Mooie lokatie, vriendelijk personeel. Service.

Geen lift voor bv oudere mensen. Vader 86 jaar. Maar de kamer 2e etage kon worden omgeboekt naar begane grond.

Konumu deniz kenarinda.tesiste cok iyi canli muzik vardi. 3 tane havuz vardi. Havuz kenarinda vakit gecirmek guzeldi.

Personel cok ilgisiz ve saygisizdi. Her sey ekstraydi. Sezlonglar ucretliydi ve asiri pahaliydi. Bunun yani sira sezlonglara yakin havlu serenleri uyarip kaldirdilar ki boyle bi haklari olmamasina ragmen!! Menu fiyatlari asiri pahaliydi. Otel cok daha iyi olabilirdi tam bir potansiyel ziyani. Cevrede yapacak hicbir sey yoktu aksamlari cok sikiciydi. Faliraki bolgesi gece hayatiyla unlu diye okumustuk ama asiri sikici ve eski tip bir yerdi. 1980lere geri gitmis gibiydik. Cok daha iyisini bekliyoduk hayal kirikligina ugradik. Turkiyeden kalkip buraya tatile geldigimize pisman olduk .

Very good

Almost everything! The location is a big 10, within 1 minute you are at the beach and the centrum of faliraki is not even a 5 minute walk. Many options to travel to other cities (bus, boat, taxi). Our room was cleaned every day. The food and drinks at the Acquarius beach (the bar that belongs to the appartment) are really good for a nice price. Above all, the staff was amazing. All of them are friendly, hardworking and they do everything in their power to make your stay perfect. Special thanks to Alina and Niko; you are amazing and thank you for everything.

The shower does not have any doors which results in a very wet bathroom every day. Besides that, you need to hold the shower yourself. If this is improved, everything is perfect! The room was cleaned every day, including new towels so it was okay after all.

Fantastic

Raffaelo was amazing, we had the deluxe room and it was incredible - the bed was huge and super comfy. The hotel shares the facilities to the hotel next door so you have 3 pools and sunbeds to choose from. The beach bar is open 24/7 and they have a DJ on in the day with great music. The property is right on the beach and the sea is perfect, and there are water sports you can participate in. Location is great, close to strip but far enough away so it's quiet, lovely bars and restaurants nearby as well.

what a location! This room had a terrace right on The beach. room was small but it didnt bother us. terrace was very big and you could either go swimming on The sea or to one of the swimming pools basicly straight from the terrace.

If not ice cold water in the swimming pool and loud air con in the wc,in general all other was acceptable and ok.

Good location,restaurant on the beach,cleaning everyday(which wasn’t necessary for us),good stuff.We wanted ofc sea view room,and asked to give us -not the first floor and some sea view if it was possible.The hotel gave us 2-d floor and a little bit sea view from our room. Ευχαριστώ :-)

The water in all swimming pools was very cold to swim.In the room:1-too loud air con in the toilet ,2-room itself is a bit old and old designed,3-the mattresses were too hard to sleep on(at least for me).The windows wasn’t clean.

Good value for money but would only return if storage facilities were provided and had a room on a different level/f

We really liked the location - literally on the beach and close to the vibrant town centre. The room was cleaned every day, the bed was comfortable, had a fridge, hairdryer, kettle etc. Had a new room on the 2nd floor. The hotel offered 3 pools.

The sun loungers on the beach belonging to the hotel were too expensive especially for those staying at the hotel. It would have been good to be provided with do not disturb door signs because the cleaners started around 10am. The most disappointing thing was that the hotel didn’t provide luggage storage facilities. Unfortunately we were also overlooking a neighbour’s garden with a dog in a small enclosure which was very distressing but not a matter of the hotel.

Superb

Location was very central. Pool and amenities were fantastic. No issues getting a sunbed any day. Beach bar very nice and hotel right on the beach front. Staff in the beach bar were very friendly and helpful and food was lovely.

Shower facilities in the room needed updating. Beds were not very comfortable at all. A lot of mosquitos to contend with and each day when the maid cleaned she left the door open the entire time letting them in and we were bitten alive at night by them. We were told on the second last day she should have given us plug ins for the room to keep them away.

Each appartment only gets one key but the place in general is exceptional.

So happy I chose this place! Did extensive research and it really turned out to be the best place in that area. Faliraki is super touristy so you have to know what you’re getting yourself into but I found it’s the nicest stretch of the beach in that area. The beach bar is literally right on the beach. The staff is extremely attentive and nice. Sun beds range from 7.5 to 15 euros depending on which row you chose. Sun beds are the best I’ve seen on this stretch of the beach. Good internet both at the beach and in the room. The food is a pretty standard western fare. If you chose a room with sea view try get 311, I think it’s the best one. The interior is new, comes with kettle and fridge.

- Lacking "do not disturb / please clean" sign for the door. - Bed linens with stains. - Run down furniture and equipment. - Mosquitos and ants in the room. - No shampoo provided. - Shower without holder.

It's a beautiful resort with exceptional and helpful staff, room cleaning every day twice. The beach is clean and the beach bar is offering quickly all drinks and dinner is just tasty and full of selection of Greek speciality food. The wine tastes excellent.

Superb place for young couples!

The location was the main reason why we booked this place: right next to the sea and close to the center. Our room was very spacious, clean and had a spectacular view to the sea. We read the reviews before coming and i was worried about the noise coming from the bar, but all for nothing. Yes, the music starts in the morning and ends at midnight, but we got to enjoy live music and funky dj-sets, which made our stay here even better. Imagine getting suntanned, while enjoying music and good cocktails on your sunbed. We loved everything: the staff, music, amenities in the room. Thank you Raffaello Beach and Aquarius!

Wonderful relaxing holiday in the sun.

A pleasure to stay at this property. The room had an amazing view of the sea which we loved waking up to. The proximity of the beach to the hotel was unbelievable.

Not perfect but close enough

Clean hotel with great pool area and beach. Great views from the room which had newish interior and was kept spotless all week.

The music by the pool was too loud at times (and maybe unnecessary all together?) considering that the guests were mostly families with small children or elderly people. The playlist was quite awfull. ...But that is also a question of taste. I didn't like the 80's swedish hits or the cheap disco noise at all. But maybe others do. ...One time I asked the bar to turn down the music which they did. Thank you for that.

Little gem in Perfect location

Excellent location on beautiful sandy beach close to everything. Room had the most amazing view. Great beach bar with live music twice in the week and lovely friendly staff. Always sunbeds available. Perfect holiday.

No shutters on our room meant it got bright when the sun rose. Shutters on other rooms though so maybe it will be addressed.
