Excellent location at a good price

Excellent location. Great view of the city from our room.

You can choose your breakfast and the staff bring it into your room, but always you received cold.

Comfortable and affordable hotel in the Diamond Island area. I recommend the river view.

Everything else meets my (rather high) expectations. The view from the room overlooking the river is great!

The only downside I noticed in the hotel is the lack of options with breakfast.

Amazing View. Modern comfortable rooms. Nice Staff.

Huge windows with amazing views. Modern style rooms. Very comfortable beds. Two air conditioners and very good. Refreshing big pool. Friendly staff with good English. If you catch this place on the right night it is one of the best values in the area.

The hotel washer/dryer is free so it’s a nice bonus but not the easiest to use. Maybe that was just me.

Best room with view in the city

Location was good, one of the best views from 28th floor, staff was nice and helpful. Location was graeat rite on the SOHO Mall many shopping, eating and many other stores are near by. just under the building you can find everything you can imagine. very good sleep quality.

No breakfast or food options, there are cockroaches in room, bathroom was dirty, towels not clean, fittings were leaking, non smoking rooms only. they have great potential to be a very good hotel, managment should look into what's wrong with this property

great views from the room and the top floor, nice spacious room, friendly and helpful staff

Access to pool only with 2nd keycard, it is just a pool, no view when swimming - indoor pool, no skybar for a drink to enjoy the view.

Scam, don't go there!

Design of the bedroom. Location is good. View.

Rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but smell like smoke (I tried several before settling for the one with the most perfume masking the smoke smell...). The bathroom smells like sewer, corridors are dirty. You have to beg to get room cleaning (it's not done by default, you have to call, they don't always answer, and even if they do it can take hours). But the worst thing is the deposit scam: they will ask you 30 USD, not Cambodian riels, USD. But when you checkout and want your deposit back suddenly all they have is Cambodian riels, the banknotes that you left are gone and they refuse to reimburse you in dollars. Of course you will need dollars for your next hotel deposit. So the client is basically a money laundering ATM, to convert their riels to your dollars at a rate that you didn't agree upon. Totally unacceptable, I hope they will get delisted from Booking.

Bad experience, wouldnt recommend it

Room size is fine, nice view from room Comfy mattress fitness room very well equiped (no wifi in fitness)

No breakfast included nor available in hotel. No sign of hotel downstairs of tower. Shower space extremly small, you get all bathroom wet after every shower. Mirror in bathroom was etremly dirty. Wifi super unstable and low signal when it was on.

Excellent stay

Great location, close to many attractions. Super comfortable, clean and nice view over the river. Staff was very kind in refilling water bottle whenever I needed to, helping avoid the use of plastic. Steam room was great!

The swimming pool was closed for maintenance and staff was not aware of that.

Excedllent location for the views . Excellent room. Staff were very helpful

The hotel may be new,so minor gripes a lot of things were not working. The telephone, TV which we would not use anyway. The Safe seemed to have a mind of its own. Food choices are limited around the place as compared to staying at the riverside hotels

If you like soft bed, you can stay, I don't like, and the KING SIZE BED actually is TWO SINGLE BED..

Location is ok, worth to stay if you don't mind that place like china town, more chinese food and starbuck coffee just at Ground Floor Mall.

Need to send call for room cleaning, the phone always no respone to receptionist. And the last few day I stay WIFI IS SUCKS~ and one day in the morning power off over 15min, you know the feel when u sleep at midnight and suddenly no power when u sleep especially in the morning time you hardly to sleep again. KING SIZE BED is TWO SINGLE BED~~~ WTH, and then TOO SOFT and feel neck n back pain after few days stay.. blurrrrr

Good

The view was amazing, the room itself was beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and bright. The bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

The TV wasn’t working in my room and the staff couldn’t figure out how to fix it. At night I could hear loud music coming from outside so it was difficult to get to sleep.

If you want a room with a view this is the place

The view from your room is excellent being 28+ floors up. The room is modern spacious quiet and comfortable. Staff is eager to help. Access to gym/pool/spa with sweeping panoramic views. Pool is a long lap size pool. This hotel is in an area of sky rise buildings called The Bridge, which is located sort of in between Nagaworld and Aeon mall. Lots of young Chinese/Japanese people in this area.

There really isn’t any signage for Snowbell Hotel. You enter into The Bridge entrance and take the elevators to the 28th floor for the hotel front desk, a bit unconventional. The hallways to the rooms feel a bit like a concrete apartment building with no character. The surrounding area of The Bridge wasn’t too interesting for me because it’s mostly all Chinese restaurants. It feels like a small Chinatown here. So if you want to see other parts of PP, a tuk-tuk is necessary (there are lots of them always available).

Swimming pool for exercise

I've stayed in this hight rise hotel o. 2 occasions, as I like the long swimming pool and gym I find it to be clean and functional. Beds and linen always excellent Big screen TV with cable Only problem I have is there is no atmosphere only functional And breakfast is very poor, for western customers and that's a shame
