Très bon établissement que je recommande

Très bon emplacement pour ma part, assez des temples dans la partie Est de la ville . Facilement accessible depuis la gare de Kyoto mais a presque 30min. L'établissement est d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le staff est très réactif et poli. Je recommande

Il manque quelques couverts, assiettes et d'une passoire pour pouvoir utiliser pleinement la cuisine mais ça n'a rien de pénalisant. L'eau est un peu trop chlorée à mon goût mais là encore je chipote.

Exceptional

Our host welcomed us past the check in time which we really appreciated. The 3 people bedroom was big, with all you need - washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils and stove, a bathtub. And a lot of amenities were included. Location is really easy to access from the station, it's a 20min bus ride, bus drops you off in front of the door. Best value for money of our stay in Japan.

The washing machine in the room was really convenient and the TV screen in the bathroom was a nice addition! Friendly staff, quiet location with a bus stop almost in front of the hostel.

if u are relax travelling who want to have a good mixed of tourist hot spot and appreciating local vibes

The location - 15 - 20 minutes to city center accesable to most of the tourist spot with direct bus / train 5 minutes walk to quite surreal and relax walk , like river bank , imperial palace garden Quite good and unique cafe and restaurant around Facilities - I like the room has washing machine and bath room has heater . clothes can get dry in a couple of hours

Bed could be better , water heater temp could be more consistent

Very comfortable, perfect facilities for short and long stay.

For a long stay like mine, the kitchen, washing machine, bathroom cloth dryer, and cleaning every tree days make the stay very comfortable. The place is always warm and clean. The staff are polite. It is on the main road but no noise at all.

Nothing, its location is not just for everyone. It is near Kyoto University where I went everyday. But this location is far from train station, super market, and even convenient store. Although the bus stop is just 10 m. away.

Location was great. Just 1 minute to the bus stop. The room was comfortable and clean. Washing machine in the room was very helpful for my extended stay.

Good location.

1. Mold is present everywhere. The smell of mold permeates the room and the hallways. If you have a mold allergy this place will make you suffer. 2. The rooms don't have any natural light. They have installed in windows that are opaque. 3. The windows are blocked, so the space cannot be ventilated. Since there is little opportunity of fresh air in the room during a longer stay, you must rely only on the AC to ventilate your room.

Amazing!

One of the best hotel's I've stayed at. The room had all the amenities I could ever want, a couch, bathtub, microwave, cooktop, and even washing machine, but was still very spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was also lovely, with lots of green and rivers to walk by, but still within walking distance to the city centre.

A couple of days right next to the Imperial Gardens.

Great location. Clear instructions by the friendly staff. Convenient capped coin parkings around. Very comfortable room for our family.

Really nice place with home atmosphere

Simple check-in, friendly staff. In the room was everything for comfortable stay. The room was clean and beds comfy. Location is also nice: on the main street close to bus stop, many restaurants around. I would definitely stay here again!

I don’t have any. Only one recommendation to add iron to the room.
