite comfortable.

Not a really comfortable bed especially pillows. Not Wi-Fi internet connection, that should be the standard. A microwave could be great as well.

Thank you very much Alfredo for the wonderful time we spent in Rome.

Very nice rooms, good kitchen, spacious shower room with good shower.

Kettle, chopping board and wine opener required
