would not recommend for more than one night

Beds, and room space. Good breakfast but small kitchen space

no pool. tight parking. impossible to pull out of parking garage. Hotel TV turns off mysteriously at 6am on the morning of checkout even though checkout time isn't until noon.

Disappointments outweighed the benefits

Ample parking, close to lots of restaurants, pleasant/helpful staff and decent pricing were what I would consider benefits. I also liked that we were situated on the first floor, close to the elevator, which was convenient for one of my guests who had a wheelchair.

At check-in, I found out that my original reservation had been canceled without notice. Thankfully, the same room was available for around the same price. We stayed four nights, and room service was only offered once, even though we were told we would get service every other day. We found dog food or feces on the floor in the living room area after checking in (floors had to be cleaned/vacuumed again). When we requested a second day of room service, I was told by the front desk staff that I needed to vacuum my own room. A vacuum cleaner was left outside my door, and I was told to return it to the front desk when done with it. The "hot" breakfast portion of the complimentary breakfast was less than edible at times, including overcooked scrambled and boiled eggs. Also, the pancake/waffle batter was tart and tasted as if it needed to be changed.

I will always stay at this hotel when I’m in town.

Everyone was so friendly. I had an issue where my car was wet. The staff immediately changed our room without hesitation.

Exceptional

The beds were very comfortable, the shower and water pressure were great, and being able to use my Netflix account on the tv was super convenient. Breakfast is also provided and had a bit more than I typically find at free hotel breakfasts.

Not good for the price.

I like the location the staff was very nice

There was large gathering around midnight and they were pretty intoxicated and very loud . Also the room was not as clean as it should . The last guest left their dishes in the dishwasher but they were not cleaned and they should of been put away before I was given the key to the room.

great location

our room 415 had an odor either of a fuel smell or a pesticide. The light fixtures were dusty and the pillows were all flat. The family stayed 2 nights and had a rough nights sleep. The breakfast was set up nice but only one waffle maker which created a line.

The rooms, staff, cleanliness, quietness and the staff worked well together to get things done. It was a wonderful experience.

I loved my experience

I loved the customer service and the facts that it offered a small piece of a home away from home accommodating me with a small stove kitchen appliances and much more

wasn’t a fan of the area it is located but it is strategically placed near local restaurants and other things you may need all withinv a very convenient 10 minute drive
