Classy airport hotel with good facilities.

Booked the hotel as I had an early flight. Hotel is a little pricey but facilities excellent.

Breakfast was included. However, as my flight departed before the restaurant was open I was told that a light breakfast would be available on the lobby. This turned out to be just coffee and a croissant. I felt let down and hungry. Hardly compares with the full buffet breakfast that I could have had with a later departure.

Convenience and kindness are the two words that most describe this hotel.

Proximity to the airport, but also staff was very friendly and our waiter in the restaurant was adorable!

An excellent hotel for early flights in Toulouse

I chose the hotel due to its location within the airport and this is perfect for an early flight. It is within the airport and takes less than 10 minutes to register for flights. The personnel is very friendly, efficient and helpful. We were upgraded to a wonderful room with living room with a very comfortable bed. The room is clean, well equipped and quiet. We ordered room service which was really excellent and not expected to that level and it was quite quick. We came with a rental car that we returned after taking in our suitcases to the hotel and car returns is within close walking distance to the hotel.

Great hotel, next to the airport. Quiet, Comfort, Convenience, and Luxury all in one location

It was so nice to stay in a large comfortable room our last night in France. The hotel is connected to the airport, which made our morning departure smooth and easy. The food at the restaurant was exquisite.

Loved the brightness and comfort of the room; especially the bed.

Loved the comfort and support of the bed. Appreciated that snacks and drinks were available. Bed linens were very nice. The toiletries were of excellent quality. The location is awesome. Liked having a bathrobe at my disposal even though i did not use.

Directions or signage to the hotel were a challenge. I prefer a blanket and sheet verses a comforter. I cannot sleep under a comforter. It's too heavy and i get too hot. I travel in Europe with my own small blanket.

Superb hotel.

Perfect position for accessibility to the airport. Modern hotel, spotlessly clean. Despite being adjacent to the airport and opposite the short stay car park it was extremely quiet. We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed at reception and told we had been given an upgrade to a suite. It was exactly as show on the photos. Huge comfortable bed, a lounge area with coffee machine, mini bar, and a surprise plate of fancy pastries! The bathroom had a bath and a large separate shower. Quality soaps were provided and also dressing gown and slippers. Unfortunately we had to leave at 5am to catch a flight so we didn’t experience breakfast. Julien at reception was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if we need and early flight.

For us the room was too warm even though we turned the thermostat down as far as possible.

Very worthwhile to stay here in order to catch an early flight

it was extremely close to the airport - we didn't even have to walk outside the hotel! Also helpful and courteous staff, even at 4am!

Superb

Couldn't be more convenient for the airport. Staff were brilliant - especially Ronaldo, who really tried to make it a great stay. Free breakfast for very early starters was a nice touch.

In the airport so you can roll out of bed and go through security. comfortable beds. very clean great shower.

Good to catch an early flight but eat somewhere else

comfortable rooms , well located for a very early flight.

we checked in late around 23, and since the kitchen was about to close ordered some room service, which I found disappointing, the onion soup didn’t include the bread and cheese as described in the menu, my wife’s croq didn’t include the French fries advertised. my pasta carbonara seemed to have been reheated and sprayed with tons of olive oil to make up for being dried (bottom of the plate had the equivalent of 4 table spoons of olive oil)

A wonderful light at the end of a very long tunnel

Due to cancelled flights I arrived at the hotel 1 hour before check-out, desperate for a shower. Probably the best (and most expensive :D) shower ever, but they couldn't have made me more welcome. I needed to check in luggage as I had to wait 9 hours for a friend to collect me, which was no problem, and they made me most welcome in their bar/dining room to pass the time. I hope next time to be able to benefit from ALL the facilities!
