Atentos en los pequeños detalles

Good location and value for money. The staff were very friendly and provided lots of mineral water for us. There is an excellent restaurant just downstairs and the breakfast next door was good as well.
Slippers could have been provided as the toilet floor was rather slippery. Sound from downstairs was ok actually but we felt that the sound from the corridor was quite loud - could hear every sound from guests walking past our door.

The room is located in the city CBD, and the surrounding area meets all travel needs.
There's a bar nearby, so it's hard to get quiet.

Everything but the stairs! But we love everything
The stairs🤣

It's accessibility to public transport. Amenities all around the corner.
The mattress a little too soft for my liking. It will be great if the windows are tinted.

Location was perfect, right in the centre of Perth so can easily get to wherever you need to go. The check in process was easy and efficient. Lots of space in the room. Clean.
No hairdryer in room. Might have been available on request?

Excellent bathroom, ensuite and tv. They also let me leave my luggage after checkout so I didn't have to carry it around while sightseeing.
Bed was a little hard. Noise underneath the room.

Near Belgian Beer Cafe.
Nightcap at the Belgian Beer Cafe sounds like a nice alternative to mainstream accommodation. It is an old pub hotel with no reception. We were texted the wrong entry code so initially we could not enter. Fortunately, the adjoining bar staff provided us with the proper code that we could enter with. Upstairs, we were slowly processed by an unfriendly lady that may have done double duties in housekeeping. The room we got was smaller than usual. The bathroom that looks nice in the pictures had black mould in the shower. Not to mention that noise was also coming from the downstairs bar. That must be the reason that a large bowl containing earplugs are available at upstairs. The WIFI code on the information card both at the common area and in the room were incorrect and therefore did not provide connection to the internet. Overall very disappointed, feeling mislead. There should be a significant amount of discount given. Fortunately our booking is only for one night.

location, comfortable bed, nice shower. the bowl of free earplugs. the welcome drink.
the staff call phone, and the response. both times I was received by either a staff member that didn’t know how to communicate over the phone (maybe try words?), or someone dressed in their pre-shift clothes & backpack.

For an older building the rooms were nice. the bathroom updated.
the noise from outside was loud till about midnight but there was also a running motor noise that cut in and out all night. you could feel the vibrations of it through the floor too. didn’t get much good sleep.
there was also no lift so difficult to get luggage up to the room.

Great location, spacious room and friendly staff.

Location was great and it was extremely good value, with comfortable beds and space for all of us!
Aircon didn't work very well but the housekeeping lady said they would sort it
4.1
Value, facility, location...all top end.
The only downside was the faff around payment / provision of door codes for late arrivals. The policy is seemingly to do this in the 12 hours before arrival by sms....very difficult if you're on a 17 hour flight, landing in the middle of the night and with no guarantee that your UK sim will even receive the sms message in Australia. Not very flexible in an otherwise very slick business model.

location is perfect, and beds are super comfortable
nothing really - we’ve stayed a few times now

location is great
just needs a little work the aircon made water gargle noises all the time it’s on and the mirror on the wall needs screwing to the wall again on check out there was no one to tell about it..

Excellent location
The breakfast is just a voucher towards breakfast in a cafe down the street so next time we will probably just book the room and not breakfast with it.

Location of the hotel is excellent, and the Restaurant and bar is a fantastic venue as its a regular of mine with weekly trips th Perth CBD
Hearing the neighboring room for noise with their late night partying as the building is a historical site, the walls are paper thin, unfortunately.
Improvement for check-in could be improved, as no one to receive the call and then I had to reach out to the bar manager for assistance and as it was the Xmas Party season, it wasn't an ideal experience for checking in.

would welcome a bit more natural light and common part could benefit a bit of a refurb
